We loved staying at Altynay’s place. It’s walkable to Kok Tobe, Palace of the Republic and restaurants/cafes. It’s warm and well furnished inside. It was always cozy to go back from being outside in snowy time of the year. Thank you for having us, highly recommended.

Really cool little airbnb. Amazing views. Everything you need - except a washing machine (we used the sink to wash some things). Really nice host. Special place and would definitely go back.

The house is out of the city. We had suffer a lot due to the location and language difference

The place was better then the pics. Karligash is an amazing host and the place was great for us. We were eight (four couples) and the place was more then adequate for us. The kitchen had all the utensils and more. The caretaker was always there without intruding into our privacy. At night we would leave things in the kitchen and she would work overnight to give us a spotless kitchen in the morning. The place is tooo big and in an open area with nice hills by the side. Quiet and open- what one needs for a vacation. There is a sauna in the property that can be used free of cost with a few hours notice. Clean towels, linen and everything. Thankyou.

I AM VERY GRATEFUL TO TANYA AND KATE FOR THEIR CARE. THERE IS CUTE CAT IN THE WARM HOME. THE HOUSE IS LOCATED IN THE CENTER OF THE CITY, SO IT IS VERY CONVENIENT TO GO. IN ADDITION, I LOST A BAG IN THE TAXI. TANYA AND KATE HELPED ME GET IT BACK. OTHERWISE, I MIGHT FACE ALL KINDS OF TROUBLES.THANKS AGAIN🫡

A very nice respectful family who gave privacy and quick to answer any questions. They keep their garden very nice, and everything you need is there. It was nice being near the mall too.

The house is comfortable, has a good size for one or two people and it has all necessary utensils. Sultanbek is very fast in replying and easy to communicate, I totally recommend it while in Almaty.

Everything when smooth nice place

Great Location, spacious flat, kitchen with utensils and cooking essentials. Rooms are as shown in picture. Bus stand is on walkable distance, many nearby restaurants, grocery and fruits shop is just opposite of the building. Rooms are airy and ample light. Sebastian was waiting for us at approach road at 2.30 AM while check in and was responsive always. He accommodated our late check out. Great place to stay.

We had a great stay and our room was also upgraded to a better room which made it all the better. The apartment was nice and in a nice neighborhood.

It was our 1st time in Almaty. Timur was always in contact with us and checked upon our arrival till we reach the house. He was very friendly and helped us in all the ways. He suggested us the places to visit and always available in chat. He speaks pretty good english too. Timur and Dana are the great hosts. Dana gave us a great room tour. Very easy to check-in and check-out. We want to visit Almaty again and will book the same stay again as well. Flat was really spacious and we literally felt as our home. It's just a min of walk to arbat street. You can close your eyes and go for this apartment 💗 Location - 10/10 Hosts - 10/10 I'll recommend it to my friends too. Thank you Timur and Dana for being a great host and making our trip more peaceful and beautiful 😊

Host Kanysh picked up from Airport and helped us to check in to the apartment. It was very nice of him to wait at the Airport. His place is very conveniently located with few good restaurants and supermarkets nearby. He suggested few good places to visit in Almaty. Overall we had a great stay at Kanysh's apartment.

Остановились здесь на пару дней, ни разу не пожалели о выборе квартиры. Очень чисто, есть всё необходимое. Хоть в описании и не указано, было самостоятельное прибытие с подробными инструкциями, за это отдельное спасибо:)

Все понравилось, спасибо. Отдельно отмечу, что хозяева пошли на встречу и выполнили мои пожелания по заселению.

Reviews helped a lot with my choosing this property … They were right about it. Old building But their space is well maintained, very clean, comfortable, complete with all our needs for a great stay. Big space for families. It was welcoming with treats prepared in the kitchen and toiletries complete. Location is convenient with many walkable shops around. Alfia is a great host! Very responsive and helpful. Not many speak English and so I had to ask a lot of help from her. Our stay here made our visit to Khazakstan very much a good Experience. 🥰 Thank you, Alfia.

Это прекрасная, хорошо обустроенная, уютная квартира со множеством приятных деталей, в которой чувствуешь себя как дома. Расположение дома центральное со всеми удобствами. Мадина – одна из лучших хостов из всех, с кем мне доводилось общаться: она всегда была на связи, помогая решать любые вопросы, связанные с пребыванием. В этой поездке была доброжелательная, приятная атмосфера во всех смыслах, и я рад, что смог погостить в этом доме несколько дней ;) спасибо огромное!

Super hospitable host. picked me up from the airport and welcomed me into his home while the apartment was being cleaned, and still checked me in early. would recommend and would visit again! great apartment, great location.

Nurlan was a great host & responded very quickly to all our queries to not only regarding stay but also on the local recommendations. The stay was precisely as described in the listing & was maintained very well. The Apartment is centrally located with many main attractions within a walkable distance. We enjoyed our time at the Apartment.

The apartment is located in a high standing residence with a full secure access through the gate, no strangers can access the courtyard which is calm and nice. There is a drugstore and a supermarket on the ground floor. You wake up and go to sleep with an amazing view on the mountains. The location is a dream, everything is close to the apartment and you can walk to the historical center. If you dance shopping there is a huge high end mall Dostyk Plaza just in front. Venera is a very friendly and flexible person. I would definitely stay in her apartment again. 5/5. Happy to know this address in town.

All of the mentioned descriptions are real. The location of the Apartment is great and accessible to metro, while also to restaurants. In addition, the great view to the city is astonishing in nights. Irina was responsive.
