Our stay was fantastic. I had a little trouble unlocking (user error) and Claire was very quick to help out. The house was one of the cleanest I've stayed in. Joseph messaged me after check in to make sure everything was to our standards. It exceeded all expectations. The furniture and beds were Very comfortable and clean. The house is very close to an excellent bagel shop and only 10 minutes from downtown Newport. We felt right at home. Will definitely be back!

We had such a great family vacation in Narragansett! Laura was very responsive and accommodating! Highly recommend her home!

Perfect for our family. The beds were soft and comfortable, the linens and pillows were high-quality. The place was absolutely spotless clean. The backyard and property was quiet and serene. Thoughtful details like step stools to reach higher shelves or for toddler handwashing. Our twins loved sleeping on the trundle bed. Beautifully curated artwork throughout the home. Quiet street with historic homes. Location was perfect for us- near our extended family. We look forward to staying again.

This was our second time staying at Coleen’s place. Our first time to celebrate our one year anniversary. This time, years later, so I could propose to my girlfriend and then celebrate our engagement. Coleen is super responsive and went out of her way to make this stay happen for us. Her place had everything we could have imagined and made the visit to Newport special. She is definitely one of the best hosts we have ever had experience with and I would highly recommend her place if you’re making the trip to Newport. There is so much to do in the area and Coleen’s place has a great location and the perfect private getaway for all. It’s a place we hold dear and we look forward to going back to visit and celebrate future chapters of our lives!

Staying at Pat's may be the best AirBnB experience we have ever had. The place is great- nicely furnished, beautifully decorated, and stocked with everything you could need. Some AirBnB kitchen's barely have the basics- Pats has everything you would want to cook a meal- all the pots, pans, utensils, spices, oils and other items you might want. Pat is a wonderful host. She communicated well about arrival details and met us upon arrival and showed us around the house. She was warm and personable- she even dropped off some delicious baked goods as a treat! College Hill is a great neighborhood in Providence- quiet, lovely, and not far from the colleges and local business districts. Next time we visit PRVD, we'll be happy to return to Pats.

I’ve spent the last three years staying at Airbnbs near URI and this was the best one! The home was clean, spacious and cozy. Close enough to URI and a great last stay for my son’s graduation. The kitchen has tons of stuff and having a living room and den was great for daytime lounging. I’m sad I found this place at the end of our time in RI. Thanks Lisa!

Thank you to Pamela for a great stay. As someone that is from RI and was going to spend time in Westerly, South Kingstown, and Narragansett to visit family, friends and the beach this was a perfect location. You were all so fast at responding. It was nice to have this perfect spot to decompress, relax, and breathe a bit after a lot of travel and visiting.

Beautiful historic home that has been well maintained and updated with modern amenities. We had a wonderful stay. Would recommend if you are looking to stay in the area!

I can see why Marianne is a super host! Her place is exactly how she describes but cozier. She had everything we needed to feel right at home and even stocked the kitchen with some thoughtful items like milk, oj and cereal. The apartment was much more spacious than we expected and even had an extra half bath which was very convenient. There were plenty of comfortable places to sit and lots of space to unpack. We love the location because it was as easy to get to Newport as it was to Portsmouth. There's a well renowned French bakery about a quarter of a mile away and the local’s favorite coffee shop is less than half a mile away. The apartment felt very private but Marianne was always available if we had a question. Best of both worlds!

This downtown apartment in Newport was a great stay. My husband and I had such a blast just walking downstairs and going to restaurants and bars! So fun, the location is in the center of it all and street parking was smooth (the off season had a lot more parking options which was super convenient). Overall super nice. Bring earplugs if noise bothers you at night, there’s a bar literally underneath the apartment lol!

This was my second stay at Susan's place, and it was terrific! The place is clean, well-decorated and well-equipped. The bed is super-comfy. Susan responded quickly in her communications. The place has a great location! It's within walking distance of a couple of restaurants, a bagel shop, a bakery with delicious baked goods and a grocery store. I will definitely be booking again when I am back in Providence.

This was our third year at Michael’s and as usual it didn’t disappoint. The location is perfect for biking or walking, the apartment is the right size for our little family and has everything we need. Michael is super responsive and helpful, the local beach is perfect. We will likely be back again next year!

We enjoyed our stay at Brandon’s place ! From the goodies he left us to all the local recommendations and check-in’s to make sure we were okay or if we needed anything, Brandon really goes out of his way to make sure his guests have an enjoyable experience. The apartment itself is soooo close to shops and restaurants and the Mansions and the bed was soooo comfortable ! Would definitely come back in the warmer weather months to check out Newport in a different light and stay at Brandon’s again!

We felt right at home the moment we arrived. The hotel is located in a near-perfect spot, everything walkable and accessible virtually right from the front door. The hosts also sent out texts before closing just to make sure we’d be all set for the night. It was a really great stay, definitely coming back whenever I find myself in Rhode Island again!

We loved staying here! We wanted a nice place to relax but in town and we definitely got our money's worth!! We also loved that we could bring our pup and Trip and Christina not only made us feel great about having a dog in their space, but sent us specific places and things to do in the area with him. They accommodated our early checkin and the place was stocked with anything we could possibly need! Would definitely stay here again

Had a wonderful time! Wish we booked a longer stay! So much to do so little time! We will be back! Thank you so much for a great weekend!

Katherine was very responsive during our stay - we had an issue with the smoke detector and she sent someone right out. We had a girls weekend here (spa is right across the street and restaurants are walkable) and it was great!

Great location and so much nearby. We only stayed 2 nights as we flew in for a family party, but was perfect for what we needed. Great location, very clean and spacious, and easy self check in and out. We appreciate the host and will definitely stay again if we need to come back for anymore family functions.

Place was great -- a walk to shops and restaurants. Also super-clean and well appointed -- descriptions were spot-on. Only problem -- we found the check-in instructions were lacking -- struggled with key codes and the lock on the unit. Still, a superb spot for a weekend getaway!

Perfect studio for a couple or two friends! It was clean, easy to get to, walkable to all the main Newport restaurants & bars and most of all, DOG FRIENDLY! My friend was able to take her dog to a park near by and the place itself wasn’t too small for a dog. Only thing I’ll add is that if you’re super tall, the shower might be a little tough to fit in but was not an issue for me at 5’6. I’d highly recommend this place! The host was also clear with instructions & very responsive. It made the experience of check in and checkout seamless.
