Lovely hosts, couldn't have done more to make us feel welcome and comfortable. They went above and beyond! Beautiful location with stunning woods and wildlife on doorstep, only 5 mins drive to Snape Maltings and 15 mins to Aldeburgh for beach and ice cream. Our kids loved playing in the garden, field and woodland walks. Kitchen well stocked for cooking up local seafood and produce! We will be back!

We had an absolutely wonderful family weekend in Victoria’s beautiful farmhouse. There was everything we needed and the kitchen was very well equipped. All the bedrooms were great and the garden is beautiful - the children loved the trampoline! We also loved having the cats around - very friendly! Thank you so much. We had a great time!

We really loved our stay in Lake View. The photos really don't do it justice. It's surprisingly big and private, both within and outside the house. Once you're inside it's very snug and cosy. We were wonderfully insulated against the snow that was falling when we arrived (and which added to the charm!). The house is equipped for everything and is very comfortable. We were obviously there in the winter and so our enjoyment of the outside space was tempered by the cold but the view from inside looking out is wonderful. It is so peaceful. We were even visited by a little deer one morning. I can imagine it is even more beautiful in the warmth and sunshine of spring and summer. Thank you to Jean who not only braved the snow to greet us but had also left some home made bread and eggs and juice which were delicious. Given the opportunity we would definitely love to stay again.

This was booked as a gift for our family visiting from Scotland. Our family absolutely loved Kate’s place. It was a stunning place to stay. It was everything and more. The place was cosy and rustic, had everything they needed. Our family slept wonderfully and can’t wait to come back. Kate communicated throughout the stay and was able to assist with logs for the burner. Kate even sorted an earlier check in in case they arrived early. Highly recommended

Beautiful home in a very peaceful setting, with plenty of space both inside and in the expansive gardens. Justine was there to greet us and responded to any subsequent queries promptly. It was so great to be able to pick the produce from the kitchen garden and to collect the freshly laid eggs, whilst the farm shop (for other supplies) is about 20 mins walk into the village itself. Overall, we had a wonderful weekend celebrating a very special birthday! Highly recommended!

Kirsty offered us a very warm welcome. Milk was in the fridge for us to enjoy a nice cup of tea when we got there. We really enjoyed our stay.

Absolutely stunning place , 'Pop ' the land lady was attentive, polite and super responsive. This is the place you go back to over and over again .

The most idyllic location with stunning views of the surrounding countryside

A quaint and quiet location, easy to drive to and very enjoyable to stay in. Perfect for a getaway for relaxation. The only downside is that the local restaurants aren't really walkable but other than that, the owls rest was a perfect retreat from work that was very needed.

We had a lovely stay in this beautiful old barn, very comfortable and as described. Not quite as secluded as it might seem, part of the barn adjoins another set of buildings, and other guests etc need to walk/drive quite closely past your door to enter or leave the property. But a lovely stay, would highly recommend!

This was such a beautiful place to relax and enjoy a few days away from the busyness of life. Although this was a work retreat with my business partner for us to strategize and plan for the year ahead, it was a calm and quiet place to do so. The space is lovely and open with large windows letting in natural light and providing us with plenty of room to work in whilst keeping the sofa area clear to take breaks and relax. The amenities were all there and with little additional touches that were well thought out and everything was beautifully clean. We are already looking to plan to return next year for our next work retreat as this really was the perfect get away.

This was our second year at Dynes cottage and we enjoyed it just as much as the first. Such a beautiful house and space to relax in with so much room. Catherine is a great host, very responsive to any questions but unobtrusive. Finding local cakes left for us on arrival was of course very gratefully received ! Highly recommended this beautiful farmhouse for a group of friends or families, you won’t be disappointed 🥰

We are slowly walking the English Coastal path. Wendy's place was superbly situated for the stretch from Maylandsea to halfway down towards Burnham-on-Crouch. We were lucky with continuous dry (though windy!) weather, and did exactly what we had planned to do, and the mobile home was a nice place to return to in the evenings. So we are very satisfied customers of AirbandB.

this was our second stay. beautiful, peaceful, nature surrounded, very relaxing break with my daughter during Easter holidays. simple, quiet living.

We had a lovely relaxing stay with our 8 month old daughter. The house backs onto a duck pond and a large lawn, so it felt secluded and private. The hot tub was a real bonus, really warm and very clean. The inside of the house was immaculate, definitely would recommend x

We have just returned from a 2 night stay and would return again in a heartbeat! The cabin was spotlessly clean and had everything we needed and the treats left out for us when we arrived were so thoughtful. As for the outside space, it was so beautiful that all our plans for long walks etc fell a bit to the wayside as it was nice to sit and relax and just enjoy the beautiful surroundings. My dogs loved the space and feedom so much that we had trouble getting them to come in! When we ventured out we visited Harleston and Wroxham, both of which I would recommend. We did stop at Bungay also, however this wasn't for us as there wasn't much there and the paths were very narrow, which was a bit nerve wracking with two highly strung spaniels pulling on the leads when cars and buses go past. We made full use of the hot tub, pizza oven and firepit and the instructions were very clear for each. I cant recommend enough and I would definitely return in the future.

We had a lovely stay at Amanda’s place which is in a gorgeous location in the countryside with lovely views and walks on your doorstep. The place was even more grand than the photos and was lovely and cosy and the bedroom and bathroom upstairs especially was relaxing and nice comfy bed. She even provided a homemade cake which was delicious! The only thing to note is the wifi/signal for area isn’t great so something to just note if you did need to use laptop/work we found it a bit hard.

Rebecca was an excellent host and incredibly helpful and responsive when I had questions. Great location and property. Thank you for a great stay!

Me and my wife stayed here for New Year’s Eve. We wanted. Change from the house party vibe, and stumbled across this lovely place. Annetta is a lovely host, very friendly and was happy to help if needed. We enjoyed the location, such a wonderful house surrounded by countryside. The jacuzzi was amazing! We looked at the stars while sipping champagne from our wedding a few months back. What more do you want! Would definitely recommend! Thanks for the hospitality Annetta! All the best Luke & Addie x

Absolutely blown away by the church. Exactly as seen in photos . Couldn’t have asked for more for a special occasion. 5 of us stayed this weekend for my husband’s 60th birthday . David was very accommodating and had hung a massive happy birthday sign outside for our arrival which I had sent in advance . Had two lovely meals in nearby pubs. Particularly enjoyed the fox and hound. We thoroughly recommend to anyone looking for a unique getaway . Would definitely come again . Katie and family

This is my second stay, this time with family, and Donna’s place remains wonderful! Beautiful setting nestled in the countryside with picturesque grounds and lake. Donna is so welcoming, helpful, and really made sure we were as comfortable as possible. Hot tub, perfect tennis courts and surrounding walks are all extra treats! Thank you - We’d love to stay again!
