Wonderful stay at Pisgah House! Check-in was a breeze, and the home's interior felt warm and inviting. We really appreciated the thoughtful touches—coffee, powdered creamer, and sugar meant we didn’t have to run to the store right away. The house was spotless, the beds were comfortable, and we’ll definitely stay here again when we're in the area. Activities we enjoyed: Caesar’s Head State Park (SC), Pretty Place (SC), and hiking the Pink Beds Trail in Pisgah National Forest. Favorite restaurants and breweries: The Square Root, Rocky’s Soda Shop, Brevard Diner, Big Mike’s Pizza, Oskar Blues Brewery, Ecusta Brewery/Gordingo’s, and Brevard Brewery. We had one small hiccup—I accidentally locked my phone inside, which had the door code. Todd was incredibly responsive, and we truly appreciated how quickly he helped resolve the issue. Overall, this was a fantastic getaway! The house is conveniently located near great activities, and Brevard is a wonderful town to explore. Highly recommend

This is the best neighborhood we have stayed in during visits to Western NC. It’s a beautiful forest location with quiet streets people walk and jog…very little traffic. The house is in great condition and well equipped. The hosts were responsive and helpful. We would very much enjoy coming back.

We needed a place for 7 days and this was the perfect place to settle in. It was a great home with everything we needed. Elisabeth was great.

The space was in amazing shape and meeting Ken, the owner was a great experience. The house suited our needs very well for the week of MTB riding in the area. Close to both Ride Kanuga and Ride Rock Creek (had weekend race there). Ton of riding in the area, could stay for an extended period at this house with no issues. The hosts have provided a nice space to relax after a full day of riding and the house has both front and back outside sitting areas so sun or no sun - your choice. Will book again and again if fortunate enough to visit the area again in the future.

The creek was amazing! Great for rock hunting and peaceful sounds. The fire pit area was awesome too! The waterfall got covered up by some tree damaged but we managed squeezing back to get a good sight!

This was a spacious home and perfect for our family. Everything was very clean and we had all the supplies we needed. The backyard is very large and although we didn’t use it, it was nice to look out and enjoy the privacy. We had a really good experience and would recommend it!

Sweet little spot for a trip to Asheville. private backyard with views of the surrounding mountains. squeaky clean hot tub, solo stove, emaculate and well stocked kitchen, cozy beds and comforters. really perfect dog friendly spot. also super close to the nc arboretum ❤️. super responsive host who made an early check-in happen for us. Highly recommend.

Great place, great hosts

Lynda and Bob were incredible hosts. Very sweet and kind. Knowledgeable and understanding when I didn’t fill out Airbnb correctly. We would love to stay there anytime we’re in the area! We greatly appreciated the extras. And how their apartment is set up gave us ideas to bring home. The local art was beautiful. And it was my first time playing Yahtzee. They had board games, binders filled with local places and animals near by. They pay attention to detail and really know how to make you feel like home. We had a wonderful time!

Had a late game for our son and didn’t want to make the drive back home so we wanted Bruce’s place. It was clean and nice. We’ll definitely stay again!!

Absolutely perfect location, very clean, so private, quiet, peaceful and relaxing. Conveniently close to all the best hiking areas- PNF- Looking Glass/Moore Cove WF, DuPont and Gorges Parks. BRP- Art Loeb Trail & Graveyard Fields WF. So dark at night I could count all the stars. Host has thought of everything- high quality big fluffy towels, lots of pillows, dimmer light switches, fire pit, hot tub, ice maker, awesome spice rack, loved swinging and watching the sunset. Tesla Level 2 charging on site meant we left “full” every morning. Host very helpful with recommending places to eat and visit. Would definitely stay here again !!! I was very impressed with the thoughtfulness to every detail which is saying a lot cause I can be overly picky sometimes. I thought it was so great to easily find the operators manuals for the Alarm clock/sound machine and other items neatly filed in a notebook for reference. Excellent selection of hiking info books. I even loved the quiet doorstops.

Cree’s Retreat was clean, efficient and well stocked. We appreciated the coffee pods, extra towels, and toiletries. Easy parking and close location, but not very walkable (narrow road without sidewalks). Overall, a wonderful place to stay!

Very clean unit with everything needed for our stay. Comfortable bed and the washer/dryer in unit is a plus. Paul is an excellent host, quickly responds, and we would definitely love to stay here again when we are in this area.

Just WOW. I recommend this place 1 million percent!!! I was actually sad to leave . Do yourself the favor and book! Thank you Emily for being the BEST host. Attention to detail was spot on. The fact that you have toothbrushes. It’s just the little things! Thanks a million 🧡🎆

Barbara was super sweet. She was flexible with our late arrival time, made sure the heat and lights were on for us, even offered to grab something for us while she was out at the store so we wouldn't need to make an extra stop. She let us have our space, but was available if we needed anything. Her space is so cute, and her property was very peaceful! We don't make it out of town often, so when we do, we like to get out and explore, and we did so many hiking trails while we were visiting - it was so nice to have a comfortable and inviting space to come back to for our base camp after some long days.

Such a cute place! Roads are still being worked on but not a bad drive in the mountains. Family had a great time. Thank you!

Loved our stay at the Pisgah Adventure Cabin. It was perfectly located between Brevard and Hendersonville in a peaceful, quiet setting. The wood paneling and rustic decor was very pleasant. The shower was amazing! Glad we could take advantage of a last minute stay.

Haley's mountain retreat was ridiculously charming and the communication was excellent. Aside from my family being low-key obsessed with the leather couch and its view, we absolutely loved the backyard and soothing sounds of the creek. Would highly recommend this vintage cabin as a home-base for exploring the mountains and Asheville.

The cabin was beautiful and quiet which is what we wanted. I loved the decor especially the quilt that hung on the wall and the double sided fireplace was cozy on the cold nights. The cabin was close to Brevard and many hiking trails. Melissa was a great host, she answered all my questions. I will definitely stay here again.

We enjoyed the authentic log cabin and relaxing on the porches with a good view. The cabin was spacious and we had lots of family meals and weren't on top of each other. Dupont Forest was very convenient and we had many enjoyable hikes. My grandson liked the trails around the house and the scavenger hunt. It was very nice to have the WIFI since we did not get phone reception out and about. David was very good about answering communications in a very timely manner.

We loved staying at Hayden’s place! It felt like we were out in the country, but we were only 5 minutes away from grocery stores, restaurants, etc. The hiking and mountain biking trails in the area are some of the best in the country (all the waterfalls!). The cabin was clean and had everything we needed. We are still dreaming about those cool summer evenings sitting on the front porch watching the fireflies. We are already planning our trip back to Pisgah!

Adorable place for a quick weekend getaway. My husband and I are looking to move to the area and used Kaitlyn’s cabin as a home base, and it was perfect! Loved coming back to the hot tub after exploring the area and touring some vineyards all day! Would love to go back. Thank you!

Great hosts! Very responsive to any questions we had and offered suggestions! Hosts also purchased a gate for our pups to be able to be secure on the deck. It was Amazing to let them hang out outside, on the deck, off their leashes! So Nice! Only negative about the home was the amount of trees that had been cut on the property…from the photos, we envisioned a secluded home in the woods. Understandably, it was March so the trees were bare, that we expected, but we counted at least 15 trees cut down in the back yard alone (where the driveway/fire pit is) not including the front of the house that faces the road. We’re assuming it was damage/clean up from the hurricane; however, the trees were still stacked at the road for pickup. It was a little disappointing to be able to see neighbors and see/hear the traffic so easily when we expected some privacy; however, everything closes at 9pm in the area so we didn’t have any issues enjoying the fire pit in the evenings with our family.
