Квартира очень красивая и уютная. За длительное время пребывания, проблем почти не возникало. Было очень приятно, кухонные приборы и всё что нужно было в отличном состоянии. Wi-fi отличный ☺️ Хозяйка очень хорошая, отзывчивая и всегда поможет с любым вопросом. Спасибо вам 🙂

I enjoyed my stay here! The apartment is really spacious and has absolutely everything for day-to-day needs. The area is perfect and offers everything you may need (shops, cafes, etc.)

很不错的民宿，一室一厅一卫一厨的格局，虽然不是特别大，但非常干净整齐，提供的洗衣机，冰箱等等都很新。整个公寓都是很新的。房东非常棒，虽然入住期间有短期的区域性停水，但房东及时的给我们送了水，还送了我们红酒和当地的甜食。非常棒的体验。

This is the fourth time I've stayed at one of George's apartments, he has a few in the same area. It's a great place for working online as the internet is fast and reliable. There are plenty of supermarkets nearby and you can walk to them easily. George is a professional and friendly host and he responds quickly to any questions. Clean, cozy, warm and comfortable studio with flat screen TV - you can login to Netflix, Prime and YouTube. Everything you need for your stay: hob, oven, fridge freezer, washing machine - the pics and description are spot on. Suggestion: take a Bolt taxi or taxi and check out the Botanical Gardens in Tbilisi centre if you're into nature, if not - The City Mall in Saburtalo is worth a look-see.

Отличная современная квартира, с великолепным расположением. Ремонт свежий. Рядом есть магазины, рынок, рестораны, обменники, детская площадка. Все что нужно для жизни! Гоча - очень отзывчивый лендлорд! Все вопросы решались оперативно и четко. Однозначный рекомендосьон! ❤️

We had great short stay at Nino/ Lasha’s place: - Everything matched the description/ pictures - clean and cozy 2 BR appartment with great view - nice park for family with kids - complete amenities, big tv w/ netflix - super responsive host Just a note that the area is a bit on the outskirt (esp. for 1st time Tbilisi visitor), more residential than touristic, which for us personally has its own charm to experience. Entrance not the prettiest, but once you enter the appartment it gives such a different vibe :) However, it is very close to Tbilisi Mall, restaurants, supermarket etc. And if you’re looking for a spa, try the Hedone Wellness located only 10 mins by car.

I stayed 4 weeks in this apparment and everything was very good. George was very responsive, he was answering to all my requests almost instantly. The apparment was clean, and had everything including split air conditioning system, which was not shown on the photos. The building is located near highway and with open window it is a little bit noisy, especially in the night, when cars move faster, but closed window completely isolates the noice, so it is not a problem. I would call the apparment ideal if it had microwave, and may be a cheap office chair (existing chairs are not very convenient for work). But anyway, it is a very good place to live.

3 of us stayed for a longer stay whilst studying and it suited us really well. Good location, accessible yet the dead end gave a sense of privacy. Lovely host who was always quick to respond (also the stray cats are extremely sweet)💞

Naira was very hospitable and met us at the door. Gave us a wonderful recommendation where to eat. I would gladly stay here again.

We really enjoyed our stay here! Plenty of room for our 4 adults & 2 children. It was very clean & had most everything we needed. The host was very responsive whenever we had questions. The only thing we were disappointed in was there is no oven & we had planned to bake Christmas cookies with the kids.

We would like to recommend the place... in Tbilisi. The house is really beautiful and well-kept, equipped with everything you need to feel at home, the yard is green full of trees and flowers and the pool is clean and refreshing!!! Near the pool, there is a wooden swing and chairs for maximum comfort. ...greeted us and offered to help with whatever was needed. He was kind and cordial. Near the house, there is a center of shops and markets for shopping. Due to an unexpected medical hospitalization for the baby girl in the hospital, we had to leave earlier than expected, and...he was patient and accepted the event with understanding and concern for the baby girl. Thank you for everything! Highly recommend coming and enjoying it.

Очень удобное расположение в самом центре старого города, свежий ремонт относительно других соседних домов, очень красивые панорамные виды, закрытый паркинг. Единственный минус - очень уставшая душевая и мешки мусора от соседнего отеля прямо у входа

Big great place to stay , little far from the center but wont be an issue if you have a car , also very communicative host, helped a lot

The apartment was fantastic! The location is incredibly convenient, with plenty of restaurants and cafes within walking distance, making it easy to enjoy a variety of cuisines. I especially recommend Salty for coffee. One of the highlights is its proximity to Park Mziuri, just a 9-minute walk away. The park is perfect for a leisurely stroll or some outdoor relaxation. The apartment itself was clean, well-maintained, and equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay. I highly recommend this place!

It was a great experience, I wish I would have booked this stay earlier. Mariam instantly responded on my booking (despite short notice) to help us check in. She was also helpful throughout the stay and wanted to make sure we were accommodated. The apartment was better than expected. Extremely clean and well equipped which was very important for me since I have some allergies. The neighborhood was also better than I expected, you have shops downstairs and only 20-25 minutes with car to the city center.

Мы сняли жилье у этого хозяина и остались очень довольны . Очень внимательный хозяин. Квартира комфортня , чистая, расположена в очень удобном месте ( в пешей доступности торговый центр, аптеки, продуктовые магазины, метро) . В следующий раз обязательно остановим свой выбор на этой квартире.

Tamar and her husband are the lost lovely and welcoming hosts, made us feel right at home and comfortable. They explained everything we needed with local recommendations. The place was beautiful and personal and great for our family for our stay. Was warm in the winter and all the ammenities we needed. We walked everywhere and saw so many amazing things close to our stay. Restaurants, play areas for the kids, and iconic must sees. Tamara exceeded super host for us, the warmest and kindest people. So grateful to have them as our hosts for this stay.
