Great place to stay in Spokane

Our family was in Spokane for a conference at the Convention Center, and Kat’s place was an excellent home base. All communication was responsive, quick, and thorough. Detailed information and a quick video made for easy access to the lockbox and parking garage. The secure, reserved spot was invaluable during the snowy weather. Apartment was very clean, comfortable, lots of natural light, and matched the pictures. We appreciated how well-stocked the place was and loved the full coffee/tea bar. Beds were comfortable, living area was cozy and functional, some mild street noise during the day but quiet at night. The building felt secure with key fob required at all entry points. Restaurants, coffee, small grocery store, and Convention Center all within easy walking distance. Check-out was easy with minimal tasks. For our family of 4, Kat’s place was ideal for giving us the space to spread out. We would not hesitate to stay here again. Thank you!

This was a great experience! I really appreciated that the space was clean, well-lite and nicely appointed. Despite being located close to I90, the flat was quiet and peaceful. Entry into the building and the flat was easy, and having a locked building made it feel more secure. This was a great rental and if I visit Spokane again, I would definitely try to book here again. The place was nice, very spacious Good location next to a park Very calm and quiet The only minus was that the heater was not good enough for the whole cabin so be prepared it gets chilly from time to time. Also the sofa does need some cleaning, there is dust and old hair under it, if you don’t look you are fine

Our stay at Steven's place was great! It was very conveniently located, simple and clean, and his communication was so good! The noise from the interstate & other units in the building was more than we had expected, but, in the end, it didn't interrupt or bother our sleep. Steven provided great communication that allowed everything to go smoothly. Thank you.

Love this location so much, we booked it for a third time. Great place and great host! She also recommended wonderful restaurants while in town. Don’t pass on this place. I highly suggest booking this spot. :)

Jacklyn’s place was perfect for our group! There was plenty of space for everyone and the kitchen was well stocked with everything you might need. The owners were very friendly and helpful when we saw them by chance outside.

Such a beautiful little home! Large back yard! Very responsive hosts.

I chose Yana's home due to the fun amenities and it did not disappoint! My family absolutely loved the game room and exciting activities in the back yard. We brought our dog, and he also loved the yard! It is huge and fun to explore. The house is located in a nice subdivision right in between Spokane and Spokane Valley, which was very convenient. Trader Joe's, Walmart, and Costco are all nearby. We loved the house, location, and special touches that Yana has included. Can't wait to return!

Nice house for our 8 guests. Really enjoyed the darts and pool table. Especially like that we could park our cars in the 3-car garage during this snowy weekend. Only negative is that some tissues would have been appreciated somewhere in the house. Overall a fantastic property, stay, process, and owner.

We really enjoyed this rental. The views were stunning and the hot tub was ready to use! The only problem we encountered was that the listing said 2 king beds and there was only 1. Aside from that we really enjoyed the layout and the location.

We were comfortable and enjoyed our visit- the house accommodated our group of 6 easily. Nina was very communicative.

It was a tough decision which home to stay in the area. This one offered so much room with Three full bathrooms and entertainment. We Didn’t have to go anywhere to be entertained, great for large family, and those with limited mobility. Very clean, clutter free. Lots of storage if you were to have an extended stay. We cooked at home, enough utensils, pots, and pans in order to prepare a large dinner. We utilize the the hot tub to relax and visit at night. neighborhood is lovely and quiet. Had a lovely family dinner with the huge dining room table, made it classy!Great breakfast nook for those that want to visit in the kitchen during breakfastor prep. The two floors made it so convenient. My dad was able to have privacy and be a part of the main hub but at night be able to go to bed and it not be too noisy as we gathered in the massive lower level entertainment area. Reading rules seemed a little daunting, but reasonable considering how nice the home. Easy & reasonable check out rules!

We loved our stay at Gretchen’s place! Our family and another stayed in the home while we visited Silverwood theme park for a few days. It was only a 30 min drive from the house to the park which was convenient. We loved how the home was in a quiet neighborhood. The house was bigger than we anticipated and easily fit our two families of 4 without feeling squished at all. Gretchen was always easy to reach and super responsive. We would absolutely stay here again ❤️🏡
