Not a modern villa and price reflects this. It's good value and well equipped, has good wi fi, and all 4 bedrooms have air con. Great location and views. As a mixed age family group we found it a good base to explore the island from. A downside not within the owners control is that one of the approach roads is steep and poorly maintained so you have to find the best way up it to avoid the holes. The owner was very flexible about a late departure and we really appreciated this. We enjoyed the pool and walking down to the local beach at Stonehaven were there are a couple of decent places for lunch.

Neals home was an absolute pleasure to stay in. The photos look exactly like the photos but bigger, the space is massive and has plenty of room for a family to stay. He is extremely responsive & pleasant. I would highly recommend this location to anyone and cant wait to book again.

This is a very special place. For anyone who loves nature, views and solitude, it's perfect. The views of the sea and the surrounding forest are unbeatable. The sound of crashing breakers on the beach below is idyllic. The house is unusually well equipped with kitchen equipment and plenty of sheets and towels. There is a small library of interesting books and the wifi is pretty good (with occasional outages). Good washing machine and dryer, and a wonderful hammock on the deck from which to stare at the gorgeous seascape. There is a powerful fan upstairs, so little danger of overheating (I loved sleeping up there). David was quick to respond when we needed something. We booked 16 days and would have happily stayed longer. Our favourite beach was Englishman's Bay and we loved buying fresh fish at Parletuvier. Bloody Bay is good for quick morning swims before breakfast. The birds are likely to wake you at 5am! All part of the joy of this exceptional place.

We had a great stay at Mark’s place. Marion was very accommodating with check in/out times and catered 2 lovely meals for us. The views and sunsets are beautiful and grounds and tree house were a big hit with the kids. The rooms were large and well appointed - it was perfect for our large family. Will definitely stay again.

Excellent place. Looks much better in reality than the photos. Patsy and Sonja are gems. If you find this available and looking for a study in Tobago, don’t waste your time. Book here now! Big pool and backyard as well. Like I said, the pictures here don’t do this beauty justice. It’s worth every penny you spend. Will surely come again.

My wife and I and our 7yo boy stayed at Donna’s apartment which is modern, functional, spacious and very well appointed. I am 60 yo, very well-travelled having lived on several continents and I can attest that the beach and jungle views from the house rank amongst the finest home views I have ever witnessed. It is the only house in the vicinity of the pristine and untouched Englishman’s bay rainforest and beach and it is very peaceful and truly mesmerising. Donna proved a very proactive and efficient host. We stayed in two other places in Castara and Parlatuvier which were excellent as well but this topped them all. We would have happily stayed quite a while longer than our 4 days. Highly recommended.

The place was exactly what was listed on Air Bnb, also quite spacious so ideal for a group. The location was superb - tucked away with privacy yet central to all attractions. As nature lovers, we appreciated the peaceful and picturesque community. It is ideal for taking long walks and on early mornings there is an abundance of birds at the 2 lakes within the community. This type of setting is exactly what we wanted. It seemed like the villa was not used for a while so everything was a bit dusty. We had to wash the dishes before using them so some improvement needed there. However, the place was updated with modern appliances, amenities and bathroom fixtures. Everything to make you feel right at home!

spacious clean and private . the host communicated well and in a very professional manner. we were overall pleased with this place
