The house was cheerful and pristine. It was well stocked and the linens & bedding were great quality. The house size was perfect for 5 or 6 people and we enjoyed it immensely. The house was very clean and well kept. There was a nice outside deck area with a fire pit and chairs, and we found it very pleasant.

Cute apartment in a great location. We appreciated that there was coffee and filters for the coffee maker. We enjoyed unseasonable warm temps part of our time and enjoyed sitting out on the deck.

we enjoyed our long weekend getaway …charming little town and great house to stay at lots of fun things and of course Smuggler’s Notch for great skiing.

Dorothy's place is clean, comfortable and conveniently located. She is a responsive and helpful host. It is a great place to relax after a busy day, prepare a small meal. I have stayed at Dorothy's multiple times and hope to return!

We had a great stay. This is a great house for multiple families - we were 3 families with small kids (6 kids under 6) and it was the perfect setup for us - great layout for all of us to spread out and not feel on top of each other. Our kids were obsessed with running the length of the house, and we had plenty of space to hang at night without waking up some of the lighter sleepers. We even put one baby in a pack n' play in the laundry room and it was perfect for her! (also two other babies were in closets -- two of the bedrooms have nice big ones!) Also, the kitchen was insanely well-stocked -- literally everything we could have possibly ever thought of needing or using to cook and serve our meals! We even had help with a car jump when one of our batteries died the first night. Great home, great location, we hope to come back in summer!

Alex was a great host- very responsive, easy instructions, and polite when communicating. The house itself was in a great location. Less than 5 min from Simon Pearce and Skinny Pancake and only 10 min from Woodstock. There’s also Jake’s Quechee Market which is well stocked with food/beverages. It feels secluded but still nearby plenty of things to do. The house is modern and the robes/hot tub shoes are a great touch. The staircase is not as hard to navigate as some others have stated. Kitchen could do with some more silverware/cooking utensils (we had a big group of 8) but our cooking was minimal so it wasn’t a huge deal. We did not use the fireplace but Alex provided detailed instructions if we wanted to. Hot tub was a large size and able to fit everyone comfortably. We had a great stay at the Quechee Haus!

We spent a lovely four days at Angela's home. We were two couples staying in the area to attend a college sporting event and Angela's home proved to be a perfect place to stay. The home is located a few miles from Middlebury College in a charming and picturesque area. The photos do not do it justice. The views from the windows, which overlook the VT mountains, are nothing less than stunning. The home is spotless and meticulously maintained. Angela has wonderful taste in art and the home is beautifully decorated. The large, newly renovated kitchen was well stocked with high end appliances, dishes and glasses. The linens and towels in the bedrooms and bathrooms were of excellent quality. The beds were very comfortable. There were thoughtful touches left by Angela such as fresh flowers in three of the rooms, as well as wine, cheese and coffee for us to enjoy. All in all, it was an outstanding stay, and I highly recommend this Airbnb to other travelers!

We fell in love with this place! If you’re thinking about staying here- do it! You won’t regret it. This is the cutest little studio, right on a gorgeous lake. It feels so homey and had everything we needed for a cozy little weekend. Also, Lynne & John are the kindest, MOST gracious hosts. They made us breakfast one morning, left us banana bread & cookies & other snacks in our room, and they were just generally the sweetest people ever! They gave us tons of recommendations for fun things to do around town, too. The dock was so beautiful to sit and look at the lake in the mornings. We can’t say enough good things about this place & the hosts, and we really hope to come back again someday soon!💗

My wife and I really enjoyed our time at Deb's Place for our weekend ski trip. Deb's Place is located in an ideal spot in Saranac Lake, very close to Main Street. The apartment is very well maintained and clean, and all the touches Deb has added to the apartment make the space cozy and warm. This is a perfect place to stay with ample space for two people, including a well-furnished kitchen, comfortable living room, and quality bedroom and bathroom. The fact that the apartment is on the back side of the owner's house is ideal; the location is private and quiet. Another strong feature of Deb's Place is the parking space; you always have a place to park your car without concern of moving your car or parking behind someone. My wife and I won't hesitate to stay at Deb's Place again.

Loved that there was a fully stocked kitchen with dishes and appliances. Plenty of breakfast food left in the fridge. Location perfect for buses, and a 10 minute walk to the river.

Our family, comprising six adults and a baby, thoroughly enjoyed our recent stay here during a busy (solar eclipse) weekend in April. This property is brand new. There are a number of hotel rooms on the property. We stayed at the apartment suite just above the restaurant. The apartment was quite comfortable, offering ample space. It was impeccably clean, and everything was fresh and new. The convenience of having the restaurant just below was a definite highlight, making dining options easily accessible. We could hear noise from the restaurant in the evening but it did not wake our baby or impair our stay. There is a nice waterfall on the property. Proximity to Sugarbush was very good. Our hosts, TJ and Johnny, for the most part, were attentive and responsive. There was no TV in the unit or dressers in the rooms (we were told they may be adding a TV in the future). There was a bluetooth speaker for music. Our overall experience was excellent and we wholeheartedly recommend

Meachele is a wonderful hostess and her place is cozy comfortable clean and exactly right for our family. We come up to Lake Placid for a hockey tournament and can’t imagine staying anywhere else. The place and her hospitality are more than you can ask for and we are so grateful that she opens her Airbnb to us.

Jean's apartment was very clean and comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked and we were able to cook dinner there one night and have all of the oils and seasonings that we needed to make the meal.

Cozy B&B, very comfortable and close to Lake Placid village. Walls are a bit thin. Hosts are friendly and welcoming.

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at this Lara ‘s Airbnb! From the moment I arrived, the hostess and her son made me feel incredibly welcome and at home. They were both so warm, friendly, and attentive, ensuring that I had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The suite itself was beautiful—spacious, impeccably clean, and thoughtfully designed with all the amenities you could ask for. It was the perfect retreat after a day of exploring the area. One of the highlights of my stay was the incredible amount of local information the hostess provided. She shared great recommendations for nearby activities and restaurants, all of which were spot on. Thanks to her suggestions, I was able to discover some amazing spots I wouldn’t have found on my own. I can’t recommend this place enough! Absolutely amazing place to stay for a ski weekend at Sugarbush! Super comfortable beds, clean space, and great breakfast for a nice extra touch. Felt like home sitting by the fire after a long ski day! We will definitely be back.

Chalet Whiteface was exactly what my boys and I were looking for to facilitate a weekend of hiking in ADK. Allison is an excellent host: very accommodating, focused on making sure that we were comfortable, and always up for a chat. Her place has a cozy feel to it, beds were clean and comfortable, and satisfying breakfasts were served in a comfy lodge common area. The food, drink, and live music (Saturday) at the pub provided the perfect end to a long day of beautiful fall hiking. This is the place to go if you're looking to be hosted by another human being, not a corporation. Stayed here last fall, will be returning next fall.

Karyl has hosting down to a perfection! We were late arrival in Karyl was up waiting for us. Their house is perfectly clean and was beautifully decorated for Christmas! The lake views were amazing. She had breakfast waiting for my daughter and I when we came downstairs. They had some great local recommendations for us. Would stay again. Thank you Karyl!

Julia and Byron were friendly, warm hosts and their AirBnB was just what we needed for our trip. The room was cosy and homely and very clean. The warm muffins, croissants and coffee with fruit that they provided was a perfect start to our day. The list of recommendations for places to eat was great and we ticked off the options one by one.
