A very cosy, comfortable cottage with well considered, stylish touches that made it a thoroughly delightful place to stay. The beds were very comfortable, with thick toppers, plentiful pillows and luxurious bedding. There was plenty of hot water, and a good shower. Susan was welcoming and proactively helpful - both in providing additional cookware for a particular recipe I wanted to make, and in sourcing a new firestick for the TV so we could access Netflix. All in all, a lovely and peaceful haven for our mini-break in Scotland.

The grounds and facilities at Panbride house were excellent. We stayed in the lodge which had a private hottub and an additional outside living space which was ideal for our trip away. Everything was well catered for, spotless and well kept (both inside and out) making the stay enjoyable for all, including our 2 dogs, who really loved exploring the large enclosed communal garden. The host Matt was very friendly, showed the right level of interaction and the welcome pack was very much appreciated and enjoyed. We would not hesitate to return.

What can i say except this stay met and exceeded all expectations !!! We came across this listing as we were working in the area, the host was friendly and prompt with their responses and if we had a query they were more than willing to help. The house is situated in a beautiful location, so nice in fact that one of my colleagues who stayed is looking to go back with his family. Highly recommend and thank you again.

This Airbnb exceeded our expectations—the pictures don’t do it justice. The property is stunning, with breathtaking views in every direction. Rhona was exceptional, providing thoughtful touches and attention to detail that truly made our stay feel five-star. Communication was prompt and the directions provided made finding the property effortless. We will definitely be staying here again in the future.

We (6 adults, 1 toddler, and a baby) had a great time. The house was a lot bigger than we had realised - there was so much space and the rooms were all a great size. The kitchen and dining area was a great space for cooking and eating meals, with great views of the countryside from the dining table. The lounge comfortably fit us all in, with enough sofas and chairs for 7 people. The complimentary firewood was a nice touch, and the pool table was great - we used it every night. The house was incredibly clean, and the beds were very comfy. The showers were nice and powerful, the fridge was a great size, and the Sky TV was a nice added bonus. Would definitely recommend.

Deborah was a fantastic friendly host. The cottage was beautiful, lovely idyllic location with nice walks around. Great decking area with hottub. Cottage was very clean & kept to high standard. Would highly recommend staying here.

We visited North Berwick for a wedding and Jo’s house was in a perfect location for our trip. The space was ideal for the 4 of us and the beds were amazingly comfortable. It was close enough to the sea that a walk down took only a few minutes.

Knew I had picked a great place as soon as I walked through the door. Cottage was lovely. Great location. I could have sat and looked out the window at the sea all weekend. Cottage is beautifully decorated. Felt very cosy and warm. The garden was great for the dog despite the not so great weather. Ideal location for exploring.

Douglas has a lovely apartment, which we used for a short family visit to the Fife coast. Great to look out of the window onto the sea, while warm and cosy inside. Plenty to see and do up and down the coast during the day using Anstruther as an evening retreat for a meal and a drink.

We stayed in the cottage over Christmas with our two kids and dog. The house is really well decorated, beds super comfy, host very quick to respond and the location was ideal. We have stayed in 5 different Air BnB’s within the village, and so far this is our favourite. It was the smallest out of all the properties but that didn’t let itself down at all. We would happily stay again.

This is a beautiful cottage which is thoughtfully and comprehensively equipped. This applies to the modest kitchen and throughout the house and grounds. The garden is a haven of peace with bird feeders hosting a great variety of birds including tits robins and a lesser spotted woodpecker. On arrival we were impressed by the kind provision of sweets, fruit and other essentials. We recommend Eileen wholeheartedly.

A fantastic cottage in the heart of Fife! Perfect for families or a small group of golfers. The cottage is centrally located to the St. Andrews, Ansruther, and Leven areas, with easy drives to the towns and their historic golf courses. It was clean, spacious enough for a couple of adults or a family, and Trevor & Carolyn were excellent hosts - always communicative and friendly. Highly recommend to friends for a weekend golf outing or families looking to soak in all that Fife has to offer.

We had an enjoyable weekend break in the Lookout at Pitmilly. Excellent standard of accommodation and facilities and a wonderful setting, convenient for exploring the Fife coast. Would highly recommend.

I thoroghly enjoyed our stay at Gean tree cottage and my dog Jack absolutely loved it! The cottage is as described, perfectly clean, comfortable, toasty warm and the kitchen is well stocked with equipment etc. It's also quite private too so no noise at all. The garden area is huge and well kept so lots of space for dog zoomies. The castle estate has lots of area to explore with swimming pool, games room, gardens, walled kitchen garden, lake, boat house, orchard, so much more! The welcome pack contains lots of information and a map of the estate to help you find your way around. There's EV chargers on the estate now too with a 22kw charger just a 2 minute walk from Gean Tree cottage which is very useful for overnight charging. The staff are very helpful and friendly with information before arrival (and helping my wayward pooch find his way back when he wandered too far 🤦‍♀️). A great place to chill and unwind for a few days ..unspoilt and natural surroundings lots of birds and even deer :-) The house was cosy and warm and had old style charm. We found the mattresses uncomfortable but everyone else in our group slept well so I guess it's just preference. Our hosts were quick to respond when we mentioned it, providing extra duvets for us. Games room is no frills great fun with table tennis and snooker. All in all a great stay, would be back.

Just back from an amazing trip to the cottages at Fingask. What a super stay we had. The castle grounds are incredible- lots to see and discover- and so peaceful and quiet! We saw so much wildlife and wore ourselves out roaming this huge estate! The staff were really helpful and friendly- and even printed off paperwork when we needed it. The cottage itself was great- super warm and welcoming. There was plenty of room for us and our energetic boys. The kitchen has a full sized fridge freezer which was perfect for us as we cooked every night and enabled us to bring some frozen things with us. Hope that we can come back in the future and enjoy Fingask again!

The house was spotless, well-equipped, and comfortable, offering everything we could have asked for. It truly felt like a home away from home. We couldn't have asked for a better place to stay – highly recommend!

I can’t recommend this place highly enough. Arlene has been extremely accommodating to us with some last minute changes. Great host lovely property would highly recommend.
