The house is lovely and well-furnished. Photos are accurate! The living rooms were both very comfortable, and the host was kind enough to leave the house at a very comfortable temperature, even though it was well below freezing outside. (I am a person who usually runs cold, but I felt perfectly warm and happy in this house!) Information that may be helpful to other travelers: The mattresses were on the firm to very firm side, and there were two bed pillows per bed. The shower I used had two types of shampoo (a basic one and an anti-dandruff one), as well as bar soap. I only saw one hair dryer, though there may have been others (I did not investigate closely, and our party was mostly men who didn't care about this). Unlike other Airbnbs I've stayed in, we had enough toilet paper for our four day stay (very much appreciated)!

The house was updated, cozy and very clean. The fenced in back yard and the park across the street was perfect for our pups. The close to downtown location made for easy access to excellent restaurants. Sia was a gracious and responsive host….making sure we had everything we needed. We’d definitely book again.

Great location for us. The house was clean and well equipped. There was an issue in the house due to the extreme cold and Michael handled the situation well.

We stayed two nights and it was very comfy, felt very homey. Quick responses very attentive. Overall we had a very good stay.

The photos are not able to describe the beauty of this place. Marwan has tastefully decorated the place and the place was soo clean and very well kept. The check-in process was smooth and everything you need was available. The view is amazing and the tv had all subscriptions, you could feed the birds they will eat the seeds from your hands, overall the stay was excellent and would for sure return.

Beautiful place right on the outskirts of the town, about a 15 minute drive at most for anything you could need. Sam was very responsive and made my stay a breeze and any issues I had, they were fixed immediately. Would definitely stay here again in a heartbeat.

Great location. Very responsive hosts. Bridgeport is a busy street so you do hear cars and traffic. Young family lives below so you can hear them playing etc. wifi was great. Spacious and clean. Kitchen well furnished. A bit more living room furniture would be useful. It’s not as pictured in the photos. Parking was easy. Access easy. Would definitely stay here again. Thanks!!

Mary has set the new standard for AirBnb hosts! There are so many thoughtful details, and everything is labeled making the stay easy and convenient. The bed is super comfy, the linens crisp yet soft, and the towels are plentiful. The living room was so cozy and a great place to relax in the evenings. The bathroom is spacious and even has heated floors and a heat lamp - which  in January was very much appreciated. Mary checked in several times to make sure I had everything I needed, and the communication was always prompt and friendly. The door has a unique code for each guest which makes coming and going easy as you don’t need to remember keys. The location was in a beautiful neighbourhood and close to a bakery and BBQ restaurant. I would highly recommend staying here if you’re in the area, you will feel at home immediately. Thanks again Mary!

It was our second time staying here when we visit Kitchener. The apartment is in a fantastic location, close to bars and restaurants and event locations. It's very comfortable with all the amenities we need. Gerry was very responsive and welcoming. Would definitely stay there again.

Looking for a last minute stay in Kitchener to attend a local concert. This location was in perfect proximity to the area in which i needed to be. Cindy responded right away to my questions and i booked this stay. The space was very well laid out and relaxing. I was able to feel at home and relaxed right away! Cindy had many things such as water, coffee, sugar and creme (even though i brought my own). She had even shampoo, conditioner, and body wash available! This was a nice touch and left a small package of chocolates which was also appreciated! This was a sweet little place to stay! I highly recommend!

The condo is well stocked with great kitchen utensils (even a vitamix!). The bed was quite comfortable. Andrew's instructions were very thorough and he was very responsive when I forgot to read them carefully ;). The gym in the building is excellent -- well equipped and spacious. Proximity to restaurants, coffee and even a short walk to a great park. Easy parking. A great place.

Nicole was always very friendly and responsive. It was almost instantaneous! She made us feel right at home. The unit was beautifully decorated and had all the amenities. I highly recommend this unit and would come back to this place again.

Had a great stay at Jas’s place, the parking was a huge plus and the building was just as I expected/hoped (I had stayed there in a different unit before). Communication was excellent throughout and amenities were all perfectly available except for the building hot tub, which was under maintenance temporarily. Highly recommend this stay to anyone looking for a private quiet space for work or travel.

The unit was clean and modern just as pictured and described, with a gorgeous view and absolutely STUNNING sunsets 🌄, and conveniently located near local offices. The ample storage space and in-unit laundry made our stay even better. Dani was friendly and accommodating of a date change from our original booking. I would love to stay here again the next time I return to Kitchener! 🌟

Our stay at City Casa was amazing! The place was spotless, and everything was so well-maintained. The highlight for us was definitely the movie theatre—it made our stay feel extra special! The space was comfortable, stylish, and had everything we needed. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a great getaway! Would absolutely stay again.
