Charming, cheerful, house close to Haverford College in a pretty neighborhood. I could easily walk to shops, grocery store and pharmacy. Lee is a very gracious and responsive host. I really enjoyed my stay.

Lynn is an exceptional host! She was incredibly accommodating and considerate towards our group's questions and needs. Her space is charming, and we loved the outdoor areas for gathering and relaxing. Having a full kitchen was so fantastic, we were able to make our favorite meals and desserts, and felt right at home!

A charming home on the Delaware river with access to walking trails was a great way to spend a long weekend! The house was impeccably decorated and beautifully renovated with many comfortable amenities! The host was very friendly, responsive, and helpful, making local recommendations for dining, and offering clear instructions for check-in and check-out.

I really enjoyed The Gratitude House with my husband and two children. It has a very cozy and welcoming vibe. It’s a quiet street and always had plenty of parking. The bedding and linens were very nice. The shower has really good water pressure and the hot is HOT and cold is COLD (it’s the little things). The office and working space was ideal for working at the house. The host was very responsive throughout our entire stay. We will look to book again when we visit Philadelphia.

Emilia's place is a unique gem! We were lucky enough to spend a week there for work and thoroughly enjoyed coming home to their beautiful house every evening. We stay at LOTS of Airbnbs and this rates at the top for comfort for both humans and my dog. We loved the yard and easy entry right into the apartment with big windows and lots of light during the day and darkness and quiet at night. Walking in the neighborhood is very enjoyable. And Emilia's yummy banana bread and lemon olive oil cake really made this bakery-lover's stay complete. We hope to have work in the area next year for an excuse to return!

We had a lovely stay at Tes’s place! She was quick to respond, check in was a breeze and it was very spacious for 3 couples. We would definitely stay here again!

We spent Memorial Day weekend at Janice's home in New Hope. Unfortunately the weather was cold and rainy so we werent able to use the pool, however, we did very much enjoy the outdoor fireplace. Janice's home is perfectly located for anyone looking for a getaway in New Hope - the house is less than 5 minutes from Peddlers Village and about 10 minutes from New Hope and Lambertville. The house itself is nice with a well stocked kitchen, outdoor fireplace and swimming pool! The house is quite old therefore the house comes with quirks you would expect of an old stone home but the grounds were lovely & we hope to return at some point for a weekend when we are able to use the pool! Janice was a very communicative host & worked hard to make our stay as pleasant as possible, quickly responding to our questions and requests.

great spot for skiing at bear creek. we booked this for right after Christmas kind of last minute to ski a few days at bear creek. location was great, only about 15 min to the mountain. Victoria was very communicative and responsive. her home is very nice and was the perfect space for our family of 5. big yard and hard floors made it perfect for bringing our dogs. the breakfast items provided were really a nice touch. thanks!

Clean space, great neighborhood and lots of nice touches from the host. The bedroom is right on the train and front street you’re a light sleeper this might not be the plane for you but otherwise it’s a great spot.

Very welcoming. Large space. Will be back next time.

This was a convenient location for visiting family and close to shops and restaurants. The description was very accurate and the unit was equipped, clean and tidy. Rob and Amanda were very responsive with clear instructions on entrance and parking. They also were helpful with local recommendations. There are a lot of steep stairs but they made sure we were aware so there were no surprises.

Super clean apartment…. Easy access & a quiet neighborhood…. Dominique was an excellent host with clear communication…. will definitely book again!

We had an amazing stay at Si's Airbnb! Si was an absolute dream host—communication was prompt, clear, and incredibly helpful throughout our trip. What truly stood out was the flexibility with our checkout time, which made a huge difference as our flight was scheduled later in the evening. This thoughtful accommodation allowed us to relax and enjoy our last day without stress. The house was perfect, and Si's hospitality made it even better. Highly recommend staying here!

I haven’t booked an Airbnb since about 2016 because I normally do hotels when I go anywhere, but this definitely made me feel like I’m going to start looking into Airbnb’s First whenever I go visit a new city. They definitely made this process super easy and were so kind in their messages to make sure that I did not have any trouble checking in days before it was even time for me to arrive. I would definitely book here again.

This was my favourite Place to stay during our USA-Trip. If you like a modern hotel, this is probably not for you. But for us, it was perfect. We had a huge room with the coziest bed ever. We enjoyed the breakfast (whitch is inculded in the price) everyday. The Staff is super friendly and heartwarming. If you are looking for a place to sleep and you are in the area, this is your place to go.

I stayed for a week at Flint Hill Farm and enjoyed every bit of my visit. Kathy was so warm and welcoming. My room was cozy, the kitchen was accommodating, homemade breads, yoghurt, cheese and coffee. The animals were beautiful, all the farm staff were friendly and nice. Flint Hill Farm is my go-to place when I visit that part of the country. Thanks so much, Kathy. Susan

A delightful experience through and through! Francois is doing Airbnb like it should be done. He’s a warm and perfectly interactive host, and we couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay for our two nights! We unfortunately did not get to meet his fiance Keith and their dog Fez as they were out of town. Francois made us feel right at home as soon as we arrived. The space is just the epitome of cozy. There were so many thoughtful touches throughout the duration of our stay. The included breakfast was a level of hospitality that felt genuine and charming. His recommendations for places to eat and things to do were spot on and saved us from making at least one culinary faux pas! When we come back to Fishtown there is no question we will be staying here again! I’d give this place 10 stars if I could!

Chris and Zeus were both friendly and welcoming. The house was clean and an easy walk to to Keswick. Very much enjoyed sitting on the front porch, nice big TV in the bedroom.

Loved it here! Such a charming space, easy to check in and out, and we got to hang out with one of the cats for a while. Literally only one downside and that's that it's an old (and beautiful) building so if you're a light sleeper, bring earplugs because the floors are creaky. Really can't say enough good things otherwise.

This is a lovely location. There's a fair amount of traffic on the nearby bridge, but it was totally quiet by 10 pm and peaceful until about 7:30 am. The room was small but well appointed and supplied with everything promised. Breakfast and afternoon tea were delicious and generous. This was an exceptionally nice 3-day getaway.

Their place is an incredible location and is super clean. Bed was comfortable, and the room came with everything you need for a short stay. Upstairs, the kitchen is fully stocked if you’re staying longer and you want to make meals, etc.. The unit downstairs is incredibly private feels like it’s own apartment. Heir home is a short walk to the train station and so many incredible restaurants and coffee shops! We look forward to staying here again when we visit Philadelphia.
