Staying at this property was a good experience. The house was clean, which made relaxing so much easier. Check-in was a breeze, no waiting around or complicated instructions. The host was super friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable and stress-free getaway with family.

Beautiful stay at Thiruvananthapuram. Sad we could not stay for more than a day. The house is beautifully decorated and great for long stays. Really well setup, with all amenities you might need. No problems at all. The host is easily contactable. It’s very close to the airport as well, barely 500m away. definite recommendation especially for family trips

It was a fantastic experience in Pangappara ,we felt it is our second home The Host supriya was very friendly and quick responsive . More over the place is neat and clean ,fully furnished home which is near to the city too so we highly recommend for all thank you 😊

Booked for my family and got an awful experience. Traditional kerala style properties with authentic “Naalukettu” and traditional amenities One who would like to experience the authentic Traditional Kerala stay with modern amenities like pools , then Nivriti will be a good choice One thing very appreciable is the Breakfast. It was very yummy and one could experience the authentic taste of Trivandrum Rooms were clean and well maintained and the staffs were cooperative and responsive Since the stay happened in the first week of new year , we could enjoy the lightings and other festive decorations( Don’t know whether it will be there throughout the year.. :) ) Overall experience was good and highly recommended

This was a true gem! The staff were incredibly helpful and responsive to any queries or requests. One of our family had mobility issues and we were provided with a wonderful wheel chair that was perfect to move around the property. It was lovely having g two outdoor spaces that were covered to enjoy the beautiful scenery. There was some furniture that is a bit dated and in need of replacement in one of the rooms, but the beds were excellent and the bathrooms were beautifully appointed. The location was away from the hustle and bustle of the more touristy areas. There was a beach close by with hardly anyone on it, almost like having a private beach! Breakfast was provided, food was great! Nothing was too much trouble for the staff Highly recommend this for individuals as well as for larger groups

The stay was peaceful and comfortable, with all basic necessities thoughtfully provided by the host. The host was exceptionally friendly and offered valuable recommendations for dining and exploring nearby attractions. Although the property is situated in a slightly rural area, the host went above and beyond by assisting with transportation to the parking area and even offering a more convenient alternative for easier access. Overall, it was a pleasant experience, and I highly recommend this stay to others.
