Walter is an amazing host with a beautiful house. The pictures do not do it justice. Good amount of space, plenty of amenities, and an amazing Lanai for beautiful sunsets. as described the entry is steep, but is not an issue for anyone somewhat mobile. He was sure to give me a heads up for pending weather and was readily available for suggestions and anything we needed with the accommodations.

Truly unforgettable stay! From breathtaking ocean views to lush surroundings, every moment was enchanting. Each morning, we were greeted by charming horses nearby, adding to the serene atmosphere. The location is ideal for exploring, whether venturing across the island or enjoying local snorkeling and paddleboarding. Despite its off-the-grid feel, it’s close to excellent restaurants and cafes, offering a perfect blend of peace and convenience. Morning walks through the coffee farm to the gift shop were a delightful highlight, surrounded by coffee plants and avocado trees. The home was comfortable with stunning views, and Kelly, an amazing host, made us feel immediately at home with her attentive and caring nature. As my son and I are audhd, Kelly's place provided a relaxing escape from overwhelming hotel environments, combining home comfort with luxury. Her thoughtful communication ensured our stay was magical. . We can’t wait to return! 🌺❤️

Very safe location and beautiful neighborhood. 20 minute walk to the beach. Lots of room for 3 couples. The host was very responsive to questions about the area and codes for the house.

Jason has become our favorite host on Kona!! His units have keep us comfortable while working away from home. They are convenient, clean and affordable. When we reach out to him, he always responds so quickly! Working away from home for long periods of time can be challenging. Ruimin’s house can be described by the word ‘charm’. It was wonderful to stay in a house that was open to the ocean brise and to be able to wake up to the sounds of birds singing - while being protected by mosquito nets. The house is large and has a wonderful view over the town and the water, allowing for stunning sunsets. Ruimin is an attentive host and quickly provided what we needed (gas grill was not working and was promptly replaced). There is some disrepair to this older house (wood railing around the - great- hot tub), but everything is in good working order and the Hawaiian open-concept charm of the house makes it all worthwhile.

My family and I loved our experience at Elyas’s home for our first trip to Hawaii! The home was exactly as pictured and described in the listing. Elyas and Lucas were very responsive and thoughtful hosts. We had everything we needed for a peaceful and relaxing stay. I would definitely rebook with them if we ever come back to Waikoloa Village.

This beautiful place was nestled up in the mountainside. Took a cool winding road to get up there but even so was 10 minutes away from the main highway. Made for great views of the island/ocean. Place itself was spacious, clean, and had everything we needed including a playard and high chair for our little one.

Love it !!! Vicky answer any questions I had and texted back very quickly. We also used the Tesla she offered in her description, can’t beat the price and we also saved on gas since she has an electric charger available at her home 24/7. Beautiful location, private, great ocean view, nice garden and very close to many places and only 10 minutes drive to the airport. She made accommodations for drop off and pick up which I loved!! Very lovely host, we I come back agin I am definitely booking with her agin !! 🌺

Was better than booking with the hotel directly. You can see manta rays feeding at night right from the hotel. Waking distance to manta ray dive operators.

Amazing house, great stay. Great view. The drm has everything you need to stay, even extra things for the beach. There is also a gym and a jacuzzi. We always had something to do. We used Tesla as well, And we were quite satisfied.

Quiet and comfortable room! Pool and coffee were fun! Close to many cool bars and restaurants

Jason’s place was completely amazing in all aspects! Jason was responsive when needed and he provided great amenities for snorkeling, relaxing on the beach, and things needed in the condo. I would highly recommend his place to stay!

Nos hemos sentido muy a gusto en la Ohana de Brian y Linda, y nos han ayudado en seguida con todo lo que hemos necesitado. Casita muy confortable y amplia, totalmente equipada, situada debajo de la casa de los amfitriones, con un jardín privado muy agradable y amueblado muy cómodamente. Situado en un barrio tranquilo y seguro, a pocos minutos en coche del centro de Kona donde hay zonas de restaurantes y bares. Hay sitio para aparcar gratuitamente en la calle al lado de la ohana. Mahalo!!!

It’s very convenient that this property had free AC. It was also nice that we were able to cook full breakfast every day. That helps save a lot of money. Also great location!

After some initial trouble locating the place because of our late night arrival, all went beautifully. The location was very close to nature, the beach, historical sites and local fruit stands. Waking up to nature sounds and walking through the lovely neighborhood to the beach/park and watching the surf crashing against the rocks was calming. Watching the sunsets from the beach was a thrill. We would rent this place again. Well worth it.

Loved this special home. This rustic but charming home was a the perfect get away. Now, to be fair the house does needs a little TLC. We will return because we got to be right on the beach.
