The pictures don't do the place justice, it was quite roomy and spacious, beautiful and private. We can't wait to come back.

We were warmly greeted by Sara, who was incredibly helpful throughout our three-day stay at the Quinta. The cottage is simple—consisitn g a one-bedroom, two-bathroom unit with a basic kitchen—one of four similar units converted from granite walles outbuildings of a grand Quinta. The property is expansive, offering many lovely spots to relax, whether in the vineyard, under a fig tree, or around the generously sized swimming pool. Despite being in a secluded valley, it's just a short drive to Cabeceiras de Basto, where you'll find charming Praia Fluvials, shops, cafes, and restaurants. We quickly became friends with another group occupying the other three properties, enjoying shared meals and drinks while the children played in the pool. Casa de Sestelo is an amazing, relaxing spot to spend a few days.

Aldeia tranquila com paisagens lindas. As pessoas da aldeia são muito amigáveis e gostam de receber turistas. A casa está bem equipada e muito bem limpa. Adoramos

Je recommande+++ Maria Teresa est très amicale,reactive et disponible. Je me ferais un plaisir de revenir à la belle saison pour profiter de l'extérieur qui a l'air exceptionnel. Encore merci a Teresa pour son accueil.

Casa de campo maravilhosa para férias no Gerês. Perto de zonas diversas do Parque Natural e Minho, aconchegante e no meio da natureza. Rua silenciosa com vista para as montanhas, completa com tudo que uma pessoa pode precisar para cozinhar (menos um forno, mas tudo bem). Éramos um casal com dois cães pequenos que adoraram o quintal cercado. Na semana que passamos lá vimos da janela vacas pastando e uma pastora com ovelhas. Mesmo uma experiência fantástica para relaxar da cidade. O anfitrião foi muito atencioso e enviou muitas dicas e o ponto do Maps para a casa, check-in feito tranquilamente, o carro ficou estacionado no terreno da frente sem problemas.

Maravilhosa estadia num espaço super agradável e cenário quase perfeito se a chuva não teimasse em cair.

We hebben heerlijke dagen gehad. Interieur van de ruimtes zijn een beetje gedateerd, maar alles is schoon. Zwembad en uitzicht echt prachtig. Het zwembad wordt gedeeld met Farmhouse 2, maar is prima te doen. In het huis ook meer dan voldoende ruimte, grote woonkeuken. Communicatie met Hugo ging snel en makkelijk.

The home is beautiful. It use close to many great destinations. My girlfriend and I loved it so much we extended the stay 2 additional weeks. Very clean and spacious. The host was very responsive and accommodating to any and all questions. I would highly recommend this host and home to others. We would stay again.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans la Casa Eira. Le logement correspondait parfaitement aux photos. L'environnement est calme et paisible. Idéal pour déconnecter et se reposer. Nous avons adoré. Les propriétaires sont très réactifs et viennent en aide au moindre souci. Nous recommandons et nous reviendrons.

O sítio é excelente, extremamente calmo e relaxante, para além de uma privacidade assegurada. A casa estava eximiamente limpa. É um ótimo local para passar férias com a família, o nosso filho de 20 meses adorou. Estadia incrível na Casa Lima! Sob um grupo familiar de 11 pessoas e todos ficámos encantados com a casa. Espaçosa, acolhedora, muito bem equipada e impecavelmente limpa. Cada detalhe foi pensado para garantir conforto e bem-estar. A anfitriã Aurora foi excepcional—sempre disponível, simpática e atenciosa. Recomendamos vivamente e sem dúvida voltaremos! 10/10

Our check in was easy, no fuss. Mónica was so responsive to any requests or queries. The house was fantastic set within a beautiful forest setting. We had such a lovely time we didn’t want to leave!

Recently rented a pleasantly well maintained flat that exceeded expectations. It’s fully furnished, clean, and super comfortable. The balcony offers a stunning sea view, making it a perfect place to relax. The building has a lift, and the location is ideal—close to the sea, amenities, and main roads, yet wonderfully quiet. A practical and well-designed space that feels like home. To top it off, the host is amazing, ensuring a smooth and pleasant experience. Highly recommended!

Para começar a casa estava excelente, vista fantástica, casa muito limpa, cozinha totalmente equipada. A casa superou as minhas expectativas. A Margarida foi fantástica, respondia sempre as minhas dúvidas, antes de chegarmos já tinha a lista de locais a visitar e restaurantes, a chegada explicou nos tudo em casa. Foram três dias fantásticos, adoramos conhecer a Margarida, muito simpática e muito querida. Sem dúvida que voltarei a entrar em contacto com ela quando voltar a Gerês.

A Francisca, para além de ser extremamente simpática, é super disponível e ajuda em tudo o que for necessário. Todos os espaços da casa estavam limpos e preparados para nos receber. Gostámos imenso da experiência e, por isso, recomendamos vivamente!

Beautiful condo near the ocean. Great restaurants very close. Ample free parking. Recommend.

The place is really nice! The kitchen is incredibly equipped. We rarely had so much fun cooking! A lot of Space, a big garden. the cleaning lady also came 2h before check out and started cleaning but we arrived too early so they let us in early and i wont take a star off for that :) balance! so all in all 5 stars!

We had a wonderful time and enjoyed our stay very much. The only thing to improve would be the garden chairs . They are really not comfortable. Everything else was perfect.

Logement très propre avec un joli jardin, mais l'accès n'est pas facile car la route est très étroite. Nous avons été bien accueillis par le mari qui parle très bien le français !

Nous avons passé un séjour très agréable avec nos deux enfants. L'accueil est chaleureux, les petits déjeuners délicieux, et le jardin avec piscine un vrai plus! De nombreuses visites sont à faire a proximité :Braga, Ponte de Lima, Viana Do Castelo... Nous recommandons!

At the same time, it offers convenient access to a nearby mid-sized Portuguese city, which added a nice balance between peacefulness and urban amenities. The house was clean, well-equipped, and thoughtfully designed to make guests feel at home. We appreciated all the small touches that made our stay even better. It was the perfect place to unwind and recharge. We highly recommend this Airbnb to anyone looking for a serene getaway with easy access to the charm of Portugal’s countryside and towns.
