Ashley’s place was exactly what we needed for our long stay—it was spacious and comfortable. Ashley and Amanda were very responsive and always went above and beyond to resolve any inconveniences we had. Looking forward to staying again when we’re in the area.

Very nice place for our family to stay while my son played at the All Star Park . The host was accommodating the place had everything we needed for our stay . The kids loved the TV’s in all the bedrooms . Loved all the kitchen amenities and very spacious. Lived the washer and dryer which was nice to have clean clothes to Take home at the end of our trip . Thank you again for wonderful hospitality.

Great apartment close to Main Street and college campuses. House had all the basics needed and the beds and couch were very comfortable. Very clear and easy instructions and Jordyn was responsive with any questions we had, would definitely stay here again!

We stayed here for our week at Cooperstown Dreams Park. It was the perfect location for our week stay since Dreams Park is right across the road. It gets busy in this area since many people are constantly coming and going but we didn’t mind since we were a part of it. This place is in the same parking lot as a restaurant that is owned by Abbe as well so it can get loud and very busy. There wasn’t dedicated parking or a great place to park our large truck but we made it work. The overflow from the restaurant would park in front of the place so it made it difficult for us to find a place the couple times we came back super late and there was constant noise into late evening. We would recommend light blocking shades, and some help with the noise, as well as a dedicated spot for parking. Abbe was great! We didn’t need much while there but what we did reach out for was taken care of quickly and efficiently. We would book here again!

I would definitely stay here again. The place was clean, Beds comfortable and roomy. Blankets and linens soft and warm. Bedrooms are nice size. Living room was nice size and cozy. Good size bathroom with tub and shower. This is a definite home away from home. Excellent for those attending All Star Village which is why we were there! Mercy was an exceptional host and very responsive and quick. I've had many Air BNB experiences and this is top notch!

Nice place to stay to get away for the weekend and a great little town. Walkable to Main Street which makes things convenient.

If you are going to Dreams Park for baseball, this place is new, clean, and close. Newly redone, AC, 4 bed (2 bunk rooms and 2 bath). Only downside is poor cell coverage. Other than that, and we easily worked around it, place is great!

This place was extremely easy to find, and the apartment was clean and has tons of space to sleep if you are traveling with kids. Excellent place and Marfa was a friendly, communicative, and excellent host. I will definitely look to stay here again the next time I'm in the area!

Great communication. SUPER clean. Well appointed. Walkable to downtown Oneonta. Had a minor issue w the toilet that was addressed immediately. Very satisfied.

Very nice, reasonably spacious apartment taking up the entire second floor of a house, with a separate entrance. Obviously rehabbed sometime recently. As the listing and comments say, the stairs going up are solid, but have a pretty narrow tread, so you have to be careful. The water, especially the hot water in the bathroom, has a distinct sulfurous odor, but seems to be fine for washing/showering. (Susan left us some large bottles of fresh water in the fridge for drinking. ) There is no air conditioning, but there are a couple of fans. The apartment can get pretty hot midday/afternoon in the heat of summer (probably mid to late July/early August), so if you'll be there at that time and will be spending the daytime in your room, you might want to consider someplace else with air conditioning. But even then, nights usually cool down. Floors are a little uneven. Very short ride to Glimmerglass opera nearby. A short walk to the marvelous Sunflower Cafe for breakfast or lunch.

Check-in was very easy. I love that it's a very convenient location from Cooperstown All Star Village which helped a lot when the games were delayed due to rain and lightning. Coming from California and visiting 3 different locations but not wanting to travel with too much stuff, the washier and dryer was very useful for us. Thank you for providing us a very convenient place to stay.

Absolutely love our stay! We had the lower level of a charming home. Spacious rooms, living, kitchen, dining, bathroom and bedroom. Renee is an amazing host and we hope to return again.

We enjoyed our stay at the carriage house with our two tiny dogs. The carriage house is so beautifully decorated. Colleen is the most gracious host. She answered all of our questions, and presented us with the best donuts I ever had. We loved sitting by the fireplace as we watched the snow fall. The carriage house is a great place to unwind and relax.

The description is spot on. We were there for my sons Cooperstown tournament. The condo fit our needs just fine. A 7 minute drive to All Star Village, walking distance (<5 minutes) to downtown row with shops and restaurants. 3 bedrooms that could sleep up to 6. The main couch is a bit small for more than 2 or 3 people to sit and watch TV, but no big deal. Yes, the train tracks are about 100ft away, but you get used to it. It's clearly stated in the description, so no surprise there. Angela is a very communicative host and very accommodating. 2 washers and 2 driers on site (coin). I'd recommend it 👌.

Dave is amazing. At first our stay went a little sideways. There was a water leak when we woke up (completely out of Dave’s control) and he was very fast to respond. Within a couple of hours he moved us into another one of his unit’s and we couldn’t have been happier. We were there for our son’s baseball tournaments, the schedules are tight and the places to stay are minimal, so needless to say Dave saved us a lot of stress that morning. I would definitely recommend you stay at Dave’s places, he was awesome! Also, his co-manager was so nice and quick to respond to check out the problem right away! Thanks so much!

Great location and a very convenient drive to All StarVillage. I enjoyed my stay here with my two kids. Home was cozy, and it had everything we needed. I would definitely recommend this home. Neighborhood is quiet and very peaceful. Michael answers very quickly if you need anything. The location is perfect, and many stores and restaurants close by.

Bernie was a great host. He met us to greet us and check us in and show us around the place because it is a little unique. The house is wonderful and oozes with history. There are a couple things about the set up of the unit to be aware of. The kitchen is completely enclosed within the house so there are no windows and no way to exhaust fumes - just be aware of this so you do not unwittingly set off the smoke alarm and disturb the neighbors in adjacent units. Also, the door to the bathroom, which is between the two bedrooms within the cottage unit doesn't lock, so you will need to come up with a system to alert your travel partners when someone is using the bathroom to avoid walking in on each other. Other than those two points for awareness, though, everything else is great. The bedrooms are huge, the beds are comfortable, the linens are pristine, the kitchen has everything you need, and the house is right by Otsego Lake and only a block from Main St. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Rob's home is directly across the street from Cooperstown Dreams Park and was the perfect spot for us to watch our 12 year old play. I could easily run my parents home between games to cool off in the A/C. The pool was a welcome spot for several of the boys on the team and the coaches. Rob was very kind, and welcoming. A perfect stay for any family playing at Dreams Park!

Very easy to talk with. Understood we drove 5 hours and were running early, and had a 10 hour event we were going to, and offered early check in to receive keys, super helpful. 100% will rent again for next year

My son was in a tournament at Cooperstown ASV and this rental was exactly what we needed. Dave quick to respond and very friendly. It was a short walk to downtown Oneonta, where my kids loved walking around, shopping and eating. Overall, this was such a positive experience for myself & my family.
