Nice place to hang out at the pool and have a bbq. Heated pool felt like therapy and my kids loved it.

We had a great time at Deborah's. She was very responsive if we had any questions. The place was immaculate when we arrived. We were a short drive to the ocean and universal studios, which were our main attractions visiting the area. Overall great experience!

Alison’s place was fantastic! It was clean and very charming. We loved the neighbourhood. Nice and close to all our planned activities. The pool and spa in the backyard were amazing. Our kids couldn’t get enough of it. Alison keeps the pool and spa nice and warm. Everything was just perfect. Communication with Alison was always quick and easy. I would absolutely stay here again.

Jeremy’s place is charming, comfortable and thoughtfully furnished for guests. Had everything I needed for my young son and me. I was able to make full breakfasts for us, the comfortable bed, and appreciated the washer/dryer. For the little things I needed (eg step stool for my son to reach the sink), Jeremy was super responsive. Street parking was easy. The neighborhood is lovely, lush and peaceful. Sunset is a short (steep) walk away. As another reviewer said, because the house is on a hill, it is a flight of stairs up to reach the unit plus a couple of steps inside the unit between rooms. Was totally fine for us and would be for most, but for those with issues with stairs, I would avoid. Personally, I would stay here again!

Veronica’s home was perfect! Peaceful, beautifully decorated and attention to detail. One of my best stays in Los Angeles. Hope to stay here again.

I have stayed in many Airbnbs. Steve’s care and dedication to being an excellent host has made this the best stay I’ve ever booked. Steve is not your average host - he is the definition of a super host. When I arrived, it had been long day and I was tired and hungry. I read through the guest info and found that Steve had stocked the fridge and cubbards with a few food items in case his guest was arriving late / hungry. I can’t describe how luxurious it felt to ACTUALLY be able to relax and not worry about getting groceries on my first night. The property is absolutely gorgeous and very easy to access using code locks. The guest house provides a very generous amount of privacy while still allowing access to the front yard and pool in the back. In my opinion this stay was perfect. The location was almost too good to be true being walking distance from Trader Joe’s, target, Ralph’s, and a ton of awesome cafes and restaurants. Thank you so much for your hospitality!

We loved staying in this home and will stay there again. I had a group of 8 - friends and family in for my daughter’s bridal shower. The home was bright, chic furniture and art, nice attention to details and design, lovely open kitchen, modern bathrooms. The mattresses were so comfortable. The owner Fred was kind and responsive - most pleasant Airbnb host I have encountered.

Katja was a wonderful host and had very helpful and responsive communication. The home was very comfortable and my children loved the pool!! Also, the location is incredible with so many restaurants and shopping nearby, with a short drive to the pier and downtown Santa Monica. It was an amazing experience!!

I had an amazing experience staying at this property, and I can't recommend it enough! From the moment we arrived, everything was perfect. Luis made sure we felt welcome, checking in on us every day to ensure we had everything we needed. The private gated parking was a huge plus, and the space itself was both quiet and spotless. It had everything we could possibly need during our stay, and we were even greeted with a thoughtful snack basket. It truly felt like a home away from home. I would definitely stay here again in the future. Highly recommend!

I am loathe to write to write an honest review of this place, as my praise may contribute to a rise in its popularity, and perhaps a rise in the rate, and perhaps threaten my ability to book it again in the future (for which I am eager to do)!!! Alas, an honest review is right thing to do, so I'll just say this: my family (5 adults + 3 kids) did an extensive search on AirBnB for our vacation... this was the lowest-cost listing and yet somehow also the nicest and most perfect for both the kids and adults?? Needless to say, we couldn't believe that our number one choice was also the most affordable. And, oh boy, did it turn out to be just WONDERFUL!!! With so much to do around the house for the kids, and so many places where the adults could go to be adults, we all ended up a tad bit disappointed that we didn't schedule any days to just stay at home. This is a gem listing.
