Our stay was wonderful. Great community, great neighbours, very dog friendly. We spent almost every day at the pool which is just a couple minutes walk. Apartment had everything we needed and more. Highly recommend this place. We would definitely stay again.

Excellent Airbnb house. Well designed - compact but sleeps 5-6 easily. All amenities provided and representative of the photos. A bit winding to get in but very helpful staff and guards. Very private and peaceful though there are a few dogs in each house who bark sometimes in unison !!! All in all very good stay

I stayed at Daniel’s place for my bachelorette party and it was absolutely incredible. We had a group of 12 girls and felt so safe. The view is breathtaking and the house is very walkable. Daniel was responsive to all of our questions. Highly recommend!

Gabriel is very kind and had wonderful recommendations for the area. We felt very comfortable, relaxed and at home. The garden area was lovely and the indoor hammock was perfect for enjoying a book. We loved it here and will stay again if we find our selves back in Cancún. Highly recommend this place!!

super buen departamento, muy amplio y tenía de todo para sentirse en casa. La ubicación me encantó, es un lugar más bien residencial, pero con muchas cosas cerca, como supermercados, restaurantes, mercados etc.

Maria Elena was the kindest and warmest host I have ever met! She was incredibly responsive, communicative and helpful! Unfortunately, half my family was sick while we were there, and her care and concern were so appreciated! The place was great and comfortable - it's in a part of Cancun that is more residential/less touristy, and with a car, you can explore a lot of things. She was so wonderful and we would love to return to this or any other place she hosts!

In short, it was the best. The place is in a gated neighborhood so you’re getting the full security. The house itself is beautiful and very spacious. It has everything you need. Laundry is in the garage but other than that everything’s perfect. They have games and all of the utensils you need. All over it was great. I appreciate the host, thank you so much!

El alojamiento es muy bueno, está en una excelente zona, es muy fácil llegar, si tienes auto propio te puedes mover muy fácil, pero si no, caminas unos 300 mts y encuentras la parada del camión. Cerca hay tiendas y lugares donde te puedes tomar fotos. El lugar es excelente por si quieres ir con amigos jóvenes ya que tiene la oportunidad de ser muy privado.

Beautiful home! Easy check in with capi property management meeting us at house to show us everything! We had a few issues but within 30 minutes things were addressed. Amazing service and responsiveness from Kyra and property manager. We would stay here again! Full kitchen, towels, just about everything you would need.

Uno de los mejores Airbnb de la zona, queda cerca de muchas cosas, hay un parque cerca muy lindo, la zona es tranquila y hay un Oxxo cerca. Recomendada 1000% tienen todas las comodidades para quedarse un buen rato si es que vienen a vacacionar. El anfitrión José Luis como siempre muy atento nos recibió con un gran detalle, nos sentimos como en casa. 🏡❣️

This was a great spot if you're looking for a quiet place away from the busier northern beach area. We loved the balcony and hearing the waves crashing below, and there are nice restaurants and a big grocery store in walking distance. The only thing we were disappointed about was that the photos show a set of stairs down to a small private sandy beach area where we planned to take our baby each day. This is misleading, as you do NOT have access to these stairs and instead the only access is to climb down some steep rocks (not clear in the photos). We were traveling with a baby and booked this place with the intention of going to the little beach each day and there are no other beaches within walking distance. Other than that, it was a nice, spacious, and clean spot. There is a manager you can text who is really responsive and very helpful.

El loft es sumamente cómodo, todo muy limpio y ordenado, tal cual como en las fotografías. La atención de Liora y de Isaac fue excelente, muy amables y atentos a nosotros, siempre con buena actitud y buenas recomendaciones.

We wanted both beautiful, quiet, no people … and easy access to public beach. This is exactly that; we enjoyed both aspects. We also wanted to explore more of the Southern end of the island and being part way down already was great. You do need a Golf Cart or Scooters … we don’t consider this a walking property. AC’s were excellent, hot water takes a min to get going … and then ahh very nice. Fresh Water Jug set up was nice… used it more than we thought. Patio & dipping pool on the edge of the waves is simply. stunning. Smart TV & Wi-Fi are nice, bring your login info for your NetFlix, Apple TV accts etc. We’ll be back!
