BEAUTIFUL location and home!!! Extremely picturesque, feels secluded and private, the bathroom is gorgeous, all the amenities are perfect and George and Kim were amazing hosts, went above and beyond to make sure we were extremely comfortable and had a great vacation.

We had a great stay for a bachelor trip to Austin. The backyard set up was great for hanging out in the day and there’s a variety of restaurants, bars, clubs within a 15 minute drive. The main room and bathroom were both comfortable and clean. Thanks!

We very much enjoyed our stay at Steven's. It was a very peaceful surroundings with a hot and cold tub and sauna. The living room with a smart TV was a wonderful place to hang out with our family. The kitchen had all of the utensils and cooking appliances we needed and the beds were every comfy. Steven was a very helpful host giving us some ideas of local establishments and responded to our questions about how to set the hot tub temperature slightly higher and the cold plunge slightly colder. The sauna worked perfectly and was a joy to look out over the landscape as we enjoyed sweating. There were plenty of towels for our use. Next time in Austin we are coming to Stevens for sure.

This place is an absolute gem. Wacky and fun, it’s a house with unique charm and character, something that is increasingly rare to find on Air BnB. The bedrooms are a little unconventionally arranged so if privacy for every single bed is your main concern, perhaps it’s not for you. Otherwise you’ll fall in love with this one-of-a-kind place like we did. There were 8 of us staying for SXSW and we really felt like we had a home base. Brian was attentive, flexible and helpful throughout our stay. The neighbourhood is ideal, and walkable. In a world of grey floored rentals and bland, heartless renovations, this spacious home is a whimsical breath of fresh air. We wouldn’t have changed a thing.

This was our 2nd time staying at Sandi’s place and just like the 1st time we had a good time. There’s so much to do on the property (for all ages). The host are super nice and friendly and you discover something new every time you visit. George's place was perfect for our family! There was plenty of space for our family of 12 to spread out, and the communal space in the kitchen was amazing. They have truly thought of everything a guest might need. Very clean and modern, and a short drive to many of the sights and downtown.

As soon as I got into the property I noticed everything was really thought out, organized and maintained. It made it feel very comfortable and the property was beautiful. I saw some deer, a hawk and a lizard. I felt so relaxed here, it was way better than any hotel. Thank you for sharing your property with us. I highly recommend.

The home was clean and appropriately furnished. We did not cook or prepare meals so I can't rate the kitchen beyond the working coffee machine. The bedrooms and bathroom were very clean and comfortable. Great location!

Our stay at this Airbnb during our daughter's graduation at the University of Austin was absolutely fantastic. The home was not only comfortable but also conveniently located, allowing us to easily navigate the city and attend all the graduation events without any hassle. What truly set this Airbnb apart, however, was the exceptional hospitality of the host. She made sure we had everything we needed for a memorable stay and gave some great suggestions on places to eat. But what truly blew us away was her responsiveness to our request to look for our forgotten sunglasses. She found out sunglasses and promptly shipped them to us. It's these little gestures of thoughtfulness that truly make a difference and leave a lasting impression. Overall, our experience at this Airbnb was nothing short of amazing. Comfortable accommodations, a great location, and a host who goes above and beyond to make her guests feel at home.

Perfect location for our stay in Austin! Hands down one of the best experiences I have had booking a house on Airbnb. The house was clean, quite, and comfortable! Larry is very thoughtful and answered all of my questions before I thought to ask. His attention to detail, communication, and hospitality were all top notch. Flexible check-in and check-out. Just an overall good experience. Top of my list for the next trip to Austin.

I had a wonderful stay at this adorable tiny home! From the moment I arrived, everything felt cozy and inviting. The home is thoughtfully designed, making great use of space while still feeling open and comfortable. It was spotlessly clean and had all the essentials I needed for a relaxing getaway. The decor was charming, with little touches that added personality and warmth to the space. I especially loved the outdoor area and unique layout. The location was perfect. The host was incredibly friendly and responsive, making sure everything went smoothly from check-in to check-out. I’d highly recommend this tiny home to anyone looking for a unique and cozy stay! Beautiful private house, super modern and great WiFi. Fit my friends and I comfortably and created a good environment. It was walkable to the downtown area and was very close to a nice trail that goes under Congress Bridge, which made it great to run or walk in the mornings for some sight seeing and boating. The host was great and always responded fast!

I loved this place. Very cool interior, lovely outdoor space, and the location is terrific. Superquiet, but not far from downtown, it was the perfect place to come back to after a busy day at South by Southwest. Definitely hope to stay there again.

Would highly recommend staying here! The location is unbeatable with great restaurants, shops and bars with live music only a quick walk away. It was also a huge plus being so close to the greenbelt/parks (in addition to the large fenced in yard) for our dog. The house was fully stocked with everything you’d need for a short or long term stay- and was just cozy and inviting overall. We had a great stay and will hopefully be back!

Carolyn communicated check in with us and was extremely flexible. Her next guests had a change of plans and she messaged us to allow a late check out. Just super nice of her to do that. The bed was super comfy and the place was just as described. A little retreat right in the city. Very cool.

Such a beautiful home in a great location. It was super close to everything you would need. House was spotless, rooms were beautiful. I will definitely be coming back.

My boys (12 and 15) and I made reservations for the small container home over spring break, but Matthew reached out a few days before our stay to let us know that some high winds had caused a bit of damage to the container home, and it wouldn’t be fixed by the time we arrived. He kindly and very generously offered to let us stay at the main house for no additional charge so that we could still enjoy our planned vacation. Amazing! We absolutely loved the property, which is lit up beautifully at night and is kitschy and country and comfortable in all the best ways. The decor of the home was unique and fun, and the fully stocked kitchen was perfect for cooking dinners in. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would come back again without hesitation. And we fell in love with the goats. So friendly and funny. Matthew was the same when we met him. You’ll definitely enjoy your stay at this colorful and restful respite from the city.

We had a great stay here! The location is close to Soco with lots of restaurants and shopping. The Airbnb is fully stocked with everything you need. The bed was very comfortable and the shower pressure was excellent. The host, Ryan, was very accessible and responsive as well. We will definitely stay here when we come back to Austin!
