Beautiful house! They had corn-hole, life size chess, and puttputt. Very spacious with lots of beds. 5 bedrooms down stairs each containing 2 beds expect one room with a king. Upstairs there is the master bedroom and two other rooms with queens. We had the best week!

kitchen cupboards full of dishes not needed. no room to put food in cupboards. cutlery very dull. should've had an ice cream scoop & a kitchen scissor.

We had a peaceful and wonderful Thanksgiving at this oasis! The house exceeded our expectations and Pete was very responsive. Highly recommend!

This place is exactly like it looks. There is so much space to relax and hang out with different groups of friends. The bed rooms are very comfortable. The house 15 minutes from everything you could want to do. Would definitely stay again with a large group of people.

First thing that comes to mind was how Christian was so helpful and responsive on a really short notice from me. He was totally awesome. The house was excatly how it was described and Christian got his cleaning crew over to the house asap as i basically gave him 30 mins. it was perfect

We would stay here again in a heartbeat! We stayed here with 7 other families for a cheer competition. The kids staying ranged in ages from 1 to 12 (boys/girls) and they all loved every space! We were able to watch movies in the theater area, bowled, swam, and used the arcade often! The kitchen had 2 refrigerators and 2 dishwashers which was so nice! The massive TV in the living room was awesome, and the dads had no problems figuring out how to get multiple basketball games going at the same time. There were also plenty of pots/pans for cooking, and dishes/silverware for meals. I will say, if you’re planning on doing dishes or laundry, make sure you bring those detergents, etc or put them on your grocery list. Also, be sure and bring shampoo and conditioner. Some airbnbs include those items and others don’t. This one does not. Obviously not a problem, but just wanted to put it out there for anyone planning what to bring. Ellie was super quick with her responses. Great house!!!

This home incredible, it is a massive space and great for large groups. The theme rooms for kids are adorable. The kitchen space is amazing. The pool is a little bit small if you have a lot of people. We had 5 adults and 2 kids and it was perfect for us. Some minor issues. The patio area was not very clean, there are a lot of critters (it’s Florida so expected), but we had to buy citronella candles to help. The pool had a lot of debris, the host did get the pool guy out quickly to clean, but unfortunately overnight the pool just gets bugs in it, I don’t think that’s avoidable. The internet was a little slow. The house doesn’t have cable so we had to purchase YouTube tv to watch Sunday football games. But overall the house is just amazing and so close to the parks. We would 100% recommend it and stay again.

Fantastic home with a fantastic host. Daniel was very responsive (down to the minute) and very accommodating. The home was spotless, large and open, with a beautiful backyard/patio/pool area. The home fit 11 of us very comfortably. We would highly recommend this place, and host to all ages. Thanks Daniel!

I recently stayed at this beautiful home, and it exceeded my expectations in every way. From the moment I arrived, the check-in process was seamless, and the host was responsive and welcoming. The house itself was clean, well-decorated, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The kitchen was fully stocked with all the essentials, making it easy to prepare meals. The living space was cozy, with plenty of natural light and comfortable furniture, perfect for relaxing. The location was also a huge plus—nestled in a nice neighborhood but still close to great restaurants, shops, and outdoor activities. The backyard space and pool were a highlight, offering a peaceful place to unwind and have fun. The bikes, kayaks and stand ups boards were an added bonus and something we truly enjoyed. Overall, this rental was a fantastic experience, and I would absolutely stay here again.

Me and my group loved the stay. We didn’t have to contact the host patty the entire trip with questions because all directions were clear and everything we needed was in place already. She was also very responsive and flexible throughout the booking process.

The house and the grounds were fantastic. We spent most of our time outside by the pool and hot tub. The house was well stocked, and we were able to cook some great meals. Samamtha made the check-in process very easy and had sent us information ahead of time on the house and area which was really helpful. We had a great time there and highly recommend Samantha's house.

I loved the house, it looked exactly like the pictures. It was clean and smelled really good. The beds and sheets were extremely comfortable and high quality. I would definitely book again.

We had an absolutely amazing time staying in Jorge’s home! The home and yard were somehow even more gorgeous in person than in the pictures. We made great use of the pool and felt like we were in our own tropical paradise. The sandy area with the hammock is literally like being on the beach! Jorge was extremely responsive, helpful, and flexible which we appreciate immensely. Thank you so much for providing such a wonderful space to celebrate a bachelorette! :)

We throughly enjoyed our stay at Ashley’s home! There are so many things to rave about it is hard to know where to begin. Upon arrival, it was sparkling clean and well stocked! The home is very comfortably furnished and has a great layout. It is also beautifully landscaped with flowering bushes and shrubs that attract butterflies and hummingbirds. We found it very pleasant to start every morning sitting on the lanai drinking our coffee and listening to the birds sing while awaiting the arrival of the butterflies that often visited. We also really enjoyed the heated swimming pool and found it very fun and relaxing when we were not at the beach. It should be noted that the house is in a central location, very close to beautiful beaches, great restaurants and excellent shopping. Also of note, Ashley was a great host, very kind and quick to respond to any question throughout the process and was a pleasure to work with!

We stayed for 3+ weeks over Christmas and NYE in Niki’s Naples villa. The house, the lanai and the garden provide a Florida home away from home - it’s tidy and spacious, yet cosy and homey. Walking, cycling, driving and parking inside the Briarwood gated community feels so safe. Our favourites: 1. The villa’s layout with high floor-to-ceiling height, four bedrooms, three baths and the living room, kitchen and lanai at its heart. 2. Fishing in the canal just behind the house. 3. Briarwood’s well kept, pleasant neighbourhood with nice sunny walks and bike rides, pickleball courts, basketball and more. Lastly, Niki was a great host and made our stay a breeze by being service minded, accessible and professional. Niki made our booking and our stay run smoothly.

This is a very comfortable property. Good location to several town centers and the neighborhood recreation center. The owners were very responsive, always within minutes of my inquiry. A very nice outside area and a heated pool that was used every day. I would be happy to stay there again.

The house was just as described and perfect for our stay, Luis was very flexible, responsive, and communicated regularly with us. We were very happy with the location, very close to the ball fields we were visiting. We were able to relax on the lenai and in the pool....fantastic. Luis was a perfect host!

We had a wonderful month at Michelle's place. She is a very responsive host and we would Definitely rent again. She answered all our questions in a timely manner. The house was fully equipped for all our needs. The kitchen was perfect for cooking meals. Very enjoyable!!🌞
