This was one of the most beautiful guest houses we’ve stayed at! Both Larry and Tassi were incredible hosts, and the entire experience was lovely. We would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a scenic, quiet getaway!

5 Stars – Wonderful Holiday Stay! We had an amazing Christmas stay at this beautiful Denver home! The layout of the main area was spacious and perfect for our family of four, and the rooftop hot tub was a highlight—such a great spot to relax after a day of exploring. The location was fantastic, just minutes from downtown, which made it easy to enjoy everything Denver has to offer. The host went above and beyond to make our stay special. They even set up a Christmas tree for us, which added such a warm, festive touch to our holiday. Communication was excellent from the start, with thoughtful responses to all of our questions and extra attention given to ensure the space was allergy-friendly. The home was spotless and had everything we needed, including an espresso maker, which was a big hit! This place felt like a home away from home, and we would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a cozy, well-appointed, and conveniently located spot in Denver.

We were passing through the area and booked this place last minute. Wyatt was a super friendly host and was very accommodating for our dogs as well. The grounds are beautiful and you can tell he tries very hard to make sure you feel at home. Thank you!

We had such a wonderful time at John And Kyla's place! First off, they are among the kindest people we've ever met. They are super accommodating and kept good contact with us the whole time. The heater to the hot tub wasn't working, and although we told them it was no bother, they promptly found a back up one the next day! they try really hard to make each stay perfect and it shows. Also, we had a decent amount of snow on our final day (we're from Florida and haven't experienced driving in snow) and John plowed the driveway for us and helped us get our car onto the road. He was so eager to help whenever we needed it. The space was also cozy and private, and was the perfect home base for our adventures. It was very peaceful waking up to the sound of birds every morning. We hope to be back again in the summer!

Smooth sailing at Anna and Mathew's. Very clean home, attractive amenities, and a strong west side location. All of us in the party agreed we would look forward to coming back.

We stayed for several days in Ryan's lovely home with our two children - we had plenty of room for our family of four! The kitchen/living area was spacious and perfect for cooking meals, and we loved spending time in the evenings with the view of the flat irons. The house is in a quiet neighborhood, and it was easy to get to grocery stores and trails. We loved the decor and lighting of the home, as well as the many plants and homemade wood pieces - everything made for a very welcoming and cozy vibe. We would love to stay again.

This is a beautiful property and the communication with Cathy was always easy, friendly and swift. The location is the bonus here as we walked to dinner each night and stores a short drive away. The hot tub, ping pong table and game cabinet were appreciated by all. We found everything we needed in the kitchen and the house is wonderful for everyone to spread out and have spaces of their own. 1 downstairs bed was not comfortable, but otherwise all was perfect.

We had such a wonderful stay, I didn't want to leave. Merridith's place was even better than expected from the photos. It is beautifully designed, and outfitted so thoughtfully-- from the fabulous bed and shower, to a bathroom closet stocked with unscented lotion and sunscreen and many other things you could need, to lots of teas and coffee, to chocolate and other snacks. I was initially concerned that there was no kitchen, but with the mini-fridge, microwave, toaster, coffeemaker, electric hot water pot, sharp knives, silverware and dishes, we were well able to prepare breakfasts and portable lunches for hiking, with groceries purchased a mile away. Merridith is a wonderful host and gave us some great tips for nearby hiking (including the trail starting just down the street) and restaurants. I pretty much always have a list of private suggestions for my hosts, and I can't think of a thing that could be done better.

Such a beautiful place to stay, amazing sunrise views from the bed, tons of wildlife to watch, cozy bed. This was probably the best place we've ever stayed! Close to town and it's a beautiful drive down as well, cool shopping and awesome food spots around Golden, highly recommend this spot!

My stays here have always been enjoyable, as the home is so clean and bright, and the hosts so welcoming. The location is nice and convenient, as shops and restaurants are nearby, and the freeway is relatively close. Dianne and John set out a few holiday decorations, so the apartment felt festive. My 24 night stay was wonderful, and I look forward to returning.

Charley’s and Mari’s place is absolutely amazing, it’s 420 friendly which isn’t always the easiest to find. The house itself has some pretty cool features with unique laps, the patio has cool paints, and my most favorite was the map where you write down your name and where your from and pin it to the state you’re from. I enjoyed the communication they give to you, and they even offered a discounted rate if we were to stay another night.

comfortable beds, large kitchen, in a multi-tiered living space. the floors a nooks are eclectic but worked well for our family of two adults, one toddler, and an infant. the pack-n-play worked well and was comfy for the baby and there are plenty of bathrooms throughout. it was a good basecamp for being in the area, and the garage for the car was a nice plus.

I only wish I could give Lynn a higher rating then what Airbnb allows. The house is lovely and the location is perfect. Lynn is a legend and it was an honor for us to be able to meet her.

Tom is absolutely incredible! I’ve worked with many hosts over the last year while working in the area and Tom is the best. The house is exactly what we needed and exactly how the listing described. I highly recommend you stay here when you are in the area.

We would absolutely stay at Pricilla's beautiful home again! It was very comfortable and relaxing. Light and bright, close to everything Boulder has to offer both walkable or a 5-10 minute drive. Priscilla was very responsive and helpful. We felt right at home and would love to go again.

We booked our stay at the last minute due to our circumstance and had zero issues. Rental was homey, clean, beds were comfy and the home was well appointed. Would stay there again.

We rented Michael’s place for a month and really enjoyed it. It is very cozy, the propane stove is a nice touch. Micheal meets you on arrival and was very responsive throughout the rental, although we didn’t need much. The beds are comfortable. The kitchen is well equipped although kitchen furnishings could use some updating. The area is great, lots of places to walk, stores and restaurants. We will probably rent here again as it is around the corner from family. We recommend Michael’s place.

I really loved my stay with Celia. This is a gorgeous spot in a great location- access to the bus to downtown, quiet, access to the pool, and super close to the creek path for running, walking, and biking. I loved Celia’s recommendations for local activities, and she was responsive and kind as I got settled in. I fell in love with Boulder here and plan to come back!! I’d definitely stay here again.

we did a girls trip and stayed 4 days. this was the most peaceful location. Meg and her family are amazing and super friendly. the animals on-site are the sweetest babies to have as a bonus. the location is great as you are 20 min drive to Denver. I loved the view and the total experience. I will definitely be staying again

Nice, cozy, extremely-well-equipped condo to come back to after a day hiking in the mountains! The extensive/varied vinyl collection was an added bonus; a little Nina Simone playing while sipping on some cab is hard to beat. The place was squeaky clean, had literally everything we needed, including comfy furniture to chill out in (trust me, that's not always the case). Not quite walking distance (<1mi) to anything, but traffic is light, and the HOP is $3. Regardless, we'd go back to this one!

My boyfriend and I were lucky enough to book Mariah’s place for a 5 day stay for exploring Denver and celebrating the new year. The cleanliness, spaciousness, and the many amenities allowed us to have a very comfortable and convenient stay. We made great use of the three bathrooms, the washer/dryer, the full fridge, and all the closet space. Mariah was very responsive, the neighborhood was quiet, the home was free of clutter, and the shower was hot. A perfect stay to convince us to want to move to Colorado. Would recommend to anyone for both short and long stays.
