Place has an amazing view. Secluded, interesting Hollywood heydey era architecture. View of downtown LA and Hollywood skyline is impressive. Host was responsive and helpful. Would stay again.

From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with warmth and generosity, a reflection of James himself—an incredible soul whose kindness and hospitality made our experience even more special. The ambiance is both luxurious and inviting, offering the perfect blend of history and modern convenience. Waking up to the stunning surroundings felt like stepping into a fairytale, and every moment spent here was an absolute delight. James’ home is more than just a place to stay—it’s an experience, a retreat, and a privilege. We are already looking forward to returning and cannot recommend it highly enough! Beds are super comfortable.

Great location, nice house. The kitchen was understocked in terms of dishes/cooking equipment for anyone planning to cook, but we ordered in most of the time and so it wasn't a big deal. I'd definitely book again!

Marina’s place was an amazing house to stay with the whole family ! The house is well maintained, clean , and has everything you need for your comfort. I have to share that we arrived on cold days and as soon as I shared it with marina, five minutes later she ordered us 4 fleece blankets and two heathers so we can feel comfortable. She went above and beyond and always wanted us to let her know if we need anything else to make our stay just perfect! I highly recommend this house and especially the host marina :-) thank you so much we had such an unforgettable experience:-)

if you are familiar with LA when it comes up to parking, this is the place you want to be because they have plenty of parking for your car😀

We had a fantastic stay at this home! It was clean, quiet, and perfect for our group trip to Disneyland. The location was convenient, and the house had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Highly recommend, and we’ll definitely be coming back!

Sarah’s house felt like a big hug. So warm..full of great books and the kitchen was well stocked with post and pans for cooking. Loved all of the antique glasses and decor. This house is so lovely and Sarah could not have been more communicative and welcoming. Could not recommend this house more.

Edgar made me stay here the best experience ever. He is a great guy and the house itself is like winter wonderland. The house is peaceful really recommend staying here.

We needed to find a family home to stay in because my family and my parents needed a safe place to land after evacuating the wildfires. This home was such a relief in a very stressful time, and the host was compassionate and responsive. It was amazing to have a very large, nicely furnished, comfortable and beautifully decorated place to stay. The interior looked just like the photos. Parking couldn't get any better. Check in and check out was super easy. My toddler loved the little thoughtful touches the home had for kids. The only downside was the occasional noise and vibration from the nearby train. Otherwise, our experience was just about perfect.

Andy was a wonderful host and the house is amazing. Each bedroom fit my family perfectly, and we enjoyed watching TV together on the large sofa, and cooking together in the kitchen. Everything was fully stocked, beds were comfortable, and when it wasn’t raining, we enjoyed the beautiful backyard. Highly recommend whether a small or bigger group, if you’re traveling to the Valley. Thanks again, Andy!

My recent stay at Mani’s property was a great experience! The host was incredibly responsive, making the check-in process seamless. The house was exactly as described—clean, well-equipped, and very comfortable. The location was perfect, offering a relaxing atmosphere while still being close to local attractions. I highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a great stay!

The home was very nice, especially the pool and hot tub in the backyard. The host was very responsive before and during our stay! The hot tub did take several hours to get hot, so make sure you account for that. If you are planning on cooking, the kitchen is a little bit sparse. There is plenty of food nearby, though!

Nice home in a quiet neighborhood. Open floor plan is good for family engagement. Spacious kitchen. Readily accessible to local restaurants and activities via car. Enjoyed the pool table. Did not use the swimming pool or hot tub due to cooler winter weather, but these would be very nice amenities as the temperature rises. Furniture is typical of what is expected for a vacation rental unit but is clean and comfortable. The bathrooms and kitchen are in very good shape and have modern finishings. The refrigerator is immaculate. Modern/clean washer and dryer. Johnny is an excellent host. Communication was great and on point. He checked in on us and let us know he was available but otherwise gave us our space to enjoy our family time over the winter holiday. Thank you for the full rack of K-cups. We put them to good use. We would definitely stay with Johnny again.

Wir hatten einen traumhaften Aufenthalt in diesem wunderschönen und geschmackvoll eingerichteten Haus. Der Garten ist nicht einsehbar und bietet einen schönen Ausblick. Auch hat man den ganzen Tag Sonne und eine schöne Stimmung, wenn die Sonne hinter den Hügeln untergeht. Der Pool ist sehr sauber und gepflegt, wir persönlich fanden die Gebühren für die Heizung etwas zu hoch. Aber je nach Außentemperatur ist es auch gar nicht nötig, diesen zu heizen. Das Haus liegt vollkommen ruhig am Ende einer Sackgasse auf einer Anhöhe in einer angenehmen Nachbarschaft. Man ist in dieser Gegend natürlich zu 100% auf das Auto angewiesen. Wir waren zu viert als Familie und fanden den Platz vollkommen ausreichend. Die Küche ist vernünftig ausgestattet und sauber. Ebenso die Badezimmer. Wir können die Unterkunft uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen. Vielen Dank an Dessy.

Beautiful place to stay that is also in a peaceful neighbourhood. Was perfect for our stay during the five days we stayed in LA. Would highly recommend.
