My husband and I spent 4 weeks at the home in order to escape MN winter and visit family. During our stay, we had adult children and grandchildren visit. The layout of the home worked perfectly for overnight visitors. The pool, hot tub and pool table were used daily. We also enjoyed the neighborhood and small park (with walking path) just around the corner from the house. Any service teams (pool maintenance, landscaping, garbage/recycling) were friendly and unobtrusive. The home is well stocked and comfortable, including the beds. The home is centrally located with easy access to a gazillion stores and restaurants. We did ALL the things during our stay, including a day trip to the beautiful Sedona. (Tik Tok is a great resource!) I can't say enough about Stephanie's response time and helpfulness. We booked a year in advance and from start to finish, she was a 10 out of 10. The only issue we had (with the coffee maker) was resolved with a brand new unit delivered on the same day. Thx!

This home is in a great location! Easy access to main roads with all your food and shopping needs. We were able to walk around the neighbourhood and feel safe doing so. The backyard was the highlight, made good use of the clean heated pool and the putting green. Would recommend.

The Elegant Cowboy has it all! This home has a well stocked kitchen and pantry with all the cooking and baking utensils needed for a long stay, amble and comfortable seating for many for dinner or watching TV, the beds are very comfortable and the pool, hot tub and back yard seating was amazing! We are a family of 6 with 4 grown teenagers and this place was perfect for us. Beautiful big house with room to spare, big kitchen, nice beds. The backyard is huge - big hot tub, nice pool. Had a couple of small issues and they were taken care of right away. Great location with access to old town - seems to be centrally located so we could reach anywhere we wanted to go via freeways in 25 minutes at the most. I would not hesitate to book this place if you are heading to Phoenix - you won’t be disappointed.

We had a wonderful stay at Ryan's house in Mesa. The house was very spacious and comfortable and the backyard was really nice with the hot tub, pool and comfortable seating. The neighborhood around the house was really nice for taking long walks. The house is so close to Goldwater brewery and in & out burgers if you like beer and burgers. Ryan was super responsive and would check in often to see if there was anything we needed. We would definitely stay here again.

Jeffrey was very responsive without being intrusive. We made a small request and it was promptly addressed and he was very friendly. Highly recommend this home in a lovely quiet neighborhood. It has a wonderful backyard area as well we particularly enjoyed.

Hosts were beyond helpful and flexible with our schedule! Would definitely rent again! The views are breathtaking! Definitely worth the money!

My husband and I loved our long weekend at Melissa's! The property is beyond beautiful, so quiet and peaceful, and super clean! The bed was comfy and the highlight was our little visits from Zoe, Melissa's dog. I would highly recommend that you stay in the peaceful gem! Easy to get around the area and Melissa was great for recommendations of all to do and see!

Benedikt was very responsive and accurate in the listing of his wonderful place. The location was absolutely stunning. The welcoming amenities were great after traveling to AZ. Greatly appreciated it. It was nice to have the place so well stocked for our group; towels, wash clothes, beds, pillows, tvs, outside seating and the pool was great, kitchen was well outfitted also. The house felt like home! Everything we needed and more was available to us. Simply stopped for groceries and moved in for the week! Every room is beautifully appointed and very comfortable. Had the very best week!

This was a great airbnb for a large group. Everyone had plenty of room. The hosts were very responsive throughout the weekend and shared great tips for the local area. The location was easy, convenient and quiet. Overall, a great house that I would book again. House very much matched the description! The kitchen was also very well stocked, and the backyard was great.
