"Clean, quiet, and perfectly located. we were doing a work from home and the hotel had everything I needed—strong Wi-Fi, comfortable desk setup, The room was spacious and the beds were super comfy. The best part is their kitchen it has equipped with all the things required to stay in a home. Housekeeping was on point. The staff was professional and helpful. The host James was very nice person he was so helpful in suggesting about the places and what to do their, totally Highly recommend for all type of trips. you can go with family, friends and do WFH. felt like HOME...

Exceptional Stay We had an unforgettable experience and breathtakingly beautiful luxury villa! From the moment we stepped inside, we were awestruck by the exceptional home interiors, which perfectly blended elegance, comfort, and sophistication. The villa's unique features, such as the in-house pond with exotic fish, added a touch of serenity and wonder to our stay. We also enjoyed the theatre room, which provided endless entertainment options. The superb sit-out area near the swimming pool was perfect for our family barbecue nights, and we cherished every moment spent together in this picturesque setting. We had an absolutely comfortable and welcoming stay. The caretakers were very prompt and helpful. The property was thoroughly cleaned everyday and fresh towels were provide too. The host also checked up with us if we were having a comfortable stay which felt nice. Would recommend that you book for your next trip to Goa! The location is great with close access to alot of the restaurants.

We loved our stay in this place because of the amenities provided and the host was so friendly and interactive. The place was so clean and private. It is a best place to visit if we travel to Kottayam.

The villa is set in the village of Cavelossim, in a beautiful and safe complex of similar villas surrounded by gardens, with a shared pool in the middle. The beach is nearby (5 min walk), as well as all the amenities (restaurants, shops, supermarket, taxi stands). Basappa, the host, is responsive and eager to help. The house has good rooms with efficient AC, comfortable beds (softer than most in India), a well-equipped kitchen, and outdoor area with a beautiful view on the gardens (very well kept with many flowers). We've enjoyed our stay very much and recommend the place!

The property is located in good scenery and peaceful environment. It's a good place to escape from your busy schedule, Highly recommended. William was a good host, always available and helpful in all the situations and he helped us to get cab, bike contacts. Daily cleaning services were provided. Even bargained for cab charges. The cab driver was good. Pros of property Power backup, OTT platforms like Prime, Netflix, hotstar, etc.

it was a home away from home.. my first visit to north goa made so wonderful and memorable bcz of tanya's place. calm peaceful location yet near and walkable distance to everything. clean swimming pool was USP as my daughter enjoyed it thoroughly. good invertor backup. lift available. good parking space. maid comes everyday for cleaning. Fridge, washing machine, T.V. fans, AC are really working great. there are no Cons for the this flat..

Was nervous while booking and before the check in as its was my first air bnb experience…. The first tour of the bnb me n the friends where so carzyyyy … as it was just upto the mark n hospitality from small stuffs like ice cubes to toothbrush… like just wowww the hygiene was just wowwwwww…. Never had second thoughts before using any of the stuffs … all over the experience was greattttt….. 🫧🫧🫧🙂‍↔️🙂‍↔️🙂‍↔️🫶🏻

Maria is a great host. She ensure everything which make our stay comfortable. Her house can be considered as second home..i.e a home away from home.

It was beautiful stay!!

It was an amazing stay. We stayed for 7 days, and the stay was really comfortable. There are few shops nearby so you can get basic stuff you want from there. Also, no problem ordering food and stuff through online apps. It felt as if we were at home. The host herself is great. She responses to your msgs on time and always helpful if you need anything. Great stay. I would definately book it again if i visit goa again. Thank you so much for a great week stay.

A cute little 1 BHK with everything you need. Brownie points for all the decoration. Located near colva beach and one could take a bike/ car to go to the nearby beaches easily.
