The only vegan joint in town, but it won't disappoint! I've sampled a number of vegan restaurants and Sweet Melissa is near the top of the pack. It's located in downtown Laramie, and is very close to the 9th Street Arms

One of the best burgers I've ever had, period. Born in a barn is simple comfort food in a no nonsense atmosphere. They have a nice back patio as well for outdoor dining. It's just a few blocks west in downtown Laramie.

Fantastic, authentic Indian cuisine right here in Laramie! Try the samosas, korma, and mango main courses, you won't be disappointed!

Amazing area to hike, fish, and camp during the summer; and fantastic snowshoeing and snowmobiling in the winter! One of my favorite places in the area and well worth the 1 hour drive.

Only 30 minutes to the East, Happy Jack is a fantastic place for a quick day hike, or cross country skiing. I've seen moose several times hiking in this area as well, so stay alert on the trail!

An exceptionally beautiful area to explore, and only a short 25 min drive from town down i-80. Vedauwoo is renowned amongst rock climbers, but there are many trails scattered through the for hikers to explore as well!
