Thank you Lisa! From the moment we arrived we settled straight in. Everything we could possibly need from all kitchen utensils, cooking equipment, plenty of extra towels, bedding, cleaning products, toilet rolls, even a toothbrush in the little bathroom drawer! We loved the garden and even enjoyed picking apples from the tree and cooking them. I have already recommended your lovely house to other people and would definitely return if in the area. Thank you

what a great place to hold our first family reunion. our host Victoria was very accommodating with respect to change of check in time and always responded quickly to questions. The property was ideally placed for walking round the local area and there is so much to do within a short drive. The train station was within walking distance for our party members who don't drive so no problem for them. All in all a thoroughly enjoyable experience with Victorias place. Top Marks.

Really lovely big home that was modern and clean and everything seemed new. The host was super helpful and friendly and really responsive. This place is easily walkable to the town and sea front though those with mobility problems might find hilly Filey difficult! Would recommend the gluten free fish and chips from the corner place and bella Italia restaurant.

Great few days in this lovely little cottage . Within walking distance of our favourite restaurant (a bit in the dear side but great food ) we walked to the beach around a mile or so from the cottage. John was always quick to respond to any messages via air B&B and also let us know we could get in a little earlier than originally stated. Slight down side can be a little noisy from the road through the village but to be expected due to its position. It didn’t really give us any issues. Full of modern appliances and a modern kitchen. We will definitely be back.

We had a great stay in Elliot’s house and were lucky to enjoy fabulous weather. The location was perfect, the town centre was so busy and it was nice to walk the 10 minutes to get a bit of space and great to be able to park straight outside. We enjoyed lots of walks and sightseeing and a few drinks in the Endeavour!

We had a lovely weekend break at Marks place. There were 4 adults, 3 teenagers & one dog & the flat was big enough to accommodate us all. We found it comfortable, clean & well equipped with all you would need for a short break or longer. It was in a great position near Peasholm Park/North Bay & within walking distance of the town centre. There was also plenty of parking availability right outside & permits were provided. Mark was also a great host - very responsive & friendly. We would definitely return to stay again!

A lovely place with a lot of room, exactly as described in the listing! Everything was clean and the host was very communicative, ensuring that we had checked in ok. Great place for our stay as we were working in the local area.

Perfect location, easy to walk to all the best spots in York. Beautiful, charming and spacious apartment for one or two people. I didn’t use the kitchen but it looked well equipped with ample counter space and seating. Bed was very comfy. Would stay here again

This flat is spacious and very central for all that Whitby has to offer. The flat was clean and had everything that you needed. Long stay parking is available opposite the flat and was fairly reasonable for the week. If you are travelling by public transport the train and bus stations are only a 5-minute walk away. The host was very responsive to our messages and gave us all the information we needed. We will definitely stay here again

What a wonderful apartment and so close to the centre. This was a gift for my mum for Christmas who’s never been to York. My mum has to use a wheelchair and this was perfect for accessibility and allowed us to venture into the city easily. What a wonderful host, small touches like leaving milk, juice, snacks and a nice bottle of wine made us smile. I would definitely stay here again Thank you ☺️

Frank’s place was exactly what we were looking for. It is exactly as described, so if you like what you see you should book it. The location was great, really close to attractions but very quiet at night.

The apartment is exactly as described. lovely roomy lounge/kitchen with comfortable seating. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed. There were teabags, coffee, milk and treats left for us.....very much appreciated. The beds were super comfy and both bathrooms were of good standard and very clean with toiletries.....There were books games and music available. We agreed we'd all be very happy to stay at Alison's apartment again...Alison was very contactable.

My 2nd stay at Dean's flat, and just as lovely as the 1st time! Great location - just a few minute's walk to the seafront. And if any supplies needed, then just 5 minutes down the road there is Lidl + Tesco. So, all very convenient. The flat was lovely and clean, warm and cosy, nice big hot shower. Had everything i needed. And the big bonus for me was the dishwasher! No washing up for me to do!! Great value for money - would definitely recommend and i will definitely be staying again!

Just one night but a perfect one night. Mesmerising views over South Bay, never turned on the TV, the view was enough. Apartment was exceptional, everything you could need. Dined at India, just down Castle Road, and the food and service were both very good. Breakfast at The Lookout on the Pier, as per Andrea’s recommendation and that too was excellent.

We stayed at Jame's place as we were going to an event at Bridlington Spa. The location was central for the town, seafront, harbour and Bridlington Spa. We were met by Tina who was very friendly and helpful. James pre-booked parking for us which was only 5 minutes walk away. The apartment suited our needs and we have booked to stay again later in the year.

Dagi’s place is lovely - only a short walk over the river to York city centre / Minster / other attractions but quiet and a nice place to retreat to at the end of a busy day. Dagi had thought of all the small things that make a difference when travelling, and is very responsive.

Lovely apartment in a good position ,with only a 10 -15 minute walk into town.The apartment is well maintained and clean.Easy access with a lift to all floors and stairs.Really liked the photos and prints of Whitby around the apartment. Guaranteed parking a real bonus with this apartment.

We had a lovely return visit to Diane's apartment and certainly hope to go again. We couldn't fault anything; everything so clean, the apartment well appointed, bed very comfortable with beautiful bedding and towels and everything you could possibly need or want. Malton is a perfect base to enjoy North Yorkshire. Great to meet Diane and Mark who were so friendly. Thank you!

Perfect location for exploring York centre, 5-10 minute walk. Car park was expensive at £20 a day, but the accomodation being reasonably priced made this acceptable! The place itself is very clean and nicely decorated, also has everything you need. Plenty of food shops to choose from within walking distance. Car park and accomodation were easy to find, phone map takes you straight there. Checking in is easy, info is very clear. Really pleased we booked this place as we had a lovely two night stay. Would definitely recommend.

We spent 2 nights at the apartment. Everything was as described. The location is fantastic within a beautiful holiday village and only 5 mins walk to the amazing never ending sandy beach which is absolutely perfect for your four legged friend. Filey is only 5 mins drive with lovely shops and restaurants and bustling Scarborough only a 15 mins drive. Will definitely be back!
