This four bedroomed house was in a brilliant location and very close to the beaches, pubs and town centre. The house was over three floors which helped with spacing out the two families. There was a double bedroom on the lower floor, a double with en-suite on the first floor and then a further two king bedrooms on the second floor. There is only one parking space but we found alternative parking for the second car on the cobbled street outside. The house has plenty of space and well equipped with crockery and utensils. The bedding and towels were all clean. The WiFi wasn’t great especially with no phone signal. All in all though a Lovely home in a great location.

A very clean, cosy, and charming cottage—actually even more delightful in person than the photos suggest. Peaceful surroundings and beautiful scenery make it a perfect getaway. Janice was very helpful and responsive to my questions. Excellent experience! Also the welcoming packet of biscuits worked miracles for getting the children in a very positive mood! Highly recommended.

Fantastic cosy caravan for our family, we absolutely loved the hot tub and it being secluded. Our dog loved the place also, as there are loads of accessible walks through the woods. Steve was really responsive to the questions and queries I had, going above and beyond. Highly recommend this caravan and host. On your trip you must visit Nelson’s Cafe in the park, the scones and cakes are unbelievable.

Nice house 100m from the sea, easy to walk out to harbour and coast. All clean, tidy, warm, had all we needed. Good local shops and restaurants. Amble is a small coastal town with a marina and a working harbour (fresh fish at the restaurant was superb).

We had a wonderful stay, Nigel & Jane were excellent, responsive hosts. The location is perfect and the house and kitchen have everything you could possibly need. The beaches ! What can you say about the beaches, watching the sunrise over the waves on a deserted beach truly is food for the soul.

Property was exactly what we were looking for, felt right at home as soon as we walked through the door. Neutral decor and comfortable furnishing. We had an issue with the boiler one day, but with prompt communication this was sorted asap. Would definitely stay here again if in the area. Thank you

It was our second visit, we came first in 2022, nothing had changed, the house was still fantastic, immaculately clean and very comfortable with a very well equipped kitchen. We brought my sister and her husband, they were very impressed, we all thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We visited some lovely locations, Druridge Bay, Amble and Seaton Hall, all very local and we really enjoyed the walk on Newbiggin’s promenade and the walk north towards Lynemouth had spectacular views of the sea. We can’t wait to come back again and we have recommended to several people..

What can I say, it was perfect. The location is amazing, everything is on your doorstep, cafes, bars, restaurants, shops, with Alnwick Castle about a 3 minute walk. The accommodation was absolutely lovely, so homely and cosy but also very stylish. The bathroom is beautiful. It had everything we needed for our stay. Would absolutely recommend this if you plan on a trip to Alnwick. Kelly, the host, was great and made our stay so easy and stress free. We have just had a wonderful 4 days and will definitely be returning to stay at this accommodation again in future. Highly recommended.
