We had a family vacation at Davide house, there were five of us. The house is very conveniently located, quiet, cozy house, all the amenities. A luxurious garage, since we were by car, it was even a priority. Convenient entry into the underground parking. The house is very nice, two bedrooms and a living room. Very neat and beautiful territory around, a large table in the garden, we enjoyed having breakfast every morning. You could see the lake and enjoy the fresh air in silence. We liked everything very much, we felt at home. I am very grateful to Davide for his house and hospitality.

Everything was so great!! The view was splendid and the town Gandria is so beautiful. The apartment was recently refurbished and well equipped and clean. It felt so comfortable and cozy. We didn’t have any problem. Despite the instructions, it was not easy to find the apartment when we arrived. Maybe I should have read the instructions more carefully. It was not easy to carry all the bags down from the public parking space to the apartment though. It takes sweat to sparkle!! Highly recommended!

Our stay at Villa Nila was simply amazing. Nicola welcomed us warmly upon arrival and offered helpful recommendations for places to eat and things to do. He was very friendly and responsive throughout our stay. The property itself is so well-designed and functional, not to mention the breathtakingly beautiful views of the lake and garden from the private terrace and from inside the property. There is a full kitchen with an espresso machine, stove, fridge/freezer, etc. We enjoyed the complimentary espresso and beverages that Nicola provided. And the rain showers in both bathrooms are a nice touch! The location of the property was perfect for our group (5 adults) — everything was just a short walk away. It was easy to take the ferry to other towns on the lake from Torno, and we especially enjoyed our daily (sometimes twice daily) coffee from Bar Italia near the ferry stop. I would highly recommend this property and am excited to return the next time we are in the Lake Como area.

This is a gorgeous home with stunning views of Lake Como. Very comfortable, quiet, and private. We greatly enjoyed our stay. It is important to have your own car to get to this location as walking to town would be challenging. Once we discovered the parking lots in town, using the car to get back and forth was not a problem. Highly recommend this home.

Excellent location, close to restaurants and historic landmarks. Space is bright and comfortable. Hosts generously provided basic breakfast items in the refrigerator; milk, juices, yogurt, water, pastries, and coffee to enjoy. Host was very responsive, accommodating, and understanding of some travel delays. I spent my birthday there and they made it very special. Bergamo is a beautiful place and this apartment is perfect for your visit.

This apartment is in a perfect location for a mid-lake visit to Lago di Como. It’s a few steps from the Lenno ferry stop, an easy boat ride and walk to Villa Carlotta and Villa del Balbaniello, respectively, and is situated right at the waters edge with jaw-dropping views of the lake and mountains from the living room, primary bedroom, and one bathroom. The hosts were very responsive and helpful. We were met at the ferry and they were very flexible about a late check out. The maps and ferry schedule provided were helpful as well. The apartment is absolutely stunning. High ceilings, big windows, and elegant and sophisticated interior design. The beds were comfy and the bathrooms were great. We appreciated many of the design choices, like the hideaway coffee machine and art complementing the furnishings. Lenno was quiet during our April stay and I imagine the experience could be different during high season. Regardless, we hope we can visit again. This is a very special place.

Valentina was our contact while we stayed in Limonta. She was the most friendly, kind, and responsive host we have ever known. She always went above and beyond what she had to. She gave us the most easy and helpful check-in information, checked in on us during our stay with great friendliness, and tipped us off to local experiences and restaurants to enhance our stay. The little home was private, peaceful, and with a fantastic terrace/view that we made the most of every day of our stay. We had such a nice little trip, and it will be looked back on fondly due to the special touch of Valentina!
