Robert And Arlina were fantastic and so accommodating we fled the la fire and Robert and Arlina went on and above to help us feeling safe and so well taking care of the house is fantastic and so close to the beach i really appreciated that every room had a tv, so it was easy to follow the news and see how the la fire developed i can really recommend staying here you will never find a more accommodating hostess

We had a wonderful stay at Lost Shaker of Sea Salt! Lisa and Morgan were exceptional hosts and very communicative and caring throughout our visit. They ensured we had all the information we needed and frequently checked in to make sure everything was going smoothly. The property itself is beautiful, with stunning views and all the amenities we could ask for. It was a perfect getaway, and we felt right at home. We booked for a group of athletes traveling to LA to give them a unique mountain experience. Although check-in got off to a rough start, Peter more than made up for it. The house is large, roomy, and conveniently located. We got in late and had to leave early so didn't get a chance to take advantage of all the outside amenities such as volleyball court. We had 23 in our group and all had somewhere to sleep. It was a short stay but very comfortable and we would look to stay here again in the future if available.

Great house for our family. All adult children had their own bedrooms, kitchen was well stocked and we enjoyed the rooftop patio. Very close to the beach, just 1 minute walk.

We loved staying here. The property is peaceful and quiet with farm animals to visit nearby. The home was warm and cozy and was stocked with everything we needed and more. My girls enjoyed seeing the animals and playing the games that were provided. We can't wait to visit again!

My partner and I stayed at Bodega House for a couple nights and we couldn’t have asked for a more perfect getaway. The place was clean, cozy, and so charming! Photos don’t do it justice. It had everything we needed and more, and we really appreciated all the little details found in this beautiful space. It’s in a great location, with the most incredible food and drink options all only a few steps away. Additionally, Zach was a wonderful host. He’s kind, communicative, and accommodating. We were sad to leave, but can’t wait to be back! Cannot recommend highly enough!

Our family of six had a great time staying at Karen's house for over a month. It's spacious, beautiful, and in a great location. Karen was always quick to respond and kind in her recommendations and messages. We highly recommend staying here!

David greeted us upon arrival and, after that, we had privacy in the two-story guest house...which is the size of many homes! The mattresses were so comfortable that my wife wants to know where to get one. The views are lovely, plenty of space for the 4 of us and 3 bathrooms! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and hope to return again...

My friends and I loved this air bnb. Rosa was super responsive and very helpful when the app was giving me a hard time to book her place. The place was amazing and super peaceful. It even snowed while we were there!! Would totally recommend booking it’s worth it. Place was completely clean when arriving and check in and check out was super simple. Instructions and rules posted everywhere to make us all aware.

What an amazing stay at Toni’s cabin! Snow had fallen a few days earlier, and the area looked impressive with the pines covered in it. Photos don’t quite capture it—it’s better in person. Toni was very helpful as a host. She gave me a lot of useful info about the area, pointing out trails and local spots, which made the stay straight forward and practical. The cabin itself was super cozy and great—comfortable and well-suited for the weekend. I’m thankful for Toni’s help and for the chance to stay in such a solid spot. It was an awesome well needed weekend! 100% recommend and would come again. Thank you!

My son & I were in the area for a high school tour & wow, we were so blessed to have coupled that with staying in the Fantastical Cottage. There was no one else staying in the Glass House adjacent to us, so we had the entire area to ourselves. We brought our pup, cooked all meals in the open-air kitchen, enjoyed the open-air shower, hammock, lovely pool & spa, trampoline, birds galore, dreamy tree swing, & were nourished by the hens’ offerings for breakfasts. Each used space was very clean. No cell service meant no interruptions & we were able to truly enjoy being with each other on the land. We are outdoor & nature lovers, so for us this was a perfect fit! Jennifer is a wonderful & communicative host.

We had the ideal stay at Ebru’s place. The home is perfectly nestled on the trees, with thoughtful details throughout. We will definitely come back for an escape from the city.

The bungalow was adorable!! It was extremely cozy and perfect for a beachy holiday. It was super cute, the bedrooms were generously sized with plenty of storage, the bathroom was tidy, living room comfy, and the kitchen had everything we needed. There were more than enough towels, boogie boards and beach chairs. The neighborhood was quiet and interesting and the neighbors friendly. We loved it and hope to be back again!

We loved our stay at this cute house! It was perfect for the three of us (myself and husband and teenage daughter) plus the fenced in yard was great for our dog. The house is adorable and the yard makes it fee like you are in the tropics. It's a quick walk to the dog-friendly beach, which we enjoyed long walks on every morning. And you are a 5 minute drive from the town of Montecito and close to Santa Barbara. We would definitely stay here again to visit our other daughter at college.

Jennifer's Cottage was the perfect little bungalow for our night in Summerland/Montecito. It's a small space, but the group of bungalows together would be cute for a small group where everyone needs their own room. Aidan was communicative and easy to chat with for instructions and anything we needed help with.

Donna is incredible. We booked her place due to the recent evacuations in LA & Ventura counties and she was wonderful in every way. She responded so promptly and was such a light during a dark time. I would recommend her and any of her properties without hesitation. Her place was so welcoming and an amazing place of respite during a very challenging time. Thank you!!!

Beautiful home and perfect location near the ocean, the Oxnard Beach Park, and Marina. We loved the area and went for walks everyday. Also, the host is very responsive.

Janet’s place is everything I expected and so much more! The small cottage makes you feel welcome, the attention to details from the fresh flowers and orchids, to the beautiful inside decor, to the amazing landscape that makes you feel secluded and comfortable. We were welcomed with a bottle of great wine, and breakfast items for the first few days which makes it so convenient. The bird bath that is visible just outside the window and from the dining table, I could just spend hours watching them. The house is close to downtown and we walked everywhere from there. It was a great experience and will be staying here again when traveling to Santa Barbara

This was the perfect air bnb for our spring break girl's trip. so cute & cozy inside. And the tropical looking backyard was charming. Also loved the hot tub. We can't wait to come back!
