Great accommodation. One of the rare cases of renting a home when expectations matched reality 100%. The apartment is neat and clean, has everything you need for living. I felt like a queen in it. The owner was very nice and friendly, allowed me to move in earlier, so I didn't have to wander around the city with luggage. He was always in touch and asked if everything was okay. I definitely recommend it.

It was a nice and clean Appartement. The parking space is a big bonus and the instructions to get in, were very clear.

We had a brilliant four night stay in this beautiful apartment right in the middle of Budapest. There were loads of restaurants and cafes all around as well as some great bars. Brigitta is an excellent host, willing to help with advice on what to do. We would highly recommend this as a place to stay!!

Great location with an amazing balcony! Close enough to the any use of the public transport. Rooms were all very well air conditioned and comfortable. I would recommend this spot to anyone.

High ceilings and large windows make for a spacious and bright apartment. Kitchen has everything you'd need for a short or longer stay. Next to the Central Market, with loads of shops, bars, and restaurants within a short walk. Keypad access to both the building and the second floor apartment. No lift, but wide spacious staircase.

La zona es tranquila y tiene una ubicación ideal para moverse por Budapest. Agnes estuvo siempre muy atenta a las consultas y respondía muy rápido. Llegamos muy tarde y el acceso fue muy sencillo con las indicaciones de Agnes. Muy recomendable. Como única pega los colchones y almohadas eran demasiado blandas, a nuestro parecer.

Die Wohnung ist sehr schön und geschmackvoll eingerichtet, wir waren super zufrieden. Die Wohnung ist eigentlich ein Häuschen und liegt in einer sehr ruhigen Gegend bergaufwärts. Die Aussicht auf die Stadt aus dem Schlafzimmerfenster ist atemberaubend. Mit dem Auto hat man hier Vorteile und ist rasch in der Stadt, mit dem Bus wäre es etwas umständlicher aber möglich. Julian ist sehr hilfsbereit auch von remote. Er hat sehr rasch geantwortet und immer nachgefragt. Alles bestens.

Wir haben Judit und Sandor als wundervolle Gastgeber kennen gelernt. Die Kommunikation war stets herzlich, so dass die Google-Übersetzung nicht gestört hat. Neben der mit viel Liebe fürs Detail eingerichteten Wohnung, wurden wir mit Köstlichkeiten verwöhnt. Ebenso stand als Gastgeschenk eine Flasche Wein und Wasser für uns bereit. Die Wohnung verfügte über eine Klimaanlage, die wir kostenpflichtig nutzen konnten und die uns die heißen Tage ebenfalls versüßt haben. Die Wohnung war nur wenige Schritte vom Badestrand des Balaton entfernt. Es gab im Ort einen Supermarkt und Restaurants. Da wir in der Nachsaison vor Ort waren, war der Badestrand kostenfrei. Ein Ausflug zum Südstrand mit der Fähre sowie die Seehöhle in Tapolca sind unserer Ansicht nach sehr empfehlenswert. Wir sprechen eine uneingeschränkte Empfehlung für unsere herzlichen Gastgeber aus und bedanken uns für den angenehmen Aufenthalt. VIELEN DANK!!!

Csodás hely kicsit kikapcsolódni, alkalmas arra, hogy az ember egy térben legyen a másikkal, de a ház elosztása miatt el is lehet vonulni. Szilvi nagyon rugalmas volt minden felmerülő kérdéssel/kéréssel kapcsolatban. Jó szívvel ajánlom!

Super Unterkunft, tolle Lage und schnelle und einfache Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber. Die Wohnung war mit viel Detail und Sorgfalt eingerichtet und es fehlte uns an nichts. Wir würden definitiv wieder kommen.

We enjoyed our stay a lot. The apartment is modern, comfortable and clean. The Balaton is in a walking distance. The grocery store is three minutes walk.

오래된 아파트지만 깨끗한 인테리어가 되어 있는 곳입니다. 가족 단위로 와서 숙박하기 좋고 스틀리트 시내나 주변 비치로 차로 간단히 이동할 수 있습니다. 주인이 추천해 준 식당도 마음에 들었습니다. 다만 주차는 아파트 주변에 주차해야 하는데 늦게 들어오는 경우는 주차 자리를 찾는데 시간이 좀 걸립니다. 전반적으로 만족스러운 곳이었습니다.

We had a truly wonderful stay at Szabolcs's place. The location was peaceful and beautiful, perfect for relaxing and enjoying nature. The house was clean, cozy, and well-equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Szabolcs was a kind and attentive host, always ready to help if anything came up. Highly recommended, and we wish Szabolcs all the best and much success with his business!

Hoewel de accommodatie nog niet veel recensies had, hebben we toch de gok gewaagd. Komt volledig overeen met de foto’s en de beschrijving, zeer mooie, goed onderhouden ruimtes. Een doodlopende weg waar weinig geluid of verkeer was en ideaal voor een meergezinsvakantie. Als ik een minpunt moet noemen zijn het volgende: veel spinnen binnen (maar ik denk dat dat eigen is aan het klimaat) en je hebt wel de auto nodig om overal naartoe te gaan aan het Balaton-meer, het strand ligt te ver af te voet (maar wij hadden dit voorzien). Al bij al een topverblijf gehad op een zeer mooie en rustige locatie. We komen hier nog terug.

Great place to stay for the weekend. Super easy to find and close to both the center of Buda and the Pest sides of the city with easy access with public transport. My partner and I LOVED this beautiful and clean apartment. It it just like Hedda describes and shows it. We had a wonderful time. Hedda also gave us some recommendations and was quick to respond. She also provided several teas, bottled water and lots of coffee, such as other appliances in the apartment, it really had everything there! We would love to come back!❤️
