Mollie was super helpful and has a lovely home. We really enjoyed our stay and were able to walk into Bristol easily from the house. It was perfect and I would recommend it highly for anyone looking to stay near Bristol!

We spent a lovely Christmas here as a family of four with our dog pepper. Lovely decor, amenities, kitchen full of everything you need, lots of games for us to play. Great location, lots of fab dog walks, great shops nearby - overall a fantastic stay!

My girls and Paula described the house as 'cute, cosy and homely' and 'excellent'. They had a great time staying there. Thanks for the flexibility too Jamie and Miles.

We had a really lovely stay at the Upside Down House. We appreciated the homey touches; coffee, tea, biscuits and a little bottle of milk in the fridge. It was lovely to finish each day with a session in the hot tub with the family. Everything just helped make this a very relaxed stay. Thank you to you both for easy communication and a really lovely welcoming stay.

We loved our stay in this stunning home! Two fab pubs just outside which had been recommended to us by the host, along with lots of other helpful tips. Parking wasn't too much of an issue for us, but be warned the village was quite crowded with tourists, even at this time of year. Didn't bother us too much but we weren't really expecting it! We loved the house and really loved that there were some logs left so that we could have a cosy fire in the log burner. Stairs are a bit of a death trap (this was to our amusement) but host had warned us about those so we were aware of what we were getting ourselves into! People with limited mobility would need to take this into account when booking. Really appreciated we were able to bring a dog too, and there were some lovely walks around the area, umbrellas and wellies were at the property which was also really helpful. Overall a really beautiful unique property, ideal for a cosy winter stay!

Beautifully appointed cosy space. Immaculately clean and fresh. Lots of lovely little touches; croissants, real butter, a cupboard full of cereals & plenty of tea & coffee & that includes proper. ground coffee! Super comfy beds with lovely, snuggly duvets with extra blankets, if required. They weren't needed as it was nice & toasty. Great bathroom with walk in shower. Only wished I could have stayed longer! Thank you Andy & Debs for your kind hospitality, it was a very last minute booking, but you were both very accommodating. Will definitely be back!

Stayed here as me and my friend were running the bath half and some of our friends were coming to support, lovely air b and b, very spacious and nice rooms, a nice kitchen, living room and dining area. The host gave us some recommendations on places to see and things to do which was very thoughtful. She also wished us luck with the race when she knew why we were staying which was very kind. Overall a very lovely air b and b, near to the town centre and a good air b and b host. Would recommend!

We stayed for a week and walked miles every day exploring Cardiff and nearby Penarth. Easy to find. Quiet street. Parking outside the door. Super comfy beds. Large fridge/freezer. Jaymin was easy to contact when we had an issue. We do a bit of cooking and would have liked a few more items in the kitchen; wooden spoon, serving spoons, grater, colander. Recycling seems to be an issue but I think that Cardiff has a complicated policy so maybe that’s why there was no information about it. Thoroughly enjoyed exploring the city and the easy to use train services. Lidl is nearby and a small play park for kids.

It was lovely, spotless accommodation within a peaceful and pretty village, and a very private setting tucked out of the way. Dog walking field within 5 minute walk which was fabulous to let our dog run free in a safe space. Everything in the accommodation was like new with bright clean furnishings and bedding. Lots of kitchen utensils which we loved as we both cook. An added brilliant bonus was use of the large pool which was clean warm and private. It was perfect for us and we’ll be visiting again. Just come back from a two night stay in the Haybarn. It was very relaxing and comfortable and warm. Pippa was very communicative and responded to questions very quickly. Check-in was extremely easy and the location directions very easy to find. There was everything you needed in the property with some little added extras ie milk tea coffee sugar shampoo and things like that. Having the pool right next door to the living room was amazing although heated it was still a tad cold but you can’t please everyone not a complaint but personal choice. The bed was extremely comfortable and bed linen of a high standard. You would need to drive to local shops for provisions as too far to walk.

Nous avons apprécié l’intimité du lieu, apprécié la piscine après avoir découvert Bristol, Bath, Lacock, Castlecombe sous un soleil magnifique ! Les propriétaires sont très discrets et toujours disponibles si besoin . Le cri des mouettes, des palombes amoureuses, les moutons trop mignons et la prairie de fleurs 🌸❤️. Faites la balade à pied jusqu’à Lacock c’est un vrai bonheur. Que du positif merci encore aux propriétaires !

A really quiet location not far from the owner's property. The owner provides loads of really helpful information in advance of your stay which meant we had no trouble finding the place or checking in. The property itself is charming and it is clear that a lot of love and thought has gone in to it again. We used the property as a base to go into Taunton and then to do some hikes in the Quantocks, so this was the perfect location for us.

We loved our stay at Gill’s place! A group of 12 of us meet up a couple of times a year for a reunion, and we’ve stayed in various accommodations across the South. This has been our favourite by far! The barns are even bigger than they look in the photos, with three spacious buildings and plenty of room to spread out. Each bedroom is beautifully decorated, there are plenty of bathrooms and en suites, a large kitchen for hosting, a cosy living room with log burner, plus a wonderful garden, hot tub, games, and even a sauna! Gill and George are great hosts, communicating frequently before and during our stay. They also provided an extensive list of local recommendations, which we really appreciated (we’d suggest the Lime Kiln pub for lunch, just a 3-minute drive away!). Despite being on an A-road, the soundproofing is excellent, and it felt like a peaceful countryside retreat. We’d stay again and highly recommend it!

A beautiful little place, in a beautiful little spot. We found a cute welcome basket on the table with a welcome pack and snacks. It’s very clean and tidy, with lovely decor. A good selection of additional amenities; great selection of books & games! The hot tub was a fantastic addition too! The garden area was very secure, which was a relief as we had our dog with us - he loved the place too! Lots to do, not too far of a drive to get to so many different places! The hosts were lovely, welcoming us as we arrived & gave clear instructions on how to find the property. I would highly recommend this little hideaway, and will definitely book again if we come back to the area! Thank you Gemma & Roly! :)

Three friends in their 40’s away for a short weekend. Perfect place to catch up. Pool was wonderful to have. Pub a stones throw away. Easy to stroll around the country lanes and fields. Very clean in all rooms and kitchen well equipped for cooking. Jacqui was on hand whilst respecting our privacy. We would return.

We stayed here for my hen weekend. The house was perfect for all 14 of us. Plenty of room and great fun. I would highly recommend

A perfect location for our short break in Somerset with 2 dogs. The villa is quirky, spacious, clean and very comfortable. Lots of space for families with a beautiful garden, sun room and great kitchen. Lovely walks nearby and we walked to the local restaurant the first evening for a takeaway. Took a total of 8 mins there and back! A great base for visiting the Mendips, Cheddar, Wells, Glastonbury and Blagdon. A stones throw from Wookey Hole also, although we didn’t visit this time. I would really recommend this beautiful place. If you want to either kick back and relax, or walk and walk and walk - then this is the place for you. Thank you so much. We’d love to return if you’ll have us!

Wonderful home to stay in for a peaceful get away! 30 mins away from Durdle Door and 40 mins from Bournemouth. Would definitely recommend staying!

We had such a lovely stay. The coach house is cosy, comfortable and clean and with lovely country walks nearby. Very comfortable bed! The horses were so sweet! Angela was lovely and helpful. We will be back! Thank you so much.

We used Yvonne’s bungalow as a stop over whilst travelling home after visiting family in Bristol. It was very easy to find despite being in a rural location, our sat nav took us straight there and the directions Yvonne provided were also very easy to follow. Upon arrival we felt right at home, the bungalow is very clean and homey and the grounds are beautiful, we were lucky to have nice weather so we took full advantage of taking in the lovely views and surroundings. Although we only stayed 1 night we definitely could have stayed a lot longer! We would not hesitate in booking this lovely bungalow again in the future. Thanks again 😊

The cottage is gorgeous and Virginie ensured we had everything we needed for a luxurious and cosy stay. The garden is perfect for a dog, and there are lots of lovely walks on the doorstep!

Utterly fantastic weekend for our family get away and celebrations - Fiona and Spencer couldn’t have been more helpful and welcoming. Just a brilliant weekend which we’ll never forget. Best spot imaginable !

This was a great find - a lovely immaculate annex accommodation in a very pretty setting. It all looks brand new inside. Cosy bedding and bed.
