We're very grateful to have found this listing in the Manassas area. It was the perfect base for our visit over Thanksgiving, very comfortable, well maintained, beautiful inside/out, and wonderfully located. We were able to take advantage of the Bull Run Battlefield Park and trails, conveniently located just steps from the spacious backyard. Our Host, Val, was most accommodating and responsive during the entire visit since she occupies the apartment at the lower level of this amazing home. She most graciously provided all the fixings for waffles and coffee for our first morning there, also gifting us cookies and popcorn for an evening snack. Everything we needed in the kitchen and bathrooms was available for consumption or use. Music soothed us during morning coffee and Prime Video entertained us in the late evenings. Forest Walk is a home-away-from home and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay there.

She was a great host. Went to welcome us & made sure we had everything we needed. She was so sweet! The farm house was beautiful & the views were espectacular. We will be definitely coming back.

We had a wonderful time in this great house! The house was big with everything you could ask for. Our daughter was getting married at Rock Hill farm which is only 3.5 miles away and the house provided us a quiet, peaceful place to come home to after a busy day and evening. There were sheep grazing beside the house! We didn’t get a chance to tryout the spa and pool, but maybe next time. We highly recommend!!!

Margie was great. She introduced herself to my son and I right when we got there. The accommodations were excellent. Beds were super comfy and everything was very clean. House sits right on a small lake in a very nice neighborhood.

Had an absolute blast here, the pool and hot tub were great and the house was spectacular! It's always fun staying at interesting places and this definitely fit scratched that itch. The owners were very responsive and answered all my questions as soon as I had any. Highly recommended!

Patricia was an absolutely wonderful host, and we really enjoyed our time in the space. It’s the perfect ambience for a weekend away, super cozy, and really practical for cooking and eating in. The cabin really feels like a home away from home. Can’t say enough great things!!!

I planned to propose to my girlfriend over a romantic farm and Shenandoah getaway weekend. Andrea was very excited and helped make the weekend really special. The grounds were amazing and so beautiful with trails to take walks on and many animals to see. We brought our puppy and we had plenty of space to safely let him off leash to run around. He had as much fun as we did (and we got engaged!) Her restaurant recommendations were spot on, so definitely give those a try. We did the farm tour on the last day, and it was so personal, interactive and informative. Do not skip the tour!!! Andrea was so kind and generous with us. We cannot recommend this place highly enough.

Teresa and Jeff were amazing hosts. They were friendly and responsive during our whole stay, and we even got a tour of the farm on their golf cart! The suite was great- private, great for viewing stars, on a farm with a store, and close to nice hiking trails. Definitely recommend for a couple looking to relax in a beautiful place.
