Petar was an exemplary host. The apartment was spotless with a beautiful view. Petar was so kind and thoughtful, checked in with me regularly and offered to drive me to the store. He invited me for coffee one day and gave me a great history of Montenegro and the surrounding areas. I am happy to call him my friend.

Kotorda kalınabilecek en merkezi yerdi sanırım. Ev tertemiz düzenliydi banyo mutfak temizdi. Çamaşır makinesi mevcuttu kullandım ve rahattı. Manzarası sessiz sakin temiz oluşu çok güzeldi. Fazlasıyla memnun kaldım

Çok memnun kaldık. Gordana ve Igor bizi oldukça iyi karşıladılar. Dairenin konumu her yere çok yakın ve inanılmaz sessiz sakin bir konumda yer alıyor. Her şey için çok teşekkürler, bir daha gelecek olsam yine Gordana’nın evini seçerim.

We had a great stay at Sanja’s place. Sanja was really friendly and a great host. It was great value for money and about 20-25 minutes to the old town. Would definitely stay again.

Jelena was very quick to respond and helped with various questions, not only those related to accommodation. For example, she recommended excursions and the best places in the area, and also gave me advice on tourist registration. My friends and I enjoyed our stay at Jelena's apartment! Thank you!

The apartment was super clean and in perfect shape. The location is perfect for grocery stores (Aroma and Idea) and transportation. Parking is not an issue at all. The internet speed and stability are pretty good (if you work in tech it's quite important). The host is super friendly and responsive. I don't see any negatives about the apartment. The only thing is the clothes do not dry (even in the hot weather) but it's related to Kotor so be careful with that.

O apartamento é bem localizado, espaçoso e confortável, exatamente como nas fotos. Gostamos muito de tomar café da manhã na varanda com vista para a baia de Kotor. Mladen foi muito solicito em tudo, inclusive nos chamou um táxi quando precisamos. O apartamento não fica no centro de Kotor, mas em Dobrota, perto de uma praia tranquila, com restaurantes, mercadinho e padaria próximos.

The house was very clean, nice and spacious. Pool was super and everything was very private. Ivana was super quick to respond to questions and the host Dorde was there to welcome us with some nice local food, wine, juice and home made rakia. He even took us to the mountains and supplied us all week with home grown vegetables. The house is 2,5 km from Herceg Novi, so it takes a taxi or a good walk to get to town. There is a bakery just next door and a local restaurant and market some 400 m from the house. We had a lovely time all 8(two families) of us. Would go again.

What a beautiful place to spend a weeks holiday - views are absolutely fantastic. its a great base to explore what the rest of the area has to offer. The house is a perfect size for two people and everything was very clean. Would recommend!

Stunning apartment with a incredible view and the best hosts. The garden is beautiful and the apartment has everything you could need. The apartment is a bit out of town but we managed the walk and taxis are available and cheap and the hosts helped us with these. We would recommend staying here and would hope to visit next time we are back.

Manzara tek kelimeyle müthiş. Bütün budva ayaklarınızın altında terası kocaman ve tamamen size ait. Evin konumu merkezin dışında ve yaklaşık 15 dakika mesafede. Olga bize her konuda yardımcı oldu. Kendi arabanız varsa ve budvaya gelecekseniz burada kalmanızı tavsiye ederiz.

Júlia and Sergey were very kind hosts. Sergey was in a place waiting for us in order to be easier to find the apartment. We had a problem with our rented car in a remote place and the night coming but Julia and Sergey helped us contacting a truck to take us and our car to be repaired, even being late, they were very kind and helpful. The apartment was very clean, located in a very calm place, near the beach and had everything we needed for our stay. I recommend this apartment to visit the coast of Montenegro.

El edificio es nuevo y la habitación estaba muy limpia y con todo lo necesario para pasar unos días en Kotor. El entorno es hermoso y muy tranquilo, y tiene unas vistas espectaculares a la bahía de Kotor. La comunicación con Jaroslav fue fluida y cordial. Muchas gracias!

We had a really great stay here, it is a long way out from Kotor, but we like that, it was quite no noise. The night sky was awesome. Close to the sea was great to jump into from the ponta. (We did this every day) Also was nice to see the cruise ships coming out of Kotor in the distance. The place is homely, a little bit dated, but a proper Montenegro home which we liked. The added addition to having the local cats come to visit morning and evening was so good. We counted at least 10 + cats and kittens. Overall a great quiet place to stay.

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt bei Nenad! Es ist eine tolle Wohnung mit einer schönen Terrasse. Die Küche war ebenfalls gut ausgestattet (wir hätten uns eine Auflaufform gewünscht). Nenad war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, v.a. als wir Probleme hatten die Unterkunft zu finden (nach Ljuta fahren, nicht der automatischen Wegbeschreibung folgen). Ansonsten ist die Lage super: ein bisschen entfernt vom recht vollen Kotor kann man mit einem Wein oder Bier den Blick auf die Bucht genießen. Und in nur 2 min Fußweg gibt es einen kleinen betonierten Zugang zum Meer. Klare Empfehlung! Danke für das Begrüßungs-Bier im Kühlschrank :-)

ho amato il modo in cui l'host ci ha fatto trovare la stanza. Atmosfera e vista top. La stanza offre tutti i servizi necessari. 6 stelle se potessi darle

Stevo and his wife were very friendly and helpful, and the apartment itself is best of the best, cozy & modern interior, small garden from the kitchen side and just 2 minutes walk to the sea, definitely recommend!

Good place to be for some days even for vacation. Everything was good in the studio. Very clean. Big windows with right side sea view. Very shiny in the morning The house is new. The elevator is not working yet. For me it was a little problem because of my back. But there is en elevator, it’s just not connected yet. Small shop Idea just in front. The sea in 100-150 meters. Port Monténégro with all beautiful restaurants in 10 minutes. Big Ben beach bar in 2 minutes. Checkout flexible. I liked everything. Thanks

Hôte très accueillant et réactif par message. L’appartement est très bien situé

Les pieds dans l’eau donc idéal pour profiter de la baie pour baignade et kayak ! Et tout est à disposition pour en profiter. Emplacement idéal pour visiter toute la baie ! Attention la circulation est très chargée du côté de Kotor et il faut en tenir compte pour les balades ! La communication avec Marco et son père Peter ont été très agréables et faciles comme Peter parle très bien le français !
