Had another great stay at the Crow's Nest. Unbeatable location for the price and the hosts are always proactive and responsive. Potential guests should know that the hot tub is shared with the other nearby suite, but we've never had issues with this during our stays.

The power went out while we were there. Jay was very helpful gave us what we needed to have ..lights …heat …propane stove. Supplied us with battery lights and ice if we needed it. Set us up with internet. It was very cozy. We got one night in the hot tub then it got too cold. Chesterman beach was a very short walk away. The place was so nice and clean had everything we needed. It was one of the worst storms in a long time. But the beaches were so cool to watch the waves were spectacular,had to be very careful at high tides as the water was washing part way up the trails. Thanks guys we enjoyed the stay

Liz & Dean made it very easy to enjoy our time there. They were communicative & welcoming, & we still had lots of privacy. Surprisingly one of our fave days was the day spent home in the rain, the cottage was so cozy. The rest of the days were spent in the sunshine, wandering the island & at the beach. The internet was not reliable, so I should have made sure we downloaded shows/podcasts ahead of time but we had lots of books luckily. This is a great spot as a home base to explore Hornby & we are grateful they shared their property with us.

This was a fantastic place to stay. The space is on the smaller side, but you get a wonderful deck with a picnic table and grassy lawn. Great location, you're never too far from anything on Hornby but this felt more private and there's a private sunset spot across the road! Kitchen had most things to cook, shower and bathroom was very clean and worked great. Highly recommend for any couple.

Debbie put a lot of thought into decorating the suite with the lighthouse theme. The sailor’s suite is one part of a bigger house which features multiple units. The bedding and linens were really comfortable and the place is well maintained. The kitchenette was very useful, simply and functional. Just be mindful that the sound insulation isn’t very strong here, need to watch for the noise level during the day. Overall it was a nice experience, highly recommended.

Cozy, comfortable, relaxing and quiet space with a beautiful setting near the water. We enjoyed the many thoughtful amenities provided by our hosts, including a well-outfitted kitchen area, cozy living room area with homey touches (games, books, throws), comfortable bed and nice linens throughout, even home-baked blueberry muffins to greet us upon arrival. An excellent home-away-from-home as we visited relatives in the area. We wished we could have stayed longer!

We had the best time staying at Natasha & George’s place! It was a very peaceful stay and the house was just as pictured. We would absolutely stay here again!

The perfect family get-away. Lots of room with private bedrooms and washrooms for 5 adults and a toddler. All amenities were top of the line - appliances, kitchen supplies, linens and bath towels etc. and super clean and easy to look after. Good access done to a private waterfront good for watching the tide come in, beach combing or meditation. We will book again for sure. Thank you to Eric and KT for your attention to detail.

Me and my daughters love this place. This was our second time here, and my kids are already pleading to go back next year. Michael and Selinda are just lovely people, and naturally fell into the role of grandparents. My kids loved the chance to feed the chickens and collect eggs, feed the bunnies, and go for walks with Selinda. The cottage is fairly rustic, but well kept and cute. The kids had the run of the property and meadow. This year was more successful, in that I did better meal and grocery planning on Vancouver Island before coming over. Denman Island is beautiful, but quiet and there are not a lot of restaurant options. Come prepared! Some of our favourite excursions were the Morning Beach, Graham Lake, Chickadee Lake, and a day trip to Hornby Island. We just love this place - Denman Island, this cottage, the vibe - it truly is our happy place.

There are no words to describe how perfect our stay was—but I’ll try. From the moment we arrived, it felt like a peaceful sanctuary, a retreat into nature. The breathtaking view and calming sounds of the woods made it the perfect escape. Our host was incredibly warm and thoughtful, even setting out things for our child, which made our stay even more special. Everything was spotless, beautifully curated, and so intentionally designed. The beds were incredibly comfortable, the pillows amazing, and every single thing we could have needed was already there. Beyond that, the space itself was just cool—functional, inspiring, and so well thought out. Our host was a joy to communicate with—kind, responsive, and genuinely wonderful. This stay was beyond perfect, and we can’t wait to return!

Красивое место на воде, фото не соответствуют действительности. До города можно дойти пешком, уединенно, тихо, с полностью функциональной кухней. Много животных бродят у окон на лужайке перед домом. Очень понравилось наше пребывание здесь, приеду снова!

Great house with lots of space! Very well equipped and super close to the beach. We stay in Tofino all the time and this is definitely one of the best houses you’ll find.

This property is nestled in the forest, with a view of the ocean through the trees. It looks new, and is tastefully decorated inside. it's very peaceful and quiet, even though it's just off the main road. Lots of close parking. There is a deck on two sides of the property, offering really cool outdoor seating. I would definitely stay here again.
