Great apartment in one of the best areas of the city. The apartment looks exactly like in the pictures, with a large bedroom and living room that connects to a kitchen that has it all. Although the apartment is located just one block from the busy Carrera 33, it is actually very quiet. There are plenty of supermarkets and restaurants nearby. There is a supermarket right in front of the building, actually. The beautiful Parque San Pio is one short block away. Same thing with the Parque Las Palmas. Service is excellent, with the landlord always available to assist or help with any question. Will come again!

Me encantó quedarme aquí. Un apartamento súper limpio, igual a como está en la fotos, súper bien ubicado y con una anfitriona muy amable y dispuesta a colaborar! Sin duda me quedaría de nuevo :)

The host was very helpful with everything & accommodations for our stay! Highly recommend! Also 3 air conditioners!

Please was clean, accommodated my family well. My only suggestion would be softer mattress and air condition in the living room and third bedroom. Also I would suggest extra blankets in the closet. I realize for cultural reason because the climate here in Colombia it is always hot, it may be unusual for blankets. I am from Canada and the with the air conditioning I do like a blanket. Everything was clean, safe, easy access. I would come back again just softer mattress or a topper on the mattress. Otherwise it’s a wonderful place to stay. Host is also very kind and responsive to requests and support for anything in the apartment. I would come back to stay again for sure!

Excelente kitchen, location, beds. Smaller, quaint building. Good daily exercise getting up the fifth floor by stairs nut well worth. Highly recommend this location

Fue una de mis mejores estadías, es un lugar increíble, una vista espectacular de la bonita Bucaramanga, la zona es inmejorable, el apartamento es muy lindo, tiene todo lo que uno pueda necesitar para estar como en casa, me encantó todo, la señora Luz Dary muy atenta y su coanfitriona la señora Marta también, fueron muy amables y pendiente de nuestros requerimientos, realmente una de mis mejores estadias en Airbnb, la piscina del edificio es espectacular con esa vista 10/10, realmente todo muy bueno, 5 estrellas a el lugar y a los anfitriones, muchas gracias por recibirnos en su bello lugar.

La cabaña es tal como las fotos,es muy cómoda para una familia con bebé que busca tranquilidad, silencio y ambiente familiar, hay un parque pequeño muy básico para los niños . Se debe tener coche para subir y bajar a la ciudad.

Es un gran alojamiento, cuenta con todos los servicios que necesita una familia, el parquedero es al frente del alojamiento, un lugar muy céntrico o en Girón. El alojamiento solo tiene dos observaciones, esta cerca de una zona de rumba y cerca al río.

Muy recomendado. La casa es muy agradable, sus espacios son cómodos y muy tranquilos. Juan es muy buen anfitrión y siempre está dispuesto a suplir las necesidades de los huéspedes. Muy central y con diversos comercios cerca para todo tipo de actividades, y lo mejor, a todos se llegan caminando.

If you like a place to stay without worries about the security of your family, this is the right place. The walking trails are amazing. Also, the cabin has a beautiful view. A very peaceful place to stay. Highly recommended.

Es un apto muy lindo, limpio, la ubicación es buena, tienes todo lo que necesitas. Jorge es un excelente anfitrión, a pesar de algunos malos comentarios … me fue muy bien con el. No tuve ningún problema, muy atento y respetuoso. Súper recomendado.

El lugar es muy cómodo, completo para una estadia familiar. El edificio tiene parque infantil y una piscina de buen tamaño. Lo unico es que fines de semana hay clubes cerca con música muy alta. Sin embargo no afectó nuestra experiencia. Agradecida y muy contenta con mi estadia
