This house is one of the best we have ever stayed at! Great instructions around the house, easy check in, great location, great basement full of FUN games for all! Super clean and comfortable home! I’d give this house a perfect 10! Don’t pass this place up, was worth every penny! Austin was very responsive.

The apartment was as described, clean, and comfortable. I wasn't clear that the check-in process required getting in touch with the host (as opposed to receiving access information by email or text at the check-in time), but he was quickly responsive. Opinions will certainly vary, but we found the mattress to be much softer than is our preference. Also, be careful with the hot water. It takes a while to heat up, then suddenly gets very hot.

Very clean and felt like home. Would definitely stay here again! Highly recommend this home!

The self check in was great for our late arrival. I loved that there was things in the kitchen ready to be used. It was great having tv's. Fast responses and willing to accomodate.

Oh my word this please was great!!! I will definitely be saving this place if we need to stay in Sioux Falls again. Abby made it very welcoming and easy I felt right at home. She also was super responsive to any questions I had and very accommodating when I needed to extend my stay a day. I really appreciated the peacefulness of the place and convenient location.

It was the perfect weekend getaway spot! The views were amazing, the treehouse was clean and felt very cozy! And the hot tub was a perfect bonus! Thank you so much for a great stay! Hope to be back again!(:

Super nice place. Perfect for the 2 of us. Really appreciate the hot tub. Had all we needed. Good location. Close to the downtown area as well as the airport. Teresa is super sweet and very quick to respond.

Our family had a great time and stay. Very roomy for all 6 of us plus a dog. Fenced in back yard. Great neighborhood. A lot of fun things to do nearby. Rod’s home will definitely be our place of choice next time we are in Sioux Falls. Thanks for creating such a warm and inviting atmosphere!

We had a great stay!! Hosts were awesome with communication and accommodations!! Hot Tub was the deal-maker for us, very clean and private! Very nice backyard!! Comfortable, clean beds!! Would definitely stay here again!!
