Sehr geschmackvolle und saubere Wohnung ideal für einen Aufenthalt für ein, zwei Personen. Sehr freundliche und hilfsbereite Gastgeberin. Gute Verkehrsanbindung nach Düsseldorf oder Neuss Zentrum. Sehr empfehlenswert!

Wolfgang ist ein sehr freundlicher Gastgeber und war immer gut erreichbar. Er hat mich auch "gerettet" als ich meine Jacke bei der Abfahrt vergessen habe ;-) Das Apartment ist klein aber hat alles was es braucht und entspricht den Fotos. Die Gegend eignet sich super für Spaziergänge oder auch einen Abstecher in die Niederlande.

Wir waren auf Familienbesuch vor Ort und haben uns in der FW von Tina & Guido sehr wohl gefühlt. Die beiden Vermieter haben sich sehr gekümmert, es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Wir kommen gerne wieder !

We had a very nice stay in Köln. The apartment is in a very beautiful building. The master bedroom is very nice, the other bed/living room was fine. The kitchen was well equipped and cosy. Hassan our host and his wife were very friendly and helpful. We got a lot of good tips for visiting the city. All in all we really enjoyed our stay in this fine city.

Die Unterkunft ist so wie auf den Fotos dargestellt, - sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet, es ist alles vorhanden, was man braucht. Zudem liegt sie nah am Bahnhof, sodass sich Düsseldorf ganz leicht zu Fuß oder mit den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln erkunden lässt. Die Kommunikation mit Manes war super leicht, er war stets erreichbar und hat sich nach meinem Wohlbefinden erkundigt. Ich habe mich rundum wohlgefühlt und hatte somit eine sehr schöne Zeit in Düsseldorf! Ich kann Manes nur weiterempfehlen.

Thomas hat mich sehr herzlich Empfangen und war jederzeit für Fragen oder sonstiges schnell erreichbar. Durch seine hilfsbereite und freundliche Art fühlte man sich schnell heimisch. Im Ganzen war es ein sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt und ich würde die Unterkunft jederzeit weiter empfehlen.

We enjoyed our stay here and would book here again. The listing is very accurate and the flat was very clean. We had no trouble finding the place and Stefanie had provided us with instructions in addition to information that was in the flat itself. I thought it was a good location for visiting the Christmas markets.

Wir hatten einen tollen zweitägigen Kurzaufenthalt in Thorbens wunderschöner, blitzsauberer Wohnung. Kommunikation, Check-In und Lage waren wunderbar, wir können die Wohnung wärmstens empfehlen!

Lovely place and perfect for what we needed! We were here for Spiel in Essen and were happy to find this spot which with a car is handy for Essen and Dusseldorf! The second bed is in the open and shared space but we knew that going in! He left a chocolate on the bed, which was such a sweet touch! We got delayed on arrival due to traffic and he was very accommodating and easy to communicate with on the day! Had a lovely time and would stay again!

Eine schöne kleine Wohnung, welche alles beinhaltet was man braucht. Sauber und gepflegt. Super Gastgeber. Die Wohnung ist auch für Familien mit 2 Kleinkindern geeignet. Parkplatz direkt vor dem Haus nachdem es eine ruhige Wohngegend ist. Leider ist die Lage weit bom Zentrum in Mönchengladbach und auch preislich muß ich noch Sterne abziehen. Ich fand den Preis etwas hoch, insbesondere, wenn ich es mit anderen Erfahrungen vergleiche. Trotz allem sehr empfehlenswerte Wohnung, danke Michy and Eny

Nice place, exactly what we needed for a weekend in Cologne and great location

Wir waren sehr zufrieden. Alles war super sauber und Timo war direkt zu erreichen wenn etwas war.

great location, perfect walking distance to everywhere we needed to be. All the facilities we could need. Bakery next door is perfect, and there's an Edeka and a Lidl just round the corner. Elvir is a really receptive host and very helpful. We will definitely book again.

I felt immediately at home in this cozy 1-bedroom apartment in one of the most interesting and lively areas of the city. An authentically "eco-constructed" place built with love and plenty of effort from organic and recycled materials. A minimalistic but fully furnished kitchen and bedroom. High ceilings and carefully composed, warm colours and materials. A wonderful, peaceful athmosphere is the result. This place works great as a pad for exploring the city - but it is also fantastic for spending days on end indoors, be it working, studying, or chilling out. Niklas the host is very friendly and knowledgeable about eco-construction as he built the place himself. The shower and toilet face the entrance hallway with no door in between, so there is no way to have privacy from each other if staying as a couple. Not a big deal but good to know. I hope to be able to visit again!

Kudos! We were in Dusseldorf for a long awaited gathering of old friends (plus a little one). Hamza's place is perfect for our communiom. The communication with Hamza is extremely smooth. The neibourhood is quiet. Easilly accessible to U-bahn stations and, most importantly for us, the Japanese quarter. Strongly recommend, especially for groups of friends or big families!

Wir sind immer noch ganz geflasht von unserem Aufenthalt! Wer eine WIRKLICH außergewöhnliche Unterkunft mit einem super sympathischen Gastgeber sucht ist hier genau richtig! Alles Top!!

Wir waren begeistert von der Unterkunft, was unsere Erwartungen übertroffen hat. Sehr sauber die Wohnung, sehr gut dekoriert, das Badezimmer einfach ein Traum und der kleine private Kinosaal ein Highlight. Habe mich selten so wohl gefühlt, wie in dieser Wohnung! Der Gastgeber Lucas auch sehr zuvorkommend und hilfreich, antwortet sehr schnell und ist immer für einen da. Klare Empfehlung, perfekt um dem Alltag zu entfliehen und sich eine Pause zu gönnen. Wir sind einfach noch immer begeistert und schwärmen von dieser Unterkunft, vielen Dank Lucas!

Die Unterkunft entspricht den Bildern und der Beschreibung. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und alles wichtige war vorhanden. Wir kommen gerne wieder! :)

The accomodation is modern and well equiped and also very clean. Ingo and Karoline are super friendly and they always answered my questions quickly. The location was just perfect for me as I wanted to visit the Koelnmesse which is only 15 minutes away by tram. And the tram stop is located only a few minutes from the accomodation. I would highly recommend this and I this would be definitely my first choice when visiting Köln next time.

Ha sido un excelente anfitrión. Nos explicó muy bien la organización y normas de la casa, y consiguió que nuestra estancia fuese perfecta y muy agradable. Totalmente recomendable!

Super schönes kleines Appartement! Check in und Check out waren problemlos. Auch die Kommunikation war simpel und man bekam schnelle Antworten. Die Lage war super. Hat uns sehr gut gefallen!
