El piso está a solo dos paradas del centro de la ciudad, y la estación de metro se encuentra a apenas dos minutos a pie. Sin embargo, nosotros utilizamos más el autobús, ya que funciona de maravilla y la parada está justo al lado del portal. El apartamento es exactamente como se muestra en las fotos y cuenta con todo lo necesario para una estancia cómoda. La única pega es que la calle es bastante ruidosa, por lo que se escuchan claramente las motos y los coches. Viajamos con nuestro bebé y nos proporcionaron una trona, lo cual fue un detalle muy apreciado.

Nino’s place was amazing. So comfy and clean, everything we need was provided. It really felt like home. Nino is also a great host! She helped us in so many things, very responsive, kind and always willing to help. :))

Mr. Nodar was very friendly and helpful even in midnight he always answer. The apartment was very clean and fully prepared to make lunch or dinner.. I highly recommend it and for sure coming back..

The host really helped with everything, recommended lots of places which we tried it all. The room was how it was described everything was in order and as expected. It was easy to get inside and the room was clean. Equipment were ready to use. We had a problem with the heating on the first night but we figured it out later. I strongly advise you this place if you you ever travel Tbilisi.

stayed at cosey home for a week,felt right at home. the place matched the pictures. it was really clean and warm inside, and the host was super responsive. I could not charge my phone so she got her mom who leaves nearby bring me a 3-point outlet. thank you Shorena

Don't waste time looking elsewhere, because is the place you want to stay. Not only because the home is beautiful (clearly a great deal of thought went into the architecture and furniture) and the location in Old Tbilisi is perfect, but also the host, Oto, will make your stay seamless and worry-free. He is the most responsive, attentive and thoughtful host we have ever had at an AirBnB. He arranged airport transportation, helped us print documents, replaced an appliance, and much more, all with zero stress. Excellent English and Russian. Our family of six from NYC (me, my wife, my mother-in-law, our 4 year old daughter, and our newborn twin girls) stayed here for five weeks. The bedrooms/kitchens/bathrooms/patios were immaculate. We hired a housekeeper/cook to come for a few hours every other day, and a nanny for the twins when we wanted to do day trips. Both were excellent, inexpensive, and absolutely worth it. I'm sure Oto would be happy to give their contact info.

Strongly recommended. Its one of the BEST place u can find in Tiblis. 5 min walk from Marjanishvili metro station and very close to everything u need. clean , cozy , quiet with a very nice responsive Host.

A top notch Airbnb experience. The apartment and neighborhood were both so charming. Tamar was super communicative and pleasant. Our stay was a highlight of our visit to Georgia.

The house was really as described. Tinatin was verg helpful. It wasn’t difficult to find and is located close to the city center. The garden, in particular, was very enjoyable. Thank you for everything.

This place is wonderful. It has lovely furniture and enough space to stay for a few days. The terrace is also amazing, with a great view. The only issue is the walk to the house, there’s a lot of stairs and slopes so if you’re someone with health issues or injuries, or heavy luggages, you might want to be safe. Besides that, everything is amazing. The place located in a walkable to distance to everything. We walked to most of the places. Lena was a fantastic host.

We had a fantastic stay at this apartment! The place was spacious, offering plenty of room for our family to relax comfortably. Everything was clean and well-maintained, making us feel at home right away. The neighborhood was peaceful yet convenient, with easy access to carrefour, restaurants , park and transport. The host was friendly and responsive, making our stay hassle-free. Highly recommend!

Konstantine's apartment was overall very good. It’s centrally located in Tbilisi, very quiet, and exceptionally clean. The apartment is on the 5th floor, which might be challenging for some. The mattresses could be improved, as some were too hard or too soft. The shower upstairs is quite limited in height due to the sloped ceiling, which might be an issue depending on the number of guests. We opted to use the downstairs shower instead. Otherwise, everything was fine, and we had an enjoyable stay.

Mariam’s place was ideal for our trip to Tbilisi. There was lots of space and the views over the city from the balcony were incredible. Mariam was a wonderful host and very proactive with keeping us informed of any updates (using the new key fob for the lifts and power cut updates). Could not have asked for a better host. One of the best apartments we’ve ever stayed in! Everything matched the photos and description 1000%! Despite the recent pipe accident mentioned in the latest review, there was no sign that anything had ever happened. Everything was spotless, and not a single extra drop was out of place. The bathroom with the roof window is absolutely unbelievable—I highly recommend taking some time to treat yourself to a little home spa experience. Overall, this place exceeded every possible expectation. The kitchen, with its giant windows and terrace, was a highlight. Every detail was thoughtfully designed—cozy decor, plenty of pillows, and hotel-quality bedding. This stay was worth every dollar spent and left us with unforgettable memories. Completely quiet, with a perfect view and excellent location. Paul was very responsive, kind, and caring. I’d love to visit this place again!
