The place was exactly as described—conveniently located close to the beach and surrounded by some great restaurants. Having access to the swimming pool was definitely a bonus. As my friends and I were working remotely, a reliable internet connection was essential, and the Wi-Fi worked flawlessly, allowing us to work with ease throughout our stay. Sanskriti is a fantastic host—extremely responsive and proactive in checking in to ensure we had everything we needed. Thank you so much for your warm hospitality!

Highly recommended. Well maintained. Very pleasant stay and everything was simply great. The property is located at a prime place, close to the beach and good restaurants nearby. Valentino was a great host and very responsive. Will definitely visit again and share it with all my friends and family.

Very good place to stay in, wide,spacious and clean.

Well placed if you rent a scooter or car. Commuting to the beach would be an issue (apprx 1.5kms) if you have a family, since local auto rickshaw services lack professionalism and ethics. Nothing to take away from what was a good experience overall at Dwayne's place with nice and clean accomodation with a responsive host. Thank you

all in all its amazing and beautiful place to stay, its in close vicinity of beaches etc. Host and security is good, room is pretty beautiful one king size with attached washroom and one queen size washroom with detached washroom with fully furnished kitchen was there. Just make sure to talk about early and late checkout due to improprer communication we wasnt given proper late checkout and had to struggle due to that

My parents had a wonderful stay at Mr. D’Souza’s place! The home was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. We stayed here for 4 days and we had a toddler with us. The apartment just felt like second home, as it had all the amenities and everything had its own place which makes it a zero clutter place to stay. My daughter just felt so comfortable staying here. Place was nice, clean and cozy. Locality is quite safe with market just at a walking distance. I was also working remotely, internet connection is quite good and there is also a Starbucks few mins walk away to work from. Luis was very polite and friendly. Kitchen is a bit small in size for regular cooking but good enough for making easy dishes. Would definitely recommend.

Arun was a great host. From check in to check out, there were no problems. He was friendly and helpful as he lives right below the airbnb setup. You can also rent his vehicle if it's available. The only sticky point is if you're a bunch of friends taking separate rooms - only one will get an AC as only 1 room out of the 3 has the appliance. Location is great if you're basing out of South Goa with Martin's Corner 200 metres away amongst other eateries. Spacious and clean with all other amenities available.

It was a fabulous experience to stay at this place! The infinity pool and the ambiance around it at the sunrise and sunset is amazing. It’s a neat, clean and well maintained apartment!

Would definitely recommend this place if you’re planning to stay in South Goa. Worth it and it sits on the upper floor so you can be at peace and enjoy the breeze a bit better. Good Job.
