I had an amazing stay! The place was clean, well-organized, and had everything we needed. The location is great, just a short walk to lots of restaurants and coffee places, making it easy to explore. All the pictures are accurate. Highly recommend!

We absolutely loved our stay at Andy’s home. Clean, comfortable and attention to all the details. We all felt like everything was taken care of and we could just relax and enjoy our stay. Everything was clearly described and any directions were easy to follow. Andy was very responsive and a pleasure to communicate with. The kitchen was great to cook in. Loved the pool and hot tub. We spent hours playing all the games in the comfortable finished basement. Highly recommended; would definitely stay again!

We stayed at this home with a group of five people and the home fit everyone great. The view from the home of the marsh is beautiful and we spent Saturday hanging out on the dock. It is really peaceful and we had an amazing time. Michele was a pleasure to work with and was very accommodating with being flexible for check in and check out times. Thank you again!

The house was as described and we had a great visit. We were very comfortable in the uniquely decorated rooms with interesting art and numerous books. We enjoyed the large yard, pool and garden. Our dogs had plenty of space to play and the nearby hiking trails were great.

We had the best holiday spent at beyond the beach. This house has everything we could have needed, toys for kiddos which we appreciated and organized and clear instructions for every step of the way. Cannot wait to return!

We (my wife and I) had an incredible stay at Natasha’s place! The home was beautifully decorated, and had all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. You can tell the host put in a lot of time and effort designing the interior. The location was peaceful and relaxing with a very nice view of the water. Natasha was incredibly responsive and made sure we had everything we needed. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area! PS: For anyone visiting the area and looking for a place to eat, I will definitely recommend Tosca (Formal) and Mambo’ by the bay (Casual).

Bill was extremely responsive! He made sure the hot tub was ready to go for us, the night before arrived. The house is beautiful with an open floor plan and nicely decorated. The beds were very comfortable and plenty of clean linen in the bathrooms. The location was perfect! Conveniently located right on Main St. and walking distance to the waterfront. The view from the rooftop deck was beautiful with the ocean and the clock tower lit up at night. The hot tub easily accommodated 3 couples and was a nice relaxing way to wrap up a day of walking, shopping and eating. We can't wait to book our trip for next year!!
