On a two-hour immersive walk, we'll take you where no other tour will take you: to the locals' Montmartre! You'll get a taste of true Parisian culture, including artisanal food and quirky boutiques - and you'll even meet local creatives and artisans. A heads up: this is not a historical or sightseeing tour. Deciphering The French Revolution & Napoleon's Rise to Power

In 1789 France entered a state of turmoil and, with it, so did the world. The French Revolution was an event of such magnitude from an ideological, political, and social standpoint that it forever changed our way of thinking. During the Revolution, key principles were established that continue to govern contemporary society: liberty, equality, the right to property, and fraternity. Always difficult to wrap our heads around, the French Revolution is nevertheless a logical and organic historical process, which we will begin to understand in the luxurious Place Vendome. Here, you will discover what absolutism truly means (and what it looks and feels like). Making our way to the Place de la Concorde (where many a poor soul lost their head) through the Tuilleries Gardens you will learn about the causes of the revolutionary outbreak, the first attempts at reform, and the radicalization that culminated in the Reign of Terror. Crossing Pont de la Concord, as we reach the National Assembly, we will disscuss the more moderate period of the Revolution: the Directory. At Les Invalides (Napoleon's final resting place) we will understand how he rose to power after more than a decade of revolution. Finishing at the Grand Palais and with a panoramic view of the Eiffel Tower, we will discover the true legacy French Revolution and how it changed the world for ever!

This experience takes place in an airfield located north of Paris "Aérodrome de Persan Beaumont". The whole experience will take 3 hours as you have to count the time to go and come back from the airfield by train and car. The flight in a two-seater plane, is 30mins long (If you book for 2 people they will flight at the same time in 2 different aircraft) The flight : It all starts with a briefing to explain the basics of driving. Then around the plane we will do all the checks for the safety of the flight. Installed on board, we will go to the track and do all the checklist before takeoff. After takeoff I will teach you to take turns, up and down, while strolling around the "Château de Chantilly" or "Abbaye de Royaumont". The duration flight will be 30mn. (If your weight is over 95 kg (210 lbs), please contact us before booking!) Transportation: To get to the airfield, you have to take the train at Gare du Nord (34mn) to Persan Beaumont where I will wait for you with my car to get to the plane (8mn). Sometimes in the morning at the beginning of the week I will be able to give you an appointment at the Gare du Nord to take the train with you.

I would be delighted to introduce you, on horseback, to Maisons-Laffitte and the forest of Saint-Germain; two exceptional historic sites imbued with centuries-old equestrian culture. This unique experience will last 3 hours and will include 1.5 hours of ride. If you want to escape the Parisian world for a day, come to Maisons-Laffitte to explore the "Cité du Cheval" which is just 20 minutes away by train. During your stroll, you will have the opportunity to ride through the park of Maisons-Laffitte and the Saint-Germain forest, where you might meet beautiful thorough bred on the way to the racehorse training centre, and horses of all disciplines whose riders rub shoulders in a very friendly and caring atmosphere. You will also learn more about the historical heritage of the location such as the castle and the hunting lodge built by Louis XV. On this ride we are happy to welcome riders who have never experienced horseback riding before or who has less then one year regular practice. We will introduce you to mount safely and to control a horse at a walk and depending on how you feel we might also try some trot.
