A good place to hang out for a coffee. But it's much more. The Spar downstairs is one of the best supermarkets in town. You also find a gym and plenty of nice little shops.

It's a mall, yes. But probably one of the nicest ones you'll ever find. It's right on the harbor edge with plenty of restaurants right on the water. And all you may need you find in the shops.
