Our booking covered Christmas and New Year. Villa Carlos was spacious and exceeded our expectations. It was perfect for our family gathering of 6 adults and 4 children. Lothar, our host, organized airport transfers car rental and recommended local restaurants, all whilst maintaining our privacy at all times. We will definitely stay here again if in Phuket. Our lovely cleaners came twice a week to change all towels and sheets and thoroughly clean the villa. Highly recommended!

Great place in quiet neighbourhood. Great, fast and friendly communication throughout the stay. Villa was as advertised on pictures and description. House, pool and property was squeaking clean and kept clean two times a week. The great team from G Estate makes sure that you vacation is a luxury.

Wir hatten eine sehr schöne zeit in der unterkunft. Es ist sehr gut eingerichtet. Und die lage war ebenfalls sehr gut. Es hätte nicht besser sein können. Eric war sehr freundlich und hilfreich. Er hat immer sofort auf fragen und wünsche reagiert. Auch bei der anmietung von motorrädern und buchen von aktivitäten war er sehr hilfreich und hat uns sogar rabatte verschafft. Ich kann die unterkunft nur weiter empfählen.

Beautiful villa, large enough for our group of seven and walkable to Kamala Beach. Very clean and modern unit that was accurately depicted by the listing. The private pool provided a nice way to cool off at the end of the day. The staff was flexible, responsive, and always willing to help! Note the additional fee for utilities.

I recently stayed at this villa and loved everything about it. The space was incredibly spacious and comfortable, providing everything I needed for a relaxing stay. The staff were very helpful and made sure all our needs were met. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a great getaway!

Идеальное жилье с идеальным расположением. Биби (милое имя хозяйки 😌) была очень любезна, приветлива и всегда помогала. Если вы так же как и я, читаете отзывы и по ним отталкиваетесь бронировать жилье или нет, то поверьте ответ однозначный - бронировать! Относительно много раз снимал жилье на АИРБНБ и это одна из лучших моих находок. К сожалению получилось приехать только на неделю, надеюсь в следующем году вернуться сюда на подольше! :) P.S на территории отеля ходят две кошки и у одной из них колокольчик на шее и они постоянно мяукали, возможно для кого-то это будет важно, иногда мешали спать ))

La casa es más bonita de lo que parece en las fotos. Serkan está al pendiente de todo y trata de ayudar en todo lo que puede . Se preocupa para que todo esté lo mejor posible y siempre responde los mensajes al instante ! Nos hicieron sentir como en casa y se ocuparon y preocuparon para que la pasemos bien . Nuestro Taxy tardó mucho en llegar y ellos no nos hicieron problema que salimos un poco más tarde de lo normal. En cuanto a la ubicación para todo hay que tomar taxi , pero son muy baratos y hay sin dificultad, así que te esto no fue un problema para nada , pero tengan en cuenta que no se puede ir caminando a ningún lado. Sin lugar a dudas volveríamos a la casa , la disfrutamos muchísimo !! Tengan en cuenta que al final de la estadía hay que pagar electricidad ( yo no recordaba que así era y es bastante caro , una semana nos salió 3000 Bhat. En definitiva ojalá regresemos el próximo año !! Muchas gracias por todo :)

Unser Aufenthalt war rundum perfekt! Die Unterkunft war super sauber und schön eingerichtet. Besonders toll fanden wir die vielen Extras, wie Pool-Zubehör und Spiele, die für Unterhaltung gesorgt haben. Der Host war unglaublich freundlich, immer erreichbar und hat uns mit tollen Empfehlungen versorgt. Insgesamt eine absolut empfehlenswerte Unterkunft – wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen!

Khun Nym is super kind host. We have everything we need in the house. The house is so cute, tidy and cozy. Love all those decorations, the organic stuff and especially the candles. Thank you for hospitality. Will definitely come back !

Je recommande, hôte très accueillant et aimable. Une villa très jolie avec un beau paysage, un endroit très reposant. À quelques mètres à pieds des commerces et des restaurants sont à disposition. Un grand merci à Alex de nous avoir accueilli dans sa charmante villa.

La villa correspondait aux photos et était même mieux en vrai situé dans un quartier très calme idéal pour un séjour en famille. Jean Michel nous a super bien à accueilli et nous a même amené avec son propre véhicule pour faire des courses ! Il était attentif à nos demandes et très réactif lorsque nous en avions besoin. C’est avec plaisir que nous reviendrions merci pour tout !

Bardzo podobał nam się pobyt w tym domu. Obiekt znajduje się na uboczu w odległości dłuższego spaceru od plaży, sklepów i restauracji. Najbardziej lubiliśmy nieśpieszne poranki na tarasie w towarzystwie kotów i kur.

Prapa’s place was wonderful. It was just a short walk to Bangla road so very convenient. One downside is that, it’s across from a hostel so people are always outside so it can get a little bit loud making it hard to sleep. Overall, a beautiful, convenient place. Would definitely recommend staying here!

This place is a hidden gem. Clean, spacious, quiet and peaceful. It looked exactly as in the pictures. Pim was very helpful throughout the stay & very accommodative. Worth every penny spend. The only downside is the house is up the hill. So, not walkable up & down at all but getting tuk tuk or Grab was not an issue throughout. Just cater that discomfort but otherwise everything was super great. will stay here again.
