Just back from a lovely couple of days at Mark and Kaye's cottage. The instructions to find the place we're much appreciated and very clear. When we arrived, the accomodation was lovely, bright,clean and spacious, and the welcome basket was a lovely touch. Everything you could possibly need was provided and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We highly recommend this property, and wouldn't hesitate to stay here again if in the area.

Wow just wow. This beautiful home has been a simply perfect mini getaway. So so cosy and clean, beautifully furnished and decorated throughout I really didn’t want to leave. I am without a doubt going to stay here again and already planning my next trip. Rochester High Street is so close by with stunning and quirky little shops and restaurants and all in view of the castle. A real gem of a find perfect I’d say for a family break as well as for solos/couples/business trips I am seriously considering booking this for Christmas if it’s still available. Beautifully quiet and spotlessly clean ground floor apartment; cosy and warm with a comfortable bed and good strong shower. Very close to the town centre (only 5 minutes walk) and although it's on a relatively busy road there was very little traffic noise. Anna was a gracious and helpful host. I thoroughly recommend the place, it's a great place to stay.

Sea View is a comfortable flat which is in a perfect location for visiting family in the Southend area or exploring this part of Essex. The flat has a lovely view across to the River Thames estuary. The flat has two bedrooms with comfortable beds, a well equipped kitchen, a clean bathroom with hot shower and a comfortable lounge / dinning room. The flat is well equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. There is parking for a small car with off road free parking for something bigger. The flat is easy to access with clear instructions for the key pad and with using the heating etc. The flat is in a good location for many tourist attractions in the area and within walking distance of local shops, pubs and the shore line. Trevor is a very helpful host who provided lots of information and advice prior to our visit. He was very understanding when we reported an minor accident to a furnishing and we resolved the issue amicably. Thanks Trevor and our apologies.

Anthony has an amazing Georgian house which is easily to get to from Sheerness train station The house is absolutely incredible and feels like you are stepping back in time.Anthony is very accommodating and is close by incase of any difficulties.

We had a beautiful stay! The apartment is wonderfully clean and modern yet very homely and welcoming. The amenities were exactly what we needed, arriving later in the evening than anticipated it was great to have the place lovely and warm, and with milk ready in the fridge for a cup of tea! The spec of this apartment is really great and I would definitely recommend!

I had lovely stay again, it's my go to place for when I visit Southend. The view from the balcony is the best part about this stay, whether it's sunny or raining it's still nice to look out of :) They've redecorated the living room since I last visited which looks really nice, it gives it a modern feel :) I'd highly recommend this place if you're in the area

Is a lovely flat for getting around Medway. perfect location for shopping at dockside or popping to the nearby restaurants. stocked tea and coffee which we appreciated.

Stayed in this lovely loft for a few days on a trip to Southend. Felt very homely and had everything we could have needed. Great that the tv was all set up with the apps and easy to watch all the streaming services, and games and books available if we fancied a night in. Cupboard was stocked with essentials for cooking and the coffee and biscuits were a nice touch. Would definitely recommend and would stay again.

Honestly one of the best Air BnB's I've stayed in! The place was clean and tidy and smelt great. Samantha was a great host, it was the little things that impressed me most, she even asked what type of milk we would like in the fridge! If you're going Southend, book here!!
