Rachel’s place was amazing. It was so close to everything we wanted to do. A short walk to St. George St., amazing restaurants and museums. The place itself was clean and comfortable. The beds were great. I highly recommend it for your trip to St. Augustine.

This is the second time I spent at Geni and Chris’s place. The location is perfect as it’s walkable to almost all desired spots in Saint Augustine. It’s in a private neighborhood that is very well kept. The unit itself is very up to date and clean and has all the amenities that you need. Geni and Chris are very responsive. Highly recommended

This quaint studio was perfect for the two of us. It was incredibly convenient to everything we planned to do in St. Augustine. The bed was very comfortable, and the nice hot showers were great. The kitchen was adequately furnished to prepare some light meals. Valerie was helpful in making sure we had the right parking situation to accommodate our truck, as parking can be difficult in St. Augustine. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and look forward to returning. Thanks Valerie!

This place was a gem and I would happily stay again. First, the location is excellent--you can easily walk into town, to local shops, or even just go downstairs to the local bar if you want a third space public living room vibe. It's far enough from the tourist crowds but also close enough to walk and avoid the headache of parking downtown. The food truck nearby is tasty! The space itself was super comfy and had everything I needed. I appreciated the beach chairs and umbrella! The bed was pretty soft and bouncy, which might not be ideal if you like it super firm. The patio space was also really nice--just a place to hang out or have coffee. Liz was super welcoming when we chatted and responded quickly when I had a question. Thank you!

Kayla's place is very comfortable and just a short drive to downtown. For our family of four it was so nice for everyone to have their own space. Would absolutely stay here again.

We enjoyed the space and deck. We particularly liked the location. It was an easy walk to the fort and downtown. Lots of good restaurants, coffee shops and places to grab a beer right next to the apartment. We would use this place again.

This listing was exactly as described. We were looking for somewhere quiet and private to stay for a quick 3 day trip to St. Augustine. The place was beautifully decorated, well kept, and included nice touches (printed recommendations, printed check-out instructions, coffee and water, etc.) that added value to the experience. Both the hosts were incredibly proactive in reaching out and providing precise instructions as to how to park and find the place. I'd love to stay here again and would not hesitate to recommend this listing to others. Beautiful experience.

I had a great time! Thank you for such ease to get in and out. This is a great and safe, especially if you travel solo. Everything is close by, walking. Do consider the weather and come prepared. I watched some good movies in the room while it rained and was happy it was available.

This place is perfect for anyone looking to be close to downtown St. Augustine. It is the perfect walking distance so there is no need for parking or an Uber. Gabriel, the host, is also extremely responsive and helpful. 10/10 would stay here again!

This was the cutest house. Belinda was responsive with questions and we had a great time. There isn’t an easy way to walk anywhere… But we did Uber to some beach bars and Vilano Beach is about 3 miles away. It’s an easy car ride and my son goes to Flagler College so his games and everything we needed was within 2 miles. The downtown area was also within 2 miles. One of the best things we did was the Capybara Cafe… Look it up and go there. It was very cute, but you must get tickets. Great stay will definitely try and stay there again when I’m in town longer than a weekend.

Kelly's house was amazing. Everything was spotless new and clean. We went to St. Augustine to attend the celtic festival. Her house was a short 5 min ride to downtown. Kelly's communication was great, we got there early and was allowed in the house right away. Beautiful home, I would highly recommend.

This home provided my husband and me a terrific beach vacation for the entire month. The two decks offer diverse, beautiful views, the neighborhood is lovely, and the beach access is great. Also, the private tiered back yard is a pup paradise. Nolan provides wonderful, warm communication.

We just stayed for one night but it was a comfortable stay. We had everything we needed. I’d stay here again.

We had a great time at the cottage. Everything was within walking distance. Blake notified us that we could check in early, which was wonderful. My very tall cousin thoroughly enjoy the bathtub.

It was a very beautiful home. Lots of different things to do around the area as well, and the canal was very good fishing.

The location and interior were great. The fully equipped kitchen included a full sized refrigerator and freezer with an ice maker and a Keurig coffee maker. The bathroom was very clean and the shower was great! We felt very comfortable having our dogs with the fully fenced backyard. While it was too far for us to walk downtown, it was just a short ride. We would definitely come back for another stay.

My family and I had a great time! We love how convenient it is to get on the beach. It is located on the south end of St.Augustine and less crowded. The unit itself was located on the first floor close to the pool and parking lot making it easy to get to. We love the area and this place. We will definitely be back!!!

We had an amazing stay at Heidi’s place! The property was beautiful, very clean, and looked exactly like the photos. The neighbors were friendly, and we enjoyed the nice pool and jacuzzi. The beach was fantastic, perfect for relaxing and enjoying the views. The instructions provided were thorough and helpful, making everything easy to navigate. Plus, it was only a 15-minute drive to downtown, so the location was perfect. Highly recommend – would definitely stay again!

We LOVED staying at Holly’s place! The heated pool and private beach access were wonderful. It was easy to find, squeaky clean, and perfect for my husband and our infant. Only 15-20 minutes from downtown, but quite away from the hustle and bustle. Would 10/10 stay again and recommend this place to friends!

We absolutely loved our stay and plan to come back soon. The view is breathtaking. The condo is very close to Saint Augustine. The hosts were extremely accommodating and pleasant. They always responded quickly. Can’t wait to book this place again and have another relaxing vacation!

We had a great stay at Kurt and Courtney’s place. The location was wonderful, with the beautiful ocean beach and tennis courts, just steps from the condo. The space was clean and well equipped with everything we needed. Kurt and Courtney were extremely helpful and responsive. We had a small problem with a smoke detector and they had it taken care of immediately. We recommend Kurt and Courtney’s place for any one who plans on staying in St. Augustine Beach!

We had a wonderful stay at this cute place! The location in St. Augustine is perfect—super convenient and easy to find. The check-in process was smooth and hassle-free. The place is stocked with plenty of amenities to make you feel at home. Carol, the host, is friendly and responsive, making our stay even more enjoyable. We would definitely come back again!
