It was an amazing experience qualify for best value for money !! Within walking distance about 10 minutes from the Dubai Mall very quiet building. What I enjoyed the most was the free gym The only drawback was the availability of the swimming pool. It was closed during my stay.

It's a great place, we loved the environment and the surroundings. It was very peaceful and at the same time have opportunities for lot of outdoor activities . Place has lot of amenities and would recommend to anyone who is looking for a staycation or in Dubai for a wonderful vacation

We had an absolutely fantastic stay at this property! We traveled with two friends, our two children, and our baby, and everything was perfect. The home was spacious, comfortable, and fully equipped to accommodate our group. The host was incredibly responsive and went above and beyond to help us with any issues that arose during our stay. It was clear that they genuinely cared about making sure we had a great experience. La maison est très bien placée vous pouvez répondiez tous les lieux à visiter en maximum 30 min en taxi à moindre coût ! Tout est sécurisé et très calme. Ce fut un plaisir de profiter de la piscine. We were looking for a place for my family, coming from India, to celebrate New Year's. Sunrise Homes worked out like a charm, especially since we lived in the vicinity. It is situated in a quiet and safe neighbourhood, with the local market a 10-minute walk away. The seniors in the family had a very comfortable stay. Clean and very well managed by a Superhost, Teuta, who is very responsive, made our holiday memorable.

We loved our stay here as a family. There's a supermarket next door, lots of playgrounds for the little ones, a lovely walk into the creek for restaurants. The host was superhelpfu and quick in his response. We'd definitely stay here again when we come back to Dubai.

We had an incredible stay! We loved absolutely everything about this apartment. Communication with Vansh has been outstanding, as well as location, amenities and easiness of check-in and check-out. I would definitely recommend it for a short or long stay. The coffee shop downstairs is a big plus for an easy breakfast! Thank you so much for everything Vansh, if we ever come back to Dubai we will for sure get in touch again!

Perfect apartment for family if looking to spend time and get around downtown dubai. View from the balcony was amazing. Very secure, secluded yet close to the centre.

Hôtes réactifs et disponible. l’appartement est bien équipée et entretenu. la localisation est top surtout si vous avez des enfants. pleins de choses accessible à pied, mall, restaurants, salon de beauté, pressing etc... l’appartement donne un accès direct au dubai hills park top pour le sport, une balade ou pour les enfants. je recommande

L’appartement est très bien situé au cœur de JBR à proximité immédiate de la plage et des restaurants. Un petit carrefour market au pieds de l immeuble est un vrai plus! L’appartement est très bien équipé, fidèle aux photos avec un balcon et les chambres offrant une vue incroyable sur la plage de JBR et la grande roue de Dubai! L’hôte est hyper réactif et disponible à tout moment en cas de soucis de n’ importe quel ordre! Je ne peux que recommander et j’y reviendrai assurément!

Ahmed & Hesham were amazing hosts. The property was exactly as described and it was in a perfect location. My family had a wonderful time.

This is the second time we have stayed in this apartment. It’s near to walk to the each, shopping mall and places to eat. We will hopefully return next Xmas .

Le logement de Marta est très bien, la réalité est même mieux que ce qui correspond sur les photos. L’emplacement parfait, les équipements de l’appartement parfait. Nous étions une famille de 4 avec un enfant de 3 ans il y avait tout ce qu il fallait, et s il nous manquait quelque chose Marta était très disponible pour répondre à nos besoins à chercher des solutions. J’ai rarement connu un service de conciergerie aussi exceptionnel, je reviendrai avec plaisir dans cette appartement. Merci encore à Marta pour sa réactivité sa disponibilité et sa gentillesse
