The rental is located in a gated campsite that includes both houses and campers. The campground is quiet and has views of the ocean to watch the sunset. The rental has a lovely ground level with a large tv, grill, dining area, and outdoor furniture. The inside of the rental was extremely clean upon our arrival. Both beds were nice and comfy. The kitchen and bathrooms had all necessary items. We appreciate Claudia sharing her place in Key Largo for us and our pups.

Nice spot on Marathon , really quiet , private , lots of areas to hang out. It comfortably slept 8 of us ... beds were very comfortable ( the best beds and pillows I have encountered in an Airbnb ) .... We loved being on a canal so we could rent a boat and go out each day to explore. It is a nice neighborhood with larger lots than many places in the Keys. Very conveniently located behind the Publix shopping area and near a Marina where the boat rental staff were lovely. Crane Point Hammock is worth a visit and just on the other side of US 1 from where the house is located. Plenty of towels , dishes , cups / mugs and coolers. It is an older home which means nice yard vegetation , kitchen a bit dated , could use new pots and pans but really a great spot and Jeff was super friendly, flexible and responsive ... would come here again. Everyone had a great time !!!

We booked Ryan's home for a family escape from the cold. We had an amazing time and I highly recommend the property for anyone looking for a larger space, and a relaxing getaway. Ryan was extremely communicative and helpful. He checked in several times and offered tips and guidance regarding the area. He also ensured we had what we needed to enjoy ourselves. The space itself is also great - the layout was great for our family who could enjoy the living space while also have separate sleeping areas. That said, the backyard is really what makes this place special. The pool is amazing, and we preferred sitting back there and just laying out over the beach. I can't recommend more highly!

Incredible property. Perfect gathering space for my entire family of 6. Private yet close to commerce like Publix and local gym to work out. Great memories made.

This is a great find! The amazing outdoor area with the pool and tiki hut were perfect for the days we stayed in. We felt safe as we walked the neighborhood. Cleanest Airbnb we e ever stayed at! Would definitely go back!

My group and I had an amazing stay! Corey and Armando were amazing hosts; super responsive to any questions and flexible to my requests. They even provided great recommendations for things to do in the area. Home was beautiful and in a great area. I would definitely stay here again!

My family came from upstate ny for vacation. We had an amazing time. My 8 year old loved the bunk beds and made a fort. We loved the pool and the outdoor space! Having coffee in the morning outside was fantastic. We are already starting to plan a trip back next year!

The condo was light, bright & clean. The 2 full baths were nicely appointed as was the kitchen. Windows let in the light during the day and shades provided privacy at night. We did a fair amount of cooking. Fresh seafood is available for purchase at King’s Market in easy walking distance. Or you could fish from the concrete area/pier at back of this gated space. Easy check in and check out with the host. Everything inside & out was neat and well-maintained. Many good restaurants are easily accessible - most require a drive but are quick to find: Castaways, Dockside Boot Key Harbor, and Blu Bistro were great. Winn Dixie and Publix are located within 10-15 minutes; Walgreens right across the street. Our favorite experience was guided kayaking around boot key harbor. You must visit Sombrero Beach & Sunset Beach. On our last night the crowd applauded the sunset & sang along to a song about Marathon at Sunset Beach. The views & clear blue waters were spectacular. We enjoyed our stay at the Key Colony Continental Inn. The environment and location was described accurately by Cindy, as stated there were endless amenities nearby which made the stay feel like home. The beach at the condo was nice although we discovered a nice public beach nearby named Sombrero Beach. Overall, Cindy was a great host whom responded quickly to our questions. We would definitely comeback to visit again and again.

Viel zu schnell sind die Tage bei Norma vergangen. Wir wären gerne noch länger geblieben und würden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen. Norma ist eine tolle, liebe Gastgeberin, die viele Tips hat. Das Haus hat eine tolle Lage. Und alles ist so wie beschrieben. Wir sind in der Lagune geschwommen und haben Sonnenuntergänge bewundert. Es waren rundherum perfekte vier Tage, vielen Dank Norma!

Heathermarie was the perfect host. So warm and welcoming as she met us upon our arrival. Our stay was very peaceful and quiet with amazing beautiful backyard setting, very private with a pool, a tiki bar and several comfortable seating areas. Heathermarie has a great artistic eclectic style that is shown through out the backyard garden areas making you not want to leave. We enjoyed coffee in the morning and wine in the evening taking advantage of the different seating areas. The apartment was just as nice with her eclectic style continuing throughout. We had a great time talking with Heathermarie our first evening and made sure we said good bye at our departure. She has created such a special place. I highly recommend staying here and when we return I know were we are staying!

The studio was just as described. It was great to wake up in the morning and watch the sunrise from the balcony. We had the pool mostly to ourselves and enjoyed kayaking the bay. There was an issue with the keypad but the host remedied it quickly. He was very responsive.

Spacious and comfortable condo for a family of four! We enjoyed the pools, swimming lagoon, pickleball courts, and the sitting areas on the ocean. The kitchen is well-appointed and the attached private laundry room was a bonus. The beds in both rooms were very comfortable. We regularly did the 5-minute drive to Pennekamp State Park for the sandy beach, rental kayaks and paddle boards through the mangroves, and snorkeling trips to the reefs and shipwrecks. We also enjoyed the local fish markets in the marina just a short walk from the unit. We will stay here again.

The house was as described and pictured. It was clean and smelled fresh. I wish there had been more wash cloths as we had to wash every other day (I didn’t let Ana know this issue so it may have been resolved if I had). It was a little too noisy (close to the highway) for my liking. The couch (which is cloth) needs to be cleaned. A couple of other minor things which Ana said she would take care of after our stay…the coffee pot didn’t work well and the front right burner on the stove didn’t work. I would recommend her place.

Stunning views, peaceful. we had stayed in this building before 7 years ago and found other vacations have never measured up to the view. This owner puts money back into his investment, furniture was comfortable, kitchen was beautiful and well stocked. This is a end unit so you really get special views! We definitely are going home with huge smile on our faces and are so distressed. On top of all that the unit was so clean!❤️

Very close to local attractions and had adorable game area (darts, corn hole, etc). Pool was convenient and very clean. Great condo with all you need.

Vi var en familj på 5 4 vuxna och ett barn 11 år vi har varit på olika ställen i Florida och ville avsluta resan med de underbara Florida keys. Patricia svarade alltid snabbt både innan och under vistelsen. Fick mycket praktiska tips: handla äta aktiviteter. Toppen men en egen tvättstuga precis utanför dörren. Fanns allt som behövdes hygien artiklar handdukar sängkläder tvätt och diskmedel.Området var jätte trevligt och fint men vi var där bara några dagar och var iväg varje dag så vi tittade sista kvällen på den jätte fina solnedgången och gick en promenad förbi lagoon. Folk i området är också jätte trevliga. Man kände sig som hemma. Tack Patricia vi är glada att du var våran värd och vi fick bor där.

We had a wonderful time staying at this property! It lives up to the photos/description and did not disappoint. We enjoyed staying within a gated community and having access to the clubhouse, pickle ball courts, pools, and hot tubs. There's a lot to do within reasonable driving distance too - from Theater of the Sea to feeding tarpon to visiting Everglades National Park. Kim and Jazz were both very responsive hosts and a pleasure to communicate with. We would definitely stay again!

We loved your condo!!! We want to stay there again. There were 6 of us that stayed there and we were all very comfortable. The staff is amazing: very professional, friendly and helpful. We had an issue with the internet (which ended up being our fault) but the maintenance guy came right up with in a few minutes and we got it figured out. The area was beautiful. The lagoon was very cool, we saw some wild life around it. The best area was just on the other side of the marina. If we had more time we would have hung out there more.

Place was perfect for what we needed. A lot of great restaurants in the area.

After many cold New Years Eve (my wife's birthday is 1/1) parties we decided to get to warmer weather for this one. Marianne's condo is an excellent location. Private. Quiet. Great amenities. Spacious. My wife and I enjoyed the heated pool, the lagoon and fish there that you can swim with on the northern beach end while you feed them. You can do nothing OR many options for recreation up and down the Keys. We did some jet skiing, went to John Pennekamp Park, had some beautiful sunset views at Bayside Grille and Snooks, shopped at the local places. I loved walking out on the jetty in the morning. The views from the room, of the marina and water, were beautiful. Everyone was friendly, residents and guests. There is tennis, pickle ball, bike riding, fishing, kayaking, and more. Marianne was a great host and the communication with her and Diane was excellent and immediate. We would certainly return to the condo in the future.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The room was nice and neat. The balcony was very small but nice for 2. Sean was proactive in offering tips!
