Franca and Mario are extremely sweet, friendly, helpful, proactive, and overall wonderful hosts! Their apartment is beautifully laid out, with everything you could want or need (including a washer cum dryer) in a most spacious space. The bed is comfortable, and the kitchen is well-equipped. The location is perfect; directly across the road from the train station, while being walkable to all the sights. We thank them for all the great recommendations that Franca patiently provided (for various sights, their favorite restaurants, etc), and we look forward to staying with them again next time we visit Bologna.

Nereden başlasam bilemiyorum. Ev her anlamda mükemmeldi. İhtiyacınız olan her şey en ince detaya kadar düşünülmüş. Temizlik konusunda da müthiş bir evdi. Yatak inanılmaz rahat, sıcak su konusunda herhangi bir problemi yok. Ev sahibi Bianca her zaman iletişime açıktı, ne sorsam hemen cevap verdi, yardımcı oldu. Annem de ben de bu evi çok beğendik. Teşekkürler Bianca! 🤩

Giovanny was very helpful. He made arrangements for us to store our luggage and was always responsive and helpful. The apartment was just as described and was very clean, peaceful, comfortable and spacious.

Wir können einen Aufenthalt bei Lucia nur empfehlen! Das kleine Apartment ist sehr gemütlich und die Lage ist super. Man kann Bologna wunderbar zu Fuß erkunden. In der Nähe lässt sich alles finden, was man benötigt. Die Umgebung ist ruhig, aber trotzdem finden sich Restaurants und Bars innerhalb von wenigen Minuten Entfernung. Der Weg ins Zentrum ist ebenfalls zu Fuß gut zurückzulegen. Die Kommunikation ist super und man bekommt viele tolle Tipps, was man in Bologna besuchen und erleben sollte. Das Apartment entspricht genau den Bildern und der Beschreibung. Wir haben uns sehr sehr wohlgefühlt und hatten eine tolle Zeit in Bologna.

Io e il mio fidanzato abbiamo soggiornato in questo appartamento per il week end e possiamo dire che l’appartamento è stato accogliente e ci ha permesso di essere completamente a nostro agio. Ne vale assolutamente la pena. L’host è stato sin da subito responsivo, cordiale e chiaro nelle indicazioni. Siamo pienamente soddisfatti e consigliamo questo appartamento.

Giulia and her parents have been very friendly and welcoming. The apartment is as described and in perfect conditions, clean and with everything needed. It's super well connected and from the train station you can walk to the city center or jump on a train or bus to reach all corners of the Bologna surrouding areas. Finally it feels refreshing to stay in a place that is managed by a family, has a personal touch and you feel taken care of ...much better than all the other anonymous real estate agencies of Bologna.

We really enjoyed out stay. The place was great for our family (1.5yo and 4yo) with plenty of space for our stay. Location is very central and the hosts recommendations for restaurants were fantastic. Would definitely stay again.

Siamo stati in visita nella splendida città di Ferrara, e abbiamo scelto questo spazio per soggiornare tre giorni, cosa dire! Esperienza davvero molto piacevole, le indicazioni sempre chiare e Alessandro è stato sempre molto gentile. La camera è calda, è molto accogliente, calda e il letto estremamente comodo, il bagno molto spazioso. La corte interna è molto ampia, curata e spaziosa. L’area è molto silenziosa e vicina a tantissimi ristoranti.

Siamo stati ospiti in questo appartamento ,pulito bene, con stanze comode, 2 bagni con ampia doccia, soggiorno e cucina anch' essi spaziosi, nell' appartamento c'è tutto quello che serve per una comoda vacanza. la fermata dell' autobus che porta al centro è vicinissima. L' host è stato cordiale e ci ha dato tante informazioni, è sempre stato molto disponibile.

Il check-in è locato vecino alla casa e offre la possibilità del deposito bagagli gratuito prima e dopo aver usufruito dell'appartamento. Quest'ultimo decisamente grande e confortevole dotato di tutto il necessario per passare qualche giorno nel cuore di Bologna.

Casa tenuta in ottimo stato e molto molto pulita. Inoltre l’host è molto cordiale e disponibile. Per un soggiorno per 4/5 persone è perfetta

5 stars isn’t enough for how amazing and perfect Serena’s place was. We would stay here again in a heartbeat. We never met Serena but we had the pleasure of meeting Concetta twice and she was very lovely and went out of her way to drive us to and from town (not a long walk but with our bags it was a bit farther then I wanted to walk 😅). But the apartment was wonderful - especially the bathtub! We truly enjoyed our time here and would absolutely recommend to everyone! If you’re lucky enough that this place is available for your dates, do not hesitate - book now!!!

Really enjoyed my stay here and I would highly recommend it. The location is perfect, on a quiet street but only a few minutes walk to the very heart of Bologna. The apartment itself is lovely, clean and comfortable with a well equipped kitchen, nice bathroom and plenty of wardrobe space. It also has a fab terrace space out the back with seating. I’m learning Italian and I find watching the tv really helpful, this one had lots of channels so bonus points from me! Alvise and Maria Giovanna were kind and helpful and responded really quickly to any queries I had. Thanks again for a great stay!

Elena was wonderful! She met us at midnight for our checkin, and made us feel right at home. Her apartment is spacious, with high ceilings, balconies, and a great kitchen. The neighborhood is peaceful, safe, and a short walking distance from Via Saragozza, with its beautiful porticos. Elena was immediately responsive when we had questions. She arranged for taxis when we needed, and we had an amazing dinner at a local trattoria, thanks to her recommendation and reservation on our behalf. We will definitely stay here again!

This apartment was so much better than we expected. The host went above and beyond doing some research into a venue for dinner on New Year’s Eve. The apartment is very large and easily fit the 3 couples we were travelling with. Without a doubt would stay here again

Amazing super clean Airbnb centrally located in Bologna. Really close to the train station and everything you need to do while you’re in the city. The apartment is quite spacious and the jacuzzi is fantastic. Ida was an excellent host with great communication and let me do a late check out free of charge. Highly recommend her place if you’re visiting Bologna, Italy. You won’t regret it

Fantastic spacious apartment in the heart of Bologna! It was our first visit to this part of Italy and we loved it. The apartment is in a great location. There is a local convenience store a few minutes away where you can get all of your essentials. Nicoletta was a great host, very responsive to my messages and made sure check in smooth and we were happy with everything. There is a wonderful restaurant right next door to the apartment which was brilliant and highly recommended, called Sette Tavoli.
