Amazing location, beautiful, clean accommodation and amazing facilities. Our hosts were incredible, very prompt to respond and very accommodating and helpful.

The studio is compact but clean, modern, and well-equipped. I stayed for a month without any issues. A major highlight is the property's exceptional amenities—the pool is the largest I've ever seen at a residential or hotel property. While the location is a bit farther, I appreciated the peaceful atmosphere and reduced noise pollution. Occasionally, you might hear the locals singing karaoke outside, which I personally found entertaining. Also, a helpful detail for remote workers—the table beneath the TV folds out and can be used as a workspace. A big thank you to the hosting team—the check-in process was smooth and hassle-free. I usually don’t require much from my hosts, but I also find it strange when there’s no follow-up after check-in. They maintained the perfect balance between being attentive and respecting guests’ privacy. Overall, I had a fantastic stay and would happily book again.

The place has great view and everything you need for a short stay for a small family. Host is very friendly and helpful.

일단 좋은숙소를 저렴하게 이용하게해준 호스트에게 감사합니다. 숙소는 최근에완공된 건물이라 모든시설이 깨끗하고 편의점 식당등 주변에 모든게 갖어져있습니다. 또한 수영장은 항상 관리가 잘되어있으며 시큐리티들이 24시간 지켜주어 안전합니다. 주방에는 식기구들이 잘 갖추어져있어 부족함없이 이용했으며 욕실청결도는 최고였습니다. 침대또한 편안하며 침구류도 아주좋았습니다. 호스트는 항상 친절했으며 응답도 매우잘해줬습니다. 모든게스트들에게 이곳을 추천합니다

Отличная небольшая квартира, есть все необходимое и 2 рабочих места. Единственный минус - кондиционер только в спальне. Посуды достаточно для готовки. В комнате было чисто и убирались достаточно хорошо и вовремя. Классно что на крыше джакузи. Также понравился сам дом, везде очень зелено и красиво)) рядом есть магазин со всем необходимым, овощная лавка, на первом этаже вкусное кафе где можно позавтракать) Хозяйка всегда была на связи и решала все проблемы если они возникали очень быстро, спасибо❤️

Everything as announced. Internet super fast. Clean. Parking for the motorbike. Free drinking water bottles each day.

I simply loved this studio. Felt cosy and at home. Superclean, the appliances are modern and I loved the view from the 20th floor. The pricey gym and pool are managed by the building, and alas the heating of the pool didn´t work, but this is not affecting my review of the studio itself. 5 stars all the way! 💚

Hello. The accommodation was very clean and in excellent condition. The 29th floor with great view was especially nice. I would definitely want to stay here again the next time when I visit Ho Chi Minh.

The studio apartment was great with a huge bathroom. However, the highlight was Seb, the guy in charge at the front desk. He’s direct, a clear communicator, attentive to all my needs and makes the best cappuccino I’ve had so far in HCMC D7. Thank you so much for making my stay that much better.

I had a small issue during my first night because it was new, and the owner personally came over to check the room. While inspecting, she also noticed that the air conditioning was making too much noise. To ensure my comfort, she immediately moved me to another room and even helped transfer my belongings. By the next morning, the issue was fully resolved, and I was able to move back to my original room, which had been cleaned thoroughly just as if it were being prepared for a new guest. The level of care and attention to detail truly impressed me. The host went above and beyond to make sure my stay was comfortable, putting themselves in the customer’s shoes. If you ever have any concerns, just let her know—she’ll take care of it right away. Highly recommend this place for its exceptional service and hospitality!

This apartment is in the thick of things in Quy Nhon without being overwhelmed by the action. Easy to get to things and food and very secure, spacious and appointed

Staying at Bao's place was an absolute pleasure! They were incredibly accommodating and understanding, allowing for a flexible check-in time that worked perfectly for my schedule. Host was friendly and profesional. one of the best airbnb apt which i have stayed in Ha Noi. its friendly and full of facilities. the apt was spotlessly clean, beautifully decorated, and well-equipped with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. Nice city view! The best thing is its prime location - supermarket and coffee shop downstairs, near to everything. Compared to the apartments in Ba Dinh district, its price is more reasonable.. Highly recommend!!!!!

Walk down the alley and you end up in a courtyard insulated from the hustle of Hanoi! This place was both quiet and a welcome respite when a little recharge was needed between bowls of pho and walks around the city! Perfect location and walkable to everywhere you’d want to get to around the Old Quarter. Nice that it’s not smack in the middle as it gets pretty wild later in the evening at some spots. This is a stones throw from the main hub but feels quieter in the evenings. Clean and comfortable, I’ll be back next time I’m in Hanoi! Thanks for all the helpful recommendations!

We stayed at Chau' s and Ngoc's place for 5 days. Staying there felt like staying a presidential suite of a 5 star hotel. It was neat and clean. It was about 15-20min walk from their place to Hoan Kiem Lake. Chau responded quite fast to our queries. They even offered free laundry services during our stay there. When we checked out, they gave us a little gift which was very thoughtful of them. Highly recommended.

It is a wonderful apartment to stay. The apartment has 2 separate bedrooms, a separate living room. Everything in the house is new, then the owner arranged and decorated it very beautifully. That makes me feel very happy. The location of the apartment is very good. It is very peaceful and fresh. In addition, you can walk in the area and find anything you want. It has everything available and it is easy to find it. Very wonderful. I will come back. Highly recommended!

Eine gute Wohnung, um die Stadt zu erkunden. Wir sind meistens mit dem Grab in die Innenstadt gefahren, dafür war es aber angenehm ruhig im Apartment. Das Gym war klein, aber mit allem ausgestattet, was wir benötigen. Gabriel und Justin haben uns hilfreiche Tipps gegeben und waren sehr zuvorkommend. Wir würden jederzeit wieder kommen!
