A unique collaboration between four of Yorkshire’s leading art institutions – the Henry Moore Institute, Leeds Art Gallery, The Hepworth Wakefield and Yorkshire Sculpture Park. The galleries work together to promote sculpture in the region. Celebrating the rich history of Yorkshire as the birthplace of pioneering sculptors, including Barbara Hepworth, Henry Moore and Damien Hirst and as the home of this unique consortium of galleries and celebrated sculpture collections. Yorkshire Sculpture Park is located 7 miles outside of Wakefield and 20 miles south of Leeds in West Yorkshire. YSP is conveniently located one mile from M1 Junction 38 and is served by Leeds-Bradford, Doncaster-Sheffield and Manchester International Airports, all within a 90-minute drive.

Lots of interesting artistic sculptures set in beautiful surroundings. Charges are applied for parking so worth a longer trip to make the most of it. Takes a few hours to walk around the whole park but there are a couple of cafes on route.
