One of our favorite hiking spots when we don't want to drive more than 25 minutes. This riparian habitat is home to many, many, many animal and plant species. Sit by the river for a while and see if you get to spot a bald eagle or river otters. Those have been our favorite sightings here. Miles of trails! Do bring water and snacks.
